A bird went poo on my car. It was gross so I needed a car wash. I went to the one off Auburn Way, north of auto row. This car wash was under construction for the longest time but now it's open. I didn't want to use self-service so I tried the touchless car wash. Fancy. One thing I learned is that if you're in line and there's a car in front of you getting washed keep your windows up because you'll get backwash mist. Pffft, pffft, pffft. Blech! Go through the payment process after they leave the tunnel. I got the Beary Clean. Once in the tunnel it was like an EDM concert with all the colorful lights flashing. Water pressure was pretty good. Blow dry was weak. Their front lot had enough space to park and do a walk around inspection + detail as needed so that was nice. They didn't have fresh yellow towels so bring your own or buy some blue ones at the vending machine. They also sell the Brown Bear air fresheners. They're so cute. Nothing special. Carries the brown bear name but drive thru has no brushes. Takes a bit of time for 1 car to go through. The vacuums are on the do it yourself wash side. If they are busy, and you need a vacuum, then you are stuck there until the person in front of you finishes. Overall no different then a regular gas station carwash. read more

Visited the car wash for the first time since moving to the Federal Way area. Every time we've driven by the place, there are numerous cars being cleaned. The cheapest car wash is $11.00 all the way up to $60.00+ for their ultimate wash and wipe. Not certain how the system works, but there's usually quite a number of what appear to be workers wiping down cars as they exit from automatic washing machine. They apparently wipe down exteriors, wipe rims and clean floor mats, thus the reason for $60.00+. To expensive for my wallet. Just a few miles down the road (near Costco) is a Chevron service station with an automatic car wash in the back of the store and it costs $10.00 for the 'super-deluxe' car wash. The multi-colored foam sprayed on the surface of your car is loaded with cleaners & waxes. Car comes out pretty clean and shiny. I think I'll stick to this location for cleaning our car. read more

Car wash messes up my car. Tire thing messed up my flap. I seen another car look like it had switches on it and was doing three wheel motion in the air when getting pushed forward through the wash lmao. Rainer wash off of 167 is questionable lol. I couldn't respond to the manager but anyone who wants the best for their customers invest in their equipment. At least 30 cars that go through in a two hour period pays a monthly fee. Put a percentage of that into your business and stop doing the minimum! We need to be treated right as people. Idk about a deal, just what's right. I have nothing to hide what I seen and experienced!!! I call it how I see it. Then, we can't use our pass in the better washes by brown bear? This particular thing is going to mess up other cars if it's not looked at. What do you want to do for me as an individual? This needs to be shut down, observed and fixed period. Quick drive up and pay for the service you want, someone comes to your vehicle and brushes the back. The whole experience from entering the parking lot to leaving was about 9 minutes. I'll come back when I need another wash. read more

My rating is based on being able to find a true self serve car wash where you can use the high pressure hoses yourself. I could not find one for miles around. Whether you have body damage or need to wash your engine or otherwise need something that isn't an automatic drive through car wash, this is the place - I could not find one for miles around and the Yelp ratings do NOT tell you this info. When you do a search for SELF-SERVICE CAR WASH yelp gives you the whole list of places that are NOT truly self service but just automatic. Updating my previous review. After leaving the last review someone from this company contacted me and offered me a free Beary Best car wash. Great customer service!Even though it still didn't get my rims, I appreciate the effort! To be fair my rims are huge and deep, normal wheels probably wouldn't have this problem. I just wash them afterwards and my car looks great. read more

I paid for their basic car wash. Upon completion of the carwash, I noticed a few spots that had not been cleaned. They were getting ready to close and I wasn't able to have my car completely cleaned how I wanted it. I had to finish it myself. I was offered a free car wash which I will take them up soon. It would have been nice if they would have finished the job properly despite the fact they were closing. I would still recommends others use this place based on the kindness of the manager and employees. read more

I come here on a weekly basis and can't really complain. The attendants are always nice and proffessional, and when I say nice, I mean NICE! They smile literally the whole time you're there! They only thing I could say that need's improvement would be the entrance and exit which really would be hard to fix. This place gets pretty busy and there are only 5-6 cars in line. So there's a long line out to the streets of cars and yes the employee is HAND WASHING a car that just came out of the car wash... wth is that shit?! You're losing customers cause they are waiting over 20 minutes to get a 5 minutes if that car wash and to be on their way. But INSTEAD you insist on HAND CLEANING a car?!? clearly makes no sense and losing you a lot of business! I saw at least 5 cars not including myself pull away from there because it as simply ridiculous! A solid place to wash a car before turning it into the dealership to trade on a new car, but I probably will hold off bringing my new car to an automated car wash for a while. That being said, it did a very solid job cleaning my car. A bit hard to find though, as it is on the other side of town. read more

I highly recommend this car wash. I recently went thru a location and the wash ended up brushing or blowing off a part of my car. While I was a long process and I had to prove and provide many details, they made things right. Jasmine was my greeter, she explained all the different washes and recommend the best for all the bugs I had killed on my Texas to Federal way drive, she did a fantastic job. After the tunnel car wash you are able to pull over and use their towels and sprayer cleaner to finish up the exterior. I was able to get rid of any extra bugs that were left after the wash. Self serve car wash that is usually very clean and only costs 25 cents to start. I like this place because I often just need to spray off a few leaves or get my windows. Most car washes require you to put in 2 to 3 dollars to start, here 50 cents will do you. Great location also but very crowded on nice days and weekends. read more
