Be careful on the sneaky upcharges here. Drove in and was quoted one price for my oil change and then charged something different. They also snuck a "specialty oil filter" charge in when I drive a Hyundai and don't require a specialty filter. (Have never been charged for an oil filter at any other location. It's ALWAYS included in the price of the oil change) Spoke to manager and he didn't seem to care about losing customers. Said that this location is independently owned and the owner charges more than other locations and charges separately for an oil filter. That's unheard of. Also I asked them to adjust air pressure in my tires. My PSI should be 33 and yet all my tires are reading differently. We take our cars and our teenagers cars here for oil changes but we won't be back. Tired of the greed and they are way more pricey than other locations. *Also want to point out that when I told the manager that the price of the oil filter is advertised as included in the price of the oil change-he stated that other locations advertise that but that they do not. So I went ahead and added a photo pulled DIRECTLY FROM THEIR LOCATION'S WEBSITE that shows it is indeed included in the price of the oil change. So stop being shady. read more

This is the best Valvoline I have ever been to! The manager is so friendly, knowledgeable, and hands on. Every employee that I've had the pleasure of dealing with, has always been incredibly polite. I leave feeling confident and well taken care of. And it's always nice that, after my oil change, I can go right next-door and use the car wash that is managed by the same people. I found out today that each Valvoline is independently owned. While there are a few that I will never return to, I love it when I get a chance to come to this one! Amazingly fast, thorough, knowledgeable and friendly service. They greeted me with a bottle of water and made sure that I got in first, regardless of the line that I drove into since I was there first. I have been going here for a few years and we will always use them. Plus they send timely coupons and reminders. Also, they all treated each other kindly and respectfully. READ BEFORE YOU GO! This place had phenomenal service! Literally took them 10 minutes from the time I pulled into the bay to when I was pulling out. The people were also extremely personable and helpful!! However, I gave it 3 starts based on the price and lack of information ahead of time as to approximately how much it would cost. I understand all cars will be different, but all the other places have an estimate online based on your vin #. I paid $120 for JUST a synthetic oil change on a sedan. I could have paid HALF the price at jiffy lube across the street. They also do not take Groupons for Valvoline, not entirely sure why but that also would have allowed me to pay 1/2 of what I actually paid. If you have money laying around to spend and want a QUICK and great service oil change go here, but if you are on a budget and can stand to wait a few extra minutes at another shop, I cannot recommend you do that more. read more

I called ahead to request some information about coolant exchange procedure as I'm an extremely type A guy when it comes to my vehicles. The manager Ulicis A. was knowledgable courteous and patient enough to walk me through there steps. Honestly I was in part checking to see if they knew what they were doing and they did I was not disappointed. They were flexible with me on time so it could fit my schedule and went above and beyond what I would expect for a service place like this. I take all three of my Jeeps here for oil changes coolant services etc because I know they will do as good of a job that I would. That means I don't have to worry about double checking everyone's work as I usually do and no fluids to have to hall around and get rid of. Should have wrote this review a while ago but better late than never. In today's world we need to give an atta boy when it's deserved! People working here are awesome. Friendly and very informative about everything they will do. I can trust these guys to do it right, i had bad experience at other oil places where they would forget to close the engine air filter box and also charge for things they never did. But here they are honest and do a great job. Coming here for my oil changes and would recommend it to everyone else. read more

I picked this location because of it's yelp rating. That said, my first clue it was going to be a rough experience was when I tried calling to validate they carried the weight oil I desired, it went straight to voicemail. As it isn't far from home, I drove over to check in person. One car in the bay, one waiting in line, this should be quick right? 5 minutes passed before anyone comes out to talk to me, 3 people gathered around a computer yucking it up with one person under the car in the bay. Someone finally comes out to talk to me, confirms they do have the weight oil I'm after, but that its going to be "a while". 3 people leave, all at the same time? Talk about poor planning by the management. 30 mins later, the car in the bay is still in the bay, the one in line is still in line, and no one had come back yet, so I left. I'll never come back, and I'll never recommend this place. Don't make the same mistake I did. read more
