I decided okay well it's time to get some radiator fluid since I got paid & because when I had went to Valvoline they said that I desperately needed some coolant because my radiator fluid is burning. But I didn't have the money at the time to get it flushed & filled, could only afford the oil change which was two weeks prior to coming here to the jiffy lube location on 6/12/26. & Since I had gotten off of work, surviving off of only 2 hours of sleep. I decided to pull into jiffy lube despite my moms warnings not to go there lol but I decided to anyways. again since it's right there & it'd be convenient for me. So I pull into jiffy lube, I asked them to flush my coolant. They say okay. They were nice at first... so I waited a bit, then they tell me to pull forward, so I did so. I Popped the hood, they look at my radiator area n pulls out some sludge. Mind you I had just gotten my oil changed 2 weeks ago and non of the oil fluid is thick black sludge. So I'm sure he had pulled some burnt coolant onto his hand. Says I have oil leaking into my radiator, I either need to get it fixed or get a new car. I say okay. They start asking me questions & I was not really in the mood for questions, n can't really think. Again surviving off of 2 hours of sleep. and for a lot of the questions I start saying I don't know. The big tall fat white guy who was directing the cars where to go on 6/12/2025 around 2pm, his attitude changes and starts saying really sexist things such as Saying "look bro see she wouldn't know anything she's a woman ," And then he was like "yea of course you wouldn't know you're a girl, girls don't know anything" and etc. In MY face, while talking to his coworker, laughing his ASS OFF. Honestly I could've been really rude back but I refuse to lower myself down to his disgusting level & really crappy ego. He really could've gone about it better, telling me the information I needed to know & just going on about his day. Rather than acting really immature & sexist. Felt really humiliated & rather pissed off by how I was treated. So of course I laughed it off, and drove away very annoyed & pissed. Honestly Jiffy lube needs to fix their employees attitudes or fire them, it's extremely bad for business... I've had better customer service at Valvoline, Issaquah. They saw my cars fluids states and didn't make fun of me, because I'm sure they're aware that times are rough, people don't really have money nowadays & ppl are having hard times getting jobs. I won't be giving jiffy lube a 2nd chance after experiencing this for the first time visiting there as a "21 yr old woman who doesn't know anything." thanks again, I don't plan to be returning posting this on yelp as well just in case they decide to delete my review

My daughter & I went in for an oil change and asked the guy if they could replace our headlight…read morebulb also -as we had just bought it. They said of course. Turns out they had to take the battery out to do it. A bolt broke on the battery holder. It must have taken them 40 minutes to remove the bolt and the battery to get to the headlight so they could replace the bulb. Then they had to figure out how to secure the battery in a holder that had a broken bolt. They were absolutely awesome and patient. They did a fantastic job and we were not even charged nearly enough for all the work they did. They've made a customer for life.

We parked in the lot by the bay doors and checked in with the service underwriter. He verified some info, asked if we were going to wait. When we said we would get some lunch and return he made a few suggestions of restaurants in walking distance. Very cordial and friendly. After we returned the vehicle was on the lift and we had a seat in their waiting area. We chatted a bit more with the staff who made some recommendations of things to do in the area. These guys were really great. There are many bays in this building. The waiting area is pretty small compared to the number of bays so I guess most people do not wait. There are many dining and shopping options within walking distance. The mechanic seems very knowledgable, made some recommendations, finished up and we were out in fairly good time. We would definitely return to this location when in the area again.

Believe the 2-star ratings…read more They were soft launching scamming right in front of my face and were not listening to me when I expressed to them I did not want any work done, and I am assuming the reason they take forever to get to anyone's car is because they are doing unnecessary and UNWARRANTED work on fixing things on people's vehicles that they didn't ask for. I scheduled a free inspection for 5 PM and specifically mentioned that one of my concerns was the motor mount. The employee helping me said they would "start working on it first thing in the morning" so they could order parts if needed. I immediately clarified again that I only wanted an inspection and that if I decided to do any repairs, it would be on a different day. She said okay and I left the keys. That's when I left and looked through the reviews and there's a common theme of them consistently doing work on cars that the customer didn't ask for. That made me uncomfortable, so I went back to get my car and told them I'd bring it in first thing the next morning instead, so then I'd have time to think about it. Then the same lady I told that I didn't wanna any work done goes "are you sure? if there's something wrong with your motor mount you shouldn't be driving it." Like yes? If I wasn't sure I wouldn't be asking for my keys back. At that point, it felt like they were trying to pressure me into leaving the car there for repairs I didn't want. So, I repeated again that I only wanted the inspection and was not authorizing any work. On top of all of this I wasn't greeted until 10 minutes after walking in. I don't know where the disconnect is or why they can't listen, but overall poor customer service. Just Don't go here unless you want to wait only to get scammed out of your money.
