Turns out they had to take the battery out to do it. A bolt broke on the battery holder. It must have taken them 40 minutes to remove the bolt and the battery to get to the headlight so they could replace the bulb. Then they had to figure out how to secure the battery in a holder that had a broken bolt. They were absolutely awesome and patient. They did a fantastic job and we were not even charged nearly enough for all the work they did. They've made a customer for life.

You even need to disconnect the battery to get to the headlight area. So Black Diamond Auto changes it for me for a nominal fee. I just bring them the headlight bulb. Easy peasy and I'm so appreciative. Recently our sons older Ford needed some work that was out of our scope. Intake manifold work. BDA charged way less than what we expected. And when we brought it home, after being fixed, sadly it was still leaking transmission fluid. BDA took the truck back without hesitation and fixed the gasket leak within the day. And they did it for free! This place is absolutely amazing and they do good work. They NEVER overcharge!

I should have brought a book, but settled on watching Top Gear episodes. They have a shop dog who is friendly and I like dogs. They did a thorough job with vacuuming car after I asked them to do it. Good thing I took the day off work to get this done. The staff was nice and it would have been nice to be able to get in and out of there in around an hour vs over 4 hours. No line at this place, just one car in the garage, thought I could swing by and get my oil changed…read moreeasily, I pull up, wait for the man, as the sign says wait for attendant....... both service stations have a cone in front of them, he is standing in the middle of the two, and proceed to tell me how stupid I am for not knowing where to pull in, "I don't know how many more signs I could possibly put up for you people" tried to let it roll off my back, and when I asked which lane he wants me to pull in he continues for scoff as loud as he could roll his eyes and say "you still can't figure it out?" Will never come back, all I asked was which lane to pull in and got called stupid three different times. I refused to give him my business, I ended up leaving. I can't speak to the oil change, just the terrible customer service.
