This is literally the best auto shop I've ever found, I've brought multiple vehicles here and always leave feeling like they took care of me like I'm family. I'm informed of potential issues that might arise with some of my older rides but never coerced to address anything that wasn't a dire/dangerous problem. This place is the only shop I'll take my cars to. I'm traditionally a DIY mechanic, but I recently sold my house and moved to a rental where I'm not allowed to work on vehicles on the property. So now I have to rely on these guys for oil changes and regular maintenance items. On the plus side, they are super friendly, honest guys. They don't beat around the bush or try to force me to address things that aren't absolutely necessary. They will inspect the vehicle and make recommendations and quote the work, but there's never any pressure. They also provide free rides via Lyft to and from their shop for people like me, who don't have a way to get there once the vehicle is dropped off. This is super handy. On the downside, they are really expensive. Granted most mechanics are in general, so this isn't exactly surprising. Just kind of shocking sometimes when I get the quote/bill. In addition to this, they were completely unable to diagnose an issue that I was having with my truck. Luckily, I was able to figure it out in my own and fix it myself. Not great on their part. Even though they've missed the mark a couple of times, they have always done their best to right the situation. They even went above and beyond at one point with a particular issue, which was very kind of them. If I ever have to bring something back, they never charge me to right the situation. I just wish I never had to bring it back in the first place. read more

This place is great, their slogan should be "NO BS". They were truthful, honest, helpful, affordable and funny! Josh was our main person of contact, he was patient and broke everything down for us so it was more understandable. We came in to have our break pads replaced on a 1990 Caddiliac, it ended up needing a lot more replaced, our bill coming out to almost $900, but he took $100 off in the end! We were very comfortable, and will be back to have more fixes done, he sat with us and helped us prioritize all of the issues with the car. Our car runs a lot better now, thanks Premier and Josh! UPDATE: I had bought a new car shortly after my first review and went in today to get the fluids checked and filled as well as some tire maintenance that was done FOR FREE! Again i dealt with Josh which i always get the best service from! One recommendation i can make is to make an appointment of course because they do get busy! When i called for an appointment i was able to drop it off the next morning. They also have a new service that when they are done servicing your car you get a recap of it all via text message, it even included pictures! I'm going to unfortunately write a very bad review for this company!!! I spent a lot of money with this company over the last six months and I feel like with the money that I spent that the customer service I received recently was rude!! I'm absolutely disappointed with the customer service that I received two days ago .I've spent over $3000 with this company and it's just been one thing after another with my car honestly feel like I've been taking A vantage of once I was approved for the credit card that they recommend.once it was figured out how much my credit was with this company that I was approved for they were trying to max out when I received my amount. I originally came here because my serpentine belt was busted or came undone and Les Schwab referred me to them.And when I brought my car to them I asked them if they can look at my car overview to let me know anything else I was wrong my vehicle and what else did I have to look forward to that I needed to work on for my vehicle to keep it running. They generated a list of what I needed done to my car none of which was my transmission. So As I stated before so I spent like $3000 already with them on that list of things that needed to be done with my vehicle brakes serpentine belt.I guess the red flag should've been when the first time that I left I had to come back like not even a couple weeks ago I had to pay for another serpentine belt when there's suppose to be 2 year warranty.So I thought that there was a two year warranty but I swept that under the rug like I said I feel like I've been taken advantage of with this company I don't know if it's because I'm a woman or because I'm a black woman! but my transmission recently went out and the minute that my car is been dropped off I had to call damn 4 to 5 times what is somebody and when I spoke to the person he seem like he had an attitude like he didn't wanna be bothered with me and he quoted me a $5000 transmission for $4500 with 17,000 miles on it I called around and I found somebody for a brand new transmission for 2500 cheaper I'm just disappointed he told me dad to come on Monday and when I decide what I wanna do and that if I decide to go with them to do let me use her loaner I called Monday once again he seem like he had an attitude and didn't want to be dealt with me I asked if you had a loaner he all of a sudden said no they had other vehicles people that had major work needed like and that him he won't he doesn't know when he'll have a loaner just really rude I just feel like I'm just disappointed and they'll never get another penny out of me again I was really referring people to them I was bragging about how much I liked him and I felt safe with them and then this happens oh and I failed to mention two months ago I brought my car in because I told him that my car was doing something weird and to see what's going on with that and of course they said nothing was wrong and then like I said two months later my transmissions blown out and I I've called around and I feel like personally they should've been able to diagnose something being wrong with my transmission or my transmission But maybe they just wanted to not tell me so I had to bring my vehicle back I wouldn't recommend anybody going to this place unless maybe you're Caucasian but I just feel like there was some type of bias and animosity towards me and I don't appreciate it and I hope that they read this review and do customer service well to everybody.I deserve an apology to say the least but my car is being fixed and I'm done with this company! read more

Top of the line service. I took in my subaru for new brakes and they were exceptional, ever since I got my car years ago it had squeaky brakes but, now they are top of the line and work better than ever. I've brought my SUV to Ryan 3 times over the past several years for various fixes and preventative maintenance. They also do a great job. All work comes with a 2 year warranty. Being new to the area, my coworkers recommended a private shop to get my front brakes replaced as the censor light came on and said I was at the minimum level of my brakes. Les Schwab wanted $641.00 to do the repairs and said they were going to replace the calipers. The other place wanted close to that as well. After doing a lot of research, I found Premier Automotive Services which was only 10 minutes from my apartment. They were helpful, took time to explain their costs (less than anyone else), were quick, and did not recommended replacement parts I did not need which Les Schwab did. While I was there, I also had them trouble shoot my climate control fan which had stopped working. I did pay for an inspection (which I wish had been included in the repair costs but wasn't) and decided that even though I couldn't afford the repair, that I needed heat in the car while travelling to work and given the cold weather I felt I had not choice but to bite the bullet for the repair and hope I would have enough left to pay my rent. Although I wished the inspection cost was included in the repair, I do appreciate having heat. I will continue to take my car there if I need repair work done. They were so friendly, helpful and quick to respond to my needs. As an out-of-towner, I am happy to have a shop I can trust. :-) read more

I normally do not write reviews but my recent experience with Premier Automotive has to be shared. I called PAS (Premier Automotive Services) to see if they offered free diagnostics, well they indicated they normally charge a fee but after I explained to them that my brakes have gone completely out and it was not safe to drive, a rep named Josh wasted no time in telling me to tow it to their shop and they would be happy to take a look FREE OF CHARGE. They diagnosed it, found the problem and called me with an update and exact cost of repair. (I explained to them that I just paid another shop $1000.00 to fix my brakes yet my truck still would NOT stop & that I was very upset), so they fixed my brakes within a few hours, charged me a fraction of what I paid at the other shop and gave me a full diagnostic print out with pictures, itemizing remaining needed repairs. They did not pressure me to get anything else done, they honored their initial estimate & did absolutely everything they told me they would do and my brakes WORK GREAT! Their customer service was IMPECCABLE. They were professional, courteous, honest, informative, AFFORDABLE and very understanding of my situation. I cannot express my gratitude enough how PAS came through for me and my children when it mattered most. I highly recommend if you need a shop and mechanics you can trust and who will inform you every step of the way with decent prices, this is the place!! Ryan, Steven, Josh... all GREAT GUYS! They're honest, quick as a whisper, accurate, and will tell you the truth. They run specials... giving out coupons for your next visit whether a tune-up or other maintenance visit or something needing to be repaired. Their work has never let me down, and they even told me that replacing a clutch on one of my cars could be done but asked wouldn't I rather put the money into a different car as that one was depreciating and had problem after problem. I chose to get a different vehicle and they've been great with this car, too! Always a smile and pleasant, friendly, courteous, professionalism is what you get here! I had some work done. At first I was very unhappy with the work and wrote a negative review. Later I dediced to remove the negative report, however when I went to find it it was not on yelp any longer. At least I could not find it. So obviously some one has the ability to remove negative reports from this yelp site. I have used this shop for years. The last few times I have noticed something major went wrong with my car within days of getting it back. Ryan always had an explanation so I was dumb enough to keep going back but now I've been burned one too many times. Also I recommend getting an estimate of the work IN ADVANCE, IN WRITING, then don't be surprised when your bill is MUCH higher then the estimate. read more
