So, I went back to get spark plugs replaced. The now previous mgr was supposed to have ordered the spark plugs for when we returned as we told him we would be back this week. Unfortunately, he didn't. Had I known this would happen, I would have went to a closer Jiffy Lube location by my home. So, I waited over around 4 hours before spark plugs received and installed. I should have brought a book, but settled on watching Top Gear episodes. They have a shop dog who is friendly and I like dogs. They did a thorough job with vacuuming car after I asked them to do it. Good thing I took the day off work to get this done. The staff was nice and it would have been nice to be able to get in and out of there in around an hour vs over 4 hours. Traffic going home sucked, too. read more

Went in today for an oil and filter change on my 2016 Mazda 6. The high school kid in charge of the top half of the car was checking the the headlights, turn signals, reverse lights, but never checked the rear turn or brake lights. He did check the air filter, however when I checked it back at my house, it was not fully secured. After the oil changed all three employees were by my door waiting for me to leave, apparently they stated that they wanted to watch more ticktock videos.I asked the adult that worked in the pit if he had checked the rear differential, as stated on the receipt. He stated that it was "All good just a little cloudy". I said BS ITS A FRONT WHEEL DRIVE CAR! He looked dumbfounded and couldn't reply. If you go to any Jiffy Lube you will not be served by an ASE Mechanic. Just some random person off of the street that understands lefty loose righty. Overall the oil got changed, I'll find out more tomorrow morning if there's any puddles on the driveway. It is what it is, but for $116 it could be better! read more

We had the oil changed at another Jiffy Lube store earlier in the day on 2/29/2024. We left to go on out trip to Wenatchee, WA to see family. Long story short, my wife was driving and we were Eastbound on I-90 and got about the Hwy18 exit when there was a loud banging sound followed by a constant banging and a sound like a window wide open and air rushing in. Needless to say this freaked out my wife!!!!!! We pulled off the freeway at the next exit as my wife was to worried about pulling over on the shoulder as there are just too many people getting killed that way. Meanwhile, I call the Jiffy Lube store we had gone to a told them what happened. Nothing like "oh gosh, I'm sorry" or anything!!!!! She just told me to find the nearest Jiffy Lube and have them fix it and if there's a cost, that store can bill them directly! Didn't even offer any assistance in finding the nearest store but more like, "it's your problem, deal with it!". We finally found the Jiffy Lube in Snoqualmie, thank you google maps!!!!! We pull in and a gentleman comes out. I show him my receipt from earlier that day and explain to him what happened. Turns out he was Chris, teh Mgr. of that store!!!! We couldn't have been more blessed to have him. He was so kind, pleasent and very thorough and he made my wife calm right down as she was the driver! She actually felt like they were old friends from way back and she felt so welcomed, validated and assured. If we lived closer, this sotre would definetely be our favorite go to place!!!!!! Thank you to Chris and his whole staff that was working there that day!!!!! You made one woman's day and mine was a lot easier too!!!!! Seriously, Cameron, Dante and the rest at Jiffy Lube go beyond merely changing oil. Cameron spotted that I had a broken air intake hose, and let me know if I could bring in the part, they'd help me install, and also had the part to connect to the engine. Just bring it back in. They can also do wiper blades and blinker bulbs. One stop shop, polite and friendly. Check them out! read more

I also brought my kid's car in for an oil change as well. The vehicle has an oil leak and I attempted to re-fill it myself. I've been to the Snoqualmie location 4 times now. Once they serviced my company car no problem because I was the only one in line. The other times they let you sit out there without notify about how long it will be which is frustrating. They didn't tighten the oil filter properly at my last visit and I have a huge oil stain on my concrete driveway now because of it. The last draw was today when I sat in line the first bay for 15 minutes while half of them did nothing. Meanwhile 2 cars came after me to the other bay. I was then told to get in line behind the other cars. These guys are clueless and poorly managed. I won't be going back there again. read more

Far and above the best service I've ever received at an oil change company. I arrived at opening and was third in line. The cars were moved thru efficiently, the crew was thourough in adjusting the tire pressure, checking the filters, and vacuuming the interior. The waiting room conversation was "small town friendly" and there is a coffee stand just off the parking lot. This place is over an hour from my home, but I'll definitely stop back by if the change interval and my travel plans align. Mitchell rocks! Friendly thourough and low pressure. read more

I decided to get a much-needed oil-change here when I drove by and saw them waving a "Bay open - $10 off" sign. Customer service with all of the employees I encountered was excellent; it was the shortest time I've ever spent getting my oil changed; about 10-15 minutes. The guys were informative and friendly and didn't urge me into spending money on all those "extras". I've always gone to other Jiffy Lubes out of necessity/convenience, but I found the service and work here to be exceptional. I live in Issaquah but will definitely come back when I need my next oil-change. read more

I have visited this location twice now. The first time, I paid for an oil change, top offs, and vacuuming, but when I got into my car, it had obviously not been vacuumed, fluids they supposedly topped off were at the same level as when I arrived. The second time, I pulled my car around back and went inside to check in. I waited in line while Cameron helped another person, but he ended up helping a woman who came in after me and completely ignored me when it was my turn. I ended up leaving because they took much longer than the estimate I was given. /edit So after this unfortunate experience, the manager at this location contacted me and made amends. I come here about once a month for oil changes and top-offs(I drive ~100 miles a day to and from work), and service is much more consistent than I had experienced previously. These guys help me keep my car running so I can get to work! Upgraded to 4 stars from 1 star. read more

absolutely terrible, stripped my oil pan bolt, had to get a bolt head remover and remove it by hand, while doing so, torque wrench read 90+ ft/lbs before the bolt even started to move. (factory recommendations and spec for my car are 20 ft/lbs) read more

This place is fast, friendly and most of all thorough. Pulled up and was immediately ushered in for an oil change service. Was in and out in about 15-20min. The team pointed out some issues with my oil pan and gasket that were supposed to be recently recently replaced/serviced at another auto repair shop. I had no idea of the issue and they took the time to explain it to me and even provided notes and photos for reference. Great location and team. read more

All of my experience with Jiffy lubes always felt like I was getting scammed...UNTIL THIS PLACE...these guys have been great. First time I went in I had two lights out and I was planning on changing them myself...they offered to change them and I was expecting a ridiculous cost...not only was it a good price but they gave me a buy one get one free discount. I also had them change my wipers because it was so affordable... The only downside is the full synthetic oil change is pretty pricey. read more

I can't remember the staff names that was there but they were super helpful and great people. I was in a bind on 5/19/19 coming back from Seattle airport to yakima when I stopped in north bend and noticed I had a screw in my tire. Every tire shop was closed because it was Sunday and I called firestone in Issaquah and they told me they were too busy. I found this place on yelp and the 2 gentlemen there told me they couldn't fix the tire but since my spare was a full size so they swapped it out for me so I could continue my road trip. I super appreciate them and their service that went above and beyond! read more
