Jiffy Lube - Auto Repair Near Me - Bellevue, Washington

I just have to be honest. I've gotten about 5 oil changes here and 1 tire rotation for my Lexus 2WD. After the tire rotation, for the next day or two I kept hearing a strange squeaking sound from my wheels. When I came in to get it double checked, they realized that they overlooked the fact that my front and rear tires were different sizes. So my tires were basically mismatched. Funny enough, they didn't even credit back the cost of the tire rotation that they mangled, putting me in danger. Then my wife came in to get a simple oil change. When 2 attendants were finishing up under the hood, we heard a loud sound and saw a lot of fumbling. My wife and I immediately looked at each other, suspecting that they broke something. We drove off and found a parking lot and indeed, they broke the coolant cap. We went right back and talked to the two guys. One tried to act like they didn't touch the cap. The other, however, was honorable enough to admit that they had touched it. He told us to come back the next day to get it fixed. Accidents happen. But the lack of accountability and apology is what confounds me. I've been to many Jiffy Lubes since it's obviously a national chain. I've never had this kind of experience before. Seriously, go there at your own risk. read more

Smaller spot, fine, they have two spots for cars. Dude who is literally doing nothing this entire time has me parked behind a dude whose car is being worked on while the other port is empty. Okay, fine, I guess. I was then parked behind this other car where MAYBE some work was happening on it? for probably a half hour. I had come for a service they offer, so I know I'm not making them money. That said, even when I have come and spent money, it's all the same. I admit, I don't understand all these reviews being like "they got me in and out really quick!" I've been here 2-3 times now and it's been this way every single time. Dudes are just standing around talking, so that's cool. What the fuuuuu read more

Had a great experience there this morning! Service was super friendly, kind and quick. It was so reassuring as someone with minimal car knowledge, and they didn't make me feel stupid for asking standard questions. Thanks Jerome, Paul, Christopher and Derek for helping with first time maintenance on my car!! read more

Went here for an oil change and they were so fast & so friendly! Really appreciate it!

Amazing and super knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend. Been to quite a few and this is the best one by far. But they have all been very good. read more

My experience started off not so great but once I voiced my concern to Jack, the manager, he thanked me for telling him and reinforced how important it is to hear complaints because then they can improve. What a great response! Once the oil change started, it was quick and friendly service. Thank you Jack!! read more

Went great! Fast service, had my oil changed in less then 15 min's! I did request a fluid flush and they said they couldn't do it, at least the oil change was convenient. read more

Really great service. Fast, friendly, and was in/out in under 15 minutes. I would come back again. Thank you!

Normally I don't write reviews but this is the best service i've ever had from any Jiffy Lube location! Fast, professional, and communicative throughout the whole process. They even cleaned some of the leaves that fell under the hood of my car (i live in the woods). They also stayed open late to service everyone in line. Can't recommend enough! read more

Dylan led this small team to change my oil and it reminded me of a pit stop for Indy racers where they quickly went through a checklist on my car. I was in and out in not more than 8 to 9 minutes. Excellent service and value. I was lucky that there was no wait today. read more

SCAM!!! When I went for an oil change, they kept insisting that the car needed a synthetic oil change. When I asked about conventional oil, the service lady said that if conventional oil is used, the car engine will blow up. Lol... I decided not to change the oil. When I returned to work, I did little research to find out that conventional oil could be used. It was a scare tactic to make more money! read more

Needed a quick oil change and they were done in 15 minutes. I was a new customer so they asked for basic info, serviced my car, checked me out and I was on my way! read more

The employees here are great. They really cared about getting me the services I needed. Josh was patient and answered questions about my car while he changed my spark plugs. I would definitely go back! And while prices for everything have gone up, that is across the board, so I'm grateful they had the best value at Jiffy Lube. Fast service as well read more

The were all out of the cheap option. Next option was nearly 100 dollars. Probably better off going somewhere else or at least calling ahead to see if its worth your time coming here. read more

Great experience and service! Dylan and his team were informative, friendly, helpful, professional. We will be back! Thank you guys!

Great service! Very helpful staff. Went there for oil change early in the morning, was first car there and was out in 30 mins.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I needed to get my car in right away to have some oil removed (too full from another company) and I called around 7:15am today, expecting to get a voicemail and surprisingly Chris answered the phone. I explained the situation and told him I was on my way there. I think its important to note that I have never been to this location before, I just simply found the one closest to my work. I got there around 7:35AM and expected to have to wait until they opened at 8AM, but the bay door was open and Chris walked outside to greet me. He took care of the issue for me and took the time to answer some questions that I had about my older car, offered suggestions and gave me a recommendation for a mechanic. Chris was very kind and knowledgeable and I drove out of there feeling a sense of accomplishment and all before 8AM! If there was an award for Best Customer Service, Chris would definitely have my vote. Overall Great Experience! read more

Stopped by here to get my tire pressure checked cause my light came on. I'm from out of town and I'm headed back to California tomorrow (14 hr car trip), so wanted to be as safe as possible. The mechanic checked our tire pressure free of charge. Chris and the whole team here were super helpful and friendly with my dogs. It definitely made our experience a great one, and our trip to Seattle safe and memorable. Thank you so much! read more

All star service here. It's my favorite place in Bellevue to get a reliable oil change and tune up!

Give the guys a five star for being so helpful. God bless you guys for helping me with my daughters car...

I went in to the store in Bellevue. My brake light warning light was on I stopped in to have it replaced. Cory the manager came and took care of it in short order. What a great experience!! I'm coming back for an oil change !!! read more

Actually 4 stars but adding more to adjust average rating. This store deserves more than 3 stars. Friendly and quick service. In and out in 13 minutes. Recommended that I replace my filter and rain shielded my windows. Sadly couldn't replace my filter today but the service was so fast I don't mind. read more

Showed up at 6:30pm tonight and was told the mechanic had a broken hand and it would take 30 mins. There was no one else there, just surprised they would turn down business! Went to the one on 20th and they were happy to take my car. I've never had any issues with JL Until today, I think it may be because they were closing in 30 mins. Ekkkkkk they offered me a 15$ off coupon, but I already had one of those... lol I would have waited for the mechanic to take the bolts out, but that wasn't an option. read more

Was helped by Noel and one gentleman who I unfortunately forgot his name were super helpful. Very knowledgeable and made my visit very easy. They deserve the finest steak one can possibly make. read more

Stopped by today for an oil change and couldn't be happier about the service I received. They were very friendly, attentive and professional. I was in and out in no time. I got to stay in my car and they were taking precautions for Covid. Great job guys! read more

Pulled up and I was seen immediately on a Saturday morning. Submitting the paperwork was a breeze, the technician told me what he was going to do, why he was going to do it and the oil he would recommend. He gave me the price and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I love that I didn't have to make an appointment because I was floored at hearing a week's wait at other establishments. I will definitely be back for my next oil change. read more

Everyone was super friendly and let me know that I didn't actually need an oil change yet. I feel like anywhere else would have just done it to make money. They even changed my sticker for me so I wouldn't forget when to come back Needless to say, I will definitely be back when the time comes! Thanks guys read more

Stopped by to fix a plastic guard under my 2012 white Toyota Corolla that was loose and skidding. Bryan, Collin, the mechanic, and the lady who was working there on 8/12/2020 were all so kind, genuine, and professional. Bryan was kind enough to have a genuine conversation with me regarding a diagnosis and solution to preventing the problem from occurring again. He was very cordial, and for a brief moment, I forgot I was at Jiffy Lube, and felt like I was just hanging out with a good friend. On top of all this, they even fixed my guard free of charge! I just wish I tipped them for their hard work. These guys uphold the gold-standard of service and professionalism. read more

I had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube today. They always do a great job, but this was my first oil change during COVID. They have you stay in your car, so I saw how very hard they work. Chris and Dylan were so professional and diligent. They had a line of cars come in, but they remained unflustered and efficiently paid attention to every detail, including customer service. read more

David Smith and his team were quick, reliable, kind, and efficient. The best Jiffy Lube experience I've had.

The staff always gets us in and out in a jiff. We lost a diamond bolt on our FX35 and one of the staff members was kind enough to bring it to our attention. The bolt ended up being for the muffler and we were able to find a suitable replacement on Amazon for a few dollars. We returned with the new, not rusted bolt and the staff put everything together quickly. They have a pizza fund if you are feeling generous give a few dollars. read more

This was my second Jiffy Lube stop of the day, and I'm very glad I came here! The first JL in Bellevue I went to suggested I get my oil changed there and replace the filter elsewhere... Arrived at around 1 pm on a Sunday, and was initially worried about the wait as there were a few cars ahead. Even so, the whole process took less than 15 minutes, which I was thankful for. They do try to upsell you a little (as everyone does). All in all, had a great experience. Friendly employees and quick service! read more
