Smaller spot, fine, they have two spots for cars. Dude who is literally doing nothing this entire time has me parked behind a dude whose car is being worked on while the other port is empty. Okay, fine, I guess. I was then parked behind this other car where MAYBE some work was happening on it? for probably a half hour. I had come for a service they offer, so I know I'm not making them money. That said, even when I have come and spent money, it's all the same. I admit, I don't understand all these reviews being like "they got me in and out really quick!" I've been here 2-3 times now and it's been this way every single time. Normally I don't write reviews but this is the best service i've ever had from any Jiffy Lube location! Fast, professional, and communicative throughout the whole process. They even cleaned some of the leaves that fell under the hood of my car (i live in the woods). They also stayed open late to service everyone in line. Can't recommend enough! read more

SCAM!!! When I went for an oil change, they kept insisting that the car needed a synthetic oil change. When I asked about conventional oil, the service lady said that if conventional oil is used, the car engine will blow up. Lol... I decided not to change the oil. When I returned to work, I did little research to find out that conventional oil could be used. It was a scare tactic to make more money! read more

Great service! Very helpful staff. Went there for oil change early in the morning, was first car there and was out in 30 mins.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I needed to get my car in right away to have some oil removed (too full from another company) and I called around 7:15am today, expecting to get a voicemail and surprisingly Chris answered the phone. I explained the situation and told him I was on my way there. I think its important to note that I have never been to this location before, I just simply found the one closest to my work. I got there around 7:35AM and expected to have to wait until they opened at 8AM, but the bay door was open and Chris walked outside to greet me. He took care of the issue for me and took the time to answer some questions that I had about my older car, offered suggestions and gave me a recommendation for a mechanic. Chris was very kind and knowledgeable and I drove out of there feeling a sense of accomplishment and all before 8AM! If there was an award for Best Customer Service, Chris would definitely have my vote. Overall Great Experience! read more

Stopped by here to get my tire pressure checked cause my light came on. I'm from out of town and I'm headed back to California tomorrow (14 hr car trip), so wanted to be as safe as possible. Recommended that I replace my filter and rain shielded my windows. Sadly couldn't replace my filter today but the service was so fast I don't mind. read more

Showed up at 6:30pm tonight and was told the mechanic had a broken hand and it would take 30 mins. There was no one else there, just surprised they would turn down business! Went to the one on 20th and they were happy to take my car. I've never had any issues with JL Until today, I think it may be because they were closing in 30 mins. Ekkkkkk they offered me a 15$ off coupon, but I already had one of those... lol I would have waited for the mechanic to take the bolts out, but that wasn't an option. read more

Pulled up and I was seen immediately on a Saturday morning. Submitting the paperwork was a breeze, the technician told me what he was going to do, why he was going to do it and the oil he would recommend. He gave me the price and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I love that I didn't have to make an appointment because I was floored at hearing a week's wait at other establishments. Bryan, Collin, the mechanic, and the lady who was working there on 8/12/2020 were all so kind, genuine, and professional. Bryan was kind enough to have a genuine conversation with me regarding a diagnosis and solution to preventing the problem from occurring again. He was very cordial, and for a brief moment, I forgot I was at Jiffy Lube, and felt like I was just hanging out with a good friend. On top of all this, they even fixed my guard free of charge! I had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube today. They always do a great job, but this was my first oil change during COVID. They have you stay in your car, so I saw how very hard they work. Chris and Dylan were so professional and diligent. The staff always gets us in and out in a jiff. We lost a diamond bolt on our FX35 and one of the staff members was kind enough to bring it to our attention. The bolt ended up being for the muffler and we were able to find a suitable replacement on Amazon for a few dollars. We returned with the new, not rusted bolt and the staff put everything together quickly. They have a pizza fund if you are feeling generous give a few dollars. read more

Arrived at around 1 pm on a Sunday, and was initially worried about the wait as there were a few cars ahead. Even so, the whole process took less than 15 minutes, which I was thankful for.
