WARNING: They Damaged My Car and Still Charged $5700 plus ZERO STAR!!! This is without question one of the worst auto repair shops I've ever dealt with. I brought my Mercedes GL450 in for suspension work. They kept my vehicle for more than a week and then charged me $5700 plus. Instead of fixing my car properly, they damaged it. During their work, they broke the coolant radiator and all the related hoses, causing coolant leaks that did not exist before I brought the car in. This damage was clearly the result of their negligence, yet they refused to take responsibility or offer a proper resolution. Charging luxury-car prices while delivering careless, incompetent work is unacceptable. Keeping a customer's car for over a week and returning it in worse condition shows a complete lack of professionalism and skill. I was left with extra repair costs, lost time, and serious frustration--all because this shop failed to do a basic job correctly. If you value your vehicle, especially a Mercedes or any high-end car, stay away from this shop. Paying $5700 plus to have your car damaged is something no customer should ever experience. read more

And they were very tight-lipped about it, but they finally disclosed when I became angry that Joe is no longer the owner of this establishment. After receiving an estimate that was going to be a couple of $1000 (that should have been for free), I angrily left with my family. Stay away!! The lady who attended to me, took a look at the vehicle and told me that it would cost me over $600 and gave me a quote that I was to take to their sister shop (detailing). IMPRESSED! I am so absolutely appreciative of the quality of service offered by Joe and his team. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and LEGIT. Les Schwab was trying to push me to buy this after-market part that would, supposedly, be the "solution" to my wheels being off camber. SO, I took it to Tire Pros for a second opinion. They educated me on the issue and realigned my wheels to the spec camber, no new part needed. From the moment I walked through the doors, Joe and his team were very personable and welcoming. While waiting for my car, I was able to admire the personality of the shop and took note of all the people that came in... It appeared as though the Owner and his team knew the name of every person that walked through the doors, and had loyal customers that sought his team's expertise and services for their vehicles... Called to make an appointment for a repair. I was referred to this place by another shop. The girl that answered seemed like she just didn't really care or couldn't be bothered. I asked about making an appointment to bring my car in for a repair. She said it was first come, first serve. I acknowledged that and said ok. Don't really know how that works, since some repairs take a day if not more which you'd need to plan for, at least mine was quoted to take that long from an employee or owner of the other shop (who made it seem that they were related to the owner of RTP). I really need this repair asap, so I called again later in the day to confirm during business hours. It rang until the end and then it sounded like someone picked up and hung up. I tried again and then it went to a full mailbox. Not the best first impression unfortunately. read more

This place is okay but you will want to double check the work. Turn around is usually pretty quick but I've had a couple issues and I don't think I will be back. 1. Staff seems pretty immature from a professional standpoint. Seems more like a place where employees and their friends to hang out than a business. 2. They took off my custom metal valve caps and replace them with plastic ones. Call back about it and they had no idea where they were. 3. Four of my tires were balanced, but the sticky weights seem sloppy when put on(not linear or to the side of one wheel or the other correctly). I took the tires somewhere else to get balanced and sure enough they were completely off. 4. Full size spare tire was not balanced at all. 5. They use an impact gun to put on the lug nuts, this is a big no-no has it causes the bolts to stretch from being over torqued. I got home and checked, sure enough some of the lug nuts were well over 100 ft pounds, when they are supposed to be 89. read more

Yesterday was my lucky day! After suffering two separate occasion nail punctures in my less than a year old tires I was very pessimistic and apprehensive when I pulled in to check on the tire that was suddenly reading 10# low. It was yet another nail!.....but fortunately this time, unlike the previous two times, it was fixable. I didn't have an appointment but my tire was fixed and ready to go in 45 minutes with nothing more than a "have a nice day". These guys are fabulous! So glad to have discovered them. read more

they have always been helpful in the past, especially for someone who doesn't know too much about cars. i called yesterday just asking if they were pretty busy because they are a first come first serve service (which is totally fine!) the guy who has helped me typically in the past wasn't the one to answer, a female did. we all have bad days but the rudeness of this woman and how she spoke to me was questionable. i started coming here because the people who work there were so kind, and after reading other reviews to see if it was a me problem i noticed at least one other female have this same issue. the attitude, rudeness and overall uselessness of this worker (literally just over the phone) made me so uncomfortable to even want to go back. it's not that i won't go back, maybe another time, but i felt too uncomfortable to go in and possibly have to deal with her in person especially dealing with car issues that i'm genuinely not the most knowledgeable about. read more

I went here this morning for a tire rotation, balance and alignment as it had great reviews. I got there just after they opened at 7am and was told it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours so I went to get a bagel. I came back after an hour and they hadn't looked at it yet but said it was next and to come back in 30 mins. I came back about 45 mins later and was told it was next after one other job at that time and they could look at it in maybe another hour or so. Sorry, but I don't want to spend 3 hours or more before they can maybe even look at it. I asked if there was a better time to come in and was told right around opening, like I did this morning. Where do I even start LOL they supposedly replaced my rear passenger caliper about 3 times only for me to find out they never did and I had to drive 25 min there and back each time because each time they 'supposedly' fixed my issue and replaced it ... had to end up paying someone else to replace it. Mind you this was a caliper that was under warranty with them and they supposedly were replacing it because of warranty. read more

This place is amazing, high integrity. I had two experiences. Once many years ago my car had a flat Christmas eve. The owner personally stayed longer for me to get it fixed and insisted on not charging me. "Merry Christmas" he said with a smile. I became a lifelong customer. Fifteen years and a new owner later, recently I made the mistake of using a coupon for oil change and went to another shop. They promptly told me that i had other issues with my car worth $600. I brought the car to Redmond Tire Pros for repair because I trust them. They took a look and immediately told me that nothing was needed to be done. I bought some tires at discount tire because it's right next to my work, and I never have time off to deal with it. I got my tires put on and my car started cranking left, bad enough I would have to really pull my steering wheel right to drive. My orange light kept coming on... The TPMS or TMPS whatever... It was stressing me out. I mentioned it to a friend who recommended Redmond Tire Pros. It seemed pretty fast out of my way, but when I found out they were open on Saturdays I decided to try it. I was able to get there at 7:30am, they were already working hard, but Joe came in, talked to us, and we decided to have breakfast at the Family Pancake House right next to them. Besides having a fabulous breakfast, we returned to my car being ready to go. Joe was awesome, and my car is back to driving perfect! No more alignment problems, no more stress about the orange light. Will DEFINITELY come here for everything now. It's worth the drive... I walked in this Saturday morning and the guy who was behind the counter was chatting along to another guy who was not a customer nor the chat was work related . After making me wait awkwardly for what seemed an eternity he said in a very unwilling tone " what can I do for you". It seemed like he really did not want to be there and he made sure the customers felt it. 2 hours later when I came to pickup my car I was treated exactly the same way but this time with a longer wait, he kept chatting to the same guy. Then he pointed to the note stuck to desk telling me thAt there was a 3% extra charge for using credit card. Very bad service awful customer service. I will never go back. First, the tire I ordered the day before was not there when promised. Second, they did not call when the tire finally did come in as I asked. Third, when I went and had the tire installed they did not replace the hubcap. Fourth, I just found out that they didn't put my spare tire back, either, so now I have no spare! I will take my business elsewhere! Addition: after attempting to reach the business by phone and getting no response, I drove back yesterday and while they did accept responsibility for the mistake (and I do believe it was genuinely a mistake) and returned my spare and replaced my hubcap) I have had enough mishaps with them to go elsewhere. I just wanted to ad that I think it is commendable that they did make it right, even though I wasn't offered an apology, more of a sheepish, "oops". I figured out that in travel time and time spent at the shop it was over eight full hours on this single issue. Not acceptable. read more

I needed to replace some tires on my car, which is apparently pretty pricey compared to other size tires. I usually go to my dealership where I purchased my vehicle but wanted to try the local pros. After calling back and forth between the dealership and Redmond Tire for comparison, not only could Redmond Tire get the tires sooner and not need an appointment, they were able to find a better price for me (considerably lower than the dealership)! For the second time I have stopped here at Redmond Tire Factory and asked them to check my tire pressure and fill up the tires with air. Both times I have had them check my tires. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and did it with a smile. They checked my tires, filled them up with air and I didn't have to pay one penny. What a DEAL!! When my tires go bald, get old or blow out... Redmond Tire Factory is where I will go for Service! The only reason I found out about this place was because they are located down Redmond Way from where I work. I was planning on going to Discount Tire to replace my drivers side front tire which had extremely low tread due to my alignment being off and my crazy driving style. I noticed on yelp that this place was closer and had 0.5 more stars in the reviews, so I went to the page for Tire Factory and found a coupon to save me $25. That coupon would have saved me about $15 over Discount Tire, but I elected for the better tires that have a longer lifespan. I ended up paying only $15 more than I would have at Discount Tire, and got better tires (roughly $25 more expensive). If I'm doing the math right that means I saved about $35 total. Also the service was very fast. This place definitely lives up to its five star reviews! read more
