I've had my car sitting for quite some time, so nothing has been maintenced on it at all. All fluids are old & low. Haven't had the money to do so, but eventually I had finally got a job full time. I decided okay well it's time to get some radiator fluid since I got paid & because when I had went to Valvoline they said that I desperately needed some coolant because my radiator fluid is burning. But I didn't have the money at the time to get it flushed & filled, could only afford the oil change which was two weeks prior to coming here to the jiffy lube location on 6/12/26. & Since I had gotten off of work, surviving off of only 2 hours of sleep. I decided to pull into jiffy lube despite my moms warnings not to go there lol but I decided to anyways. again since it's right there & it'd be convenient for me. So I pull into jiffy lube, I asked them to flush my coolant. They say okay. They were nice at first... so I waited a bit, then they tell me to pull forward, so I did so. I Popped the hood, they look at my radiator area n pulls out some sludge. Mind you I had just gotten my oil changed 2 weeks ago and non of the oil fluid is thick black sludge. So I'm sure he had pulled some burnt coolant onto his hand. Says I have oil leaking into my radiator, I either need to get it fixed or get a new car. I say okay. They start asking me questions & I was not really in the mood for questions, n can't really think. Again surviving off of 2 hours of sleep. and for a lot of the questions I start saying I don't know. The big tall fat white guy who was directing the cars where to go on 6/12/2025 around 2pm, his attitude changes and starts saying really sexist things such as Saying "look bro see she wouldn't know anything she's a woman ," And then he was like "yea of course you wouldn't know you're a girl, girls don't know anything" and etc. In MY face, while talking to his coworker, laughing his ASS OFF. Honestly I could've been really rude back but I refuse to lower myself down to his disgusting level & really crappy ego. He really could've gone about it better, telling me the information I needed to know & just going on about his day. Rather than acting really immature & sexist. Felt really humiliated & rather pissed off by how I was treated. So of course I laughed it off, and drove away very annoyed & pissed. Honestly Jiffy lube needs to fix their employees attitudes or fire them, it's extremely bad for business... I've had better customer service at Valvoline, Issaquah. They saw my cars fluids states and didn't make fun of me, because I'm sure they're aware that times are rough, people don't really have money nowadays & ppl are having hard times getting jobs. First of all, I should have walked away when the technician told me not to worry about the rear differential. He didn't perform a 21-point vehicle inspection that he should have done based on my miles. I was also charged for services that were not done such as a cabin air filter which I don't even have in my car, he didn't check my tire pressure, or other items that should have been checked like my coolant. Lastly, the receipt didn't include details of what was inspected or done. I don't recommend going to this place and I will never go back. read more

Thank you to Shelly and James for taking care of our 2016 Honda Odyssey. Check engine light came on this weekend, and we brought it in Monday after giving them a call. Shelly took care of our van and gave us a great price so we could get back to what we do best: driving our kids around town. I've always had great service at this particular JL, and I recommend it if you need a quick oil change or your engine light checked. They don't get in over their head, and they give you recommendations for what they can't fix. DEFINITELY recommend it over some other nearby auto repair stores which I will not name, but you can see them directly from this Jiffy Lube's bays, and that's all I'm gonna say. I changed the oil on my daughters Subaru Crosstrek as part of a list of items we were completing to prepare the car for travel from Tacoma WA to the Texas Gulf Coast. She shipped the car from Anchorage and in my haste wasn't sure if I had over filled the vehicle with oil. We called ahead to John and James at Jiffy Lube. I asked if they wouldn't mind checking the level. My daughter dropped in before they closed and they removed about a quart I had overfilled and sent her on her way. - No charge. This was done when the temperature was 105F easily. Her drive 2000+ miles before she arrives in the coast. If there is a jiffy lube there, she will be getting her oil and antifreeze service there. If not I will be having the jiffy lube here service my truck in AK. Customer service goes a long way and I very much appreciate the Jiffy Lube in Covington WA for their efforts and friendly service. read more

When I called ahead of time, I was told it would take 15 minutes for the oil change and we could drop off the car and pick it up when it was done. Dropped off my husband's car, the woman who seemed like she was in charge was acting extremely flustered and impatient, even though there were only 3 other cars there?? There was no greeting or hello or welcome, she simply looked at him and snapped "what do you need??" She said it would be at least 1.5-2 hours to wait, which is not what I was told on the phone. After telling him this, she walked away. He had to go find her to ask if she could take his phone number to call us when the oil change was finished. She told my husband he would have to wait to give her his phone number because she was busy, then told him to go find a pen and paper and write it down himself. He did, and then had to go find her again to give her his number. We left, expecting a phone call an hour or two later. Two hours later he did get a phone call, and was told they couldn't do the oil change because they were out of the correct oil filters, and they would have called and told him sooner but they "forgot." We'll just go to Firestone next time. It's cheaper, anyway. read more

There is the saying "You had 1 job...". Oil changes are your specialty. You failed. Thanks for the refund but customers typically want to hear "I apologize" or "we screwed up, I'm sorry". Not just handed a receipt with a refund and walk away. Left after oil change and car started smoking, engine overheating. Oops broke the gasket on the oil filter cover. Hadn't used jiffy lube in years but not near a dealer and figured what could go wrong, it's just an oil change. read more

It's been a very long time since I've had an oil change. I drove in without an appointment and waited for a few moments before they guided me into the bay. This time was different as I sat in my car for the whole service. They were pretty quick and they guided me out of the bay before I had to pay. The whole time I never left my car. The gentleman asked me if I had a coupon to which I responded know and he said one moment let me get you one and then gave me a discount. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Did not tighten oil Filter Sprayed the whole engine Bay with oil soaking my alternator. Went back for some more cleaning. Tried to clean it. My alternator went out after this. The manager tried to convince me I had an all wheel drive vehicle when I know its rear wheel drive. Then the assistant manager released my vehicle history to someone who called in! I'm the sole owner of the vehicle and the customer. There is absolutely no reason why any of my information should be released to random nosy individuals. They didn't vacuum my car or check the air in my tires, when I asked about the air in my tires the employee nervously said "yeah our air gauge is broken". On my receipt it just read "declined" for both of these services, which I never agreed to. Upon getting in my car, which had the driver's window down in the pouring rain, I was greeted with the smell of Marijuana, which lasted for a solid ten minutes until I got home. My husband had a difficult time trying to replace my headlight bulbs in my 2014 Hyundai Veloster. He went to OReillys and couldn't figure out how to get the bulb out and had the most frustrating time. He was recommended to go to Jiffy Lube down the street and the Jiffy Lube tech was able to replace my lightbulb without a sweat. I've had some bad experiences with jiffy lube before so I am always pessimistic, right or wrong. But the guy that helped me, Elliot, was courteous and fair and didn't try to push anything unnecessary and in fact showed me I wasn't due yet for what I assumed I was. AWESOME customer service and Sales is ALL about customer service and I felt like he did an excellent job- dude deserves a raise or a promo or something. I'll go back to that lube shop specifically because of that dudes demeanor and attitude. Fair and extremely helpful. read more

SATURDAYS ARE CRAZY BUSY. 3 bays and 3 cars in each bay. Bring a book, tablet, magazine or 2... you will be waiting! It was pretty quiet.... Everyone keeps to themselves, and mostly the customers just look annoyed. Not that anyone can help it. It is a Saturday in SUBURBIA. Jiffy Lube does that they can. However, I would have someone check the restroom at least once every 2-3 hours... It was a mess. I know there are a million cars, but it makes the customers less annoyed where there is a clean restroom. read more

This is always my oil change spot. Service people are efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. My LCSA Cody was great. I went there on my quick break and was out within 20 minutes. He took care of my oil needs for the vehicle and vacuum the floors. Lobby was clean and welcoming. Will definitely keep going to this location. read more
