I've had some bad experiences with jiffy lube before so I am always pessimistic, right or wrong. But the guy that helped me, Elliot, was courteous and fair and didn't try to push anything unnecessary and in fact showed me I wasn't due yet for what I assumed I was. AWESOME customer service and Sales is ALL about customer service and I felt like he did an excellent job- dude deserves a raise or a promo or something. This is always my oil change spot. Service people are efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. My LCSA Cody was great. I went there on my quick break and was out within 20 minutes. He took care of my oil needs for the vehicle and vacuum the floors. Lobby was clean and welcoming. Will definitely keep going to this location. read more

Expedient service, friendly & courteous. I showed up to this place covered in paint as I'd been helping my parents with their house, I'm sure I looked exhausted since I was. Usually I wear a button up & tie, I typically get treated with a lot of formalities & a measure of respect based on that aesthetic appearance which seems very superficial to me. In this place I received the sort of respect & courtesy I only see when I'm wearing a 3 piece suit, except it seemed genuine & sincere. Not only that but I asked for an estimate on how long an oil change would take & they were done before that much time had gone by. Great service here. We got there and got out in probably 20 minutes for an oil change. The guys who work here are super nice and even vacuum out your car, top off your tires, etc. We found a bottle cap in the backseat that definitely wasn't ours, but... Whatever. I have used this particular location many times for both of our cars and usually have been satisfied. The manager even offered us deals or offered free upgrades for synthetic oil etc. However today was a totally different experience. Wife went in with a coupon which she was told they couldn't honor. 73 f...ing dollars for a oil change is ridiculous even if it was for a synthetic blend. Husband and the car's service light harassed me enough that I finally went to Jiffy Lube and had the oil changed. Jiffy Lube person asked me at the end to please leave a review, if I had time. So here's the review. THEY CHANGED MY OIL! Honestly, we usually go to this Jiffy Lube. They're polite. The waiting area is always clean. They often send us a coupon in the mail. They fulfill absolutely every possible hope I have in an oil change. I do appreciate that, in the middle of the pandemic, they're doing what they can to stay safe. No more waiting room. You drive your car into the bay, over the terrifying pit of doom. The guy does guide you so you have a reasonable hope of survival. You stay in your car while they change your oil. My advice is to remember to roll your window up before they start. Husband forgot, so I froze, which was still probs better than killing the Jiffy Lube guy by turning on the car in the middle of an oil change. I used to really like Jiffy Lube. The last two visits at this location have been pretty bad however. They didn't put air in the tires or vacuum the car. I can do all those myself, that's not my problem. My problem was that they were marked as having been done and I don't know what else was left unfinished that I couldn't see. I got all sorts of excuses from the staff both times. The second time I got a full refund and won't be back. I need to leave a place feeling that the promised work was done, and done well. The service here was great! Very professional and really quick. They not only did an oil change but they checked the overall car out, air filter, tires, windshield etc. They respected covid regulations at all times. They were great with communicating with me letting me know what they were looking at and asking if there was anything else we needed. I was very impressed and will definitely come back. My son and I both brought in our cars and I asked for a tire rotation along with my oil change. They couldn't do the rotation due to no torque wrench. They were finished quickly but as I'm going to my car I see my receipt says that I declined vacuuming and exterior window wash? When I asked isn't that part of the signature service he said "not really" then he said it didn't cost us anything. Then he mentioned that there was only 2 of them there. After this he did mention that he could do it but both of our cars were already sitting out ready to go so at that point so I just said that's okay. A while back I went to Jiffy Lube of Covington to just get a basic oil change. I was charged $85.00 for it-the most I have ever been charged!!!! Huh-could I have been taken advantage of because I am a women? Were not as stupid about it like you think-you might get us once-but never twice. I will never go back to them. read more

Wow! I have been coming here for years and today was the best customer service I've had! The customer service was sub par more recently and I had actually gone elsewhere for my last few oil changes. But due to time constraints I decided to chose jiffy lube today and glad I did! It was really refreshing to have a female customer service rep assisting, her name is Jennifer O and she was awesome. Today was the service I have been waiting for, they offered to wipe the windows and vacuum the driver side. They were quick and super friendly. Pulled up into a line and was met with passive aggressiveness and rudeness by a lady who was working there. I pulled into a line and as it got moving I pulled forward and was told to back up because someone in the other line had priority. I understand that part and started backing up and was told it would be two hour wait, again, fine, it's busy. But upon my simply saying "okay" and backing up, she rolled her eyes and threw up her arms frustrated. I was treated like I had deliberately tried to cut in line and then tried to argue with her about it when all I said was "alright". Also, a guy at the Maple Valley location that I drove to later told me there's no way Covington should be a two hour wait as they were equally busy as the MV location and have twice the staff. Unfortunately MV couldn't help me because they don't have 5W20 in conventional, so I'll be making the drive to Valvoline from now on to avoid the lying mechanic that made a scene in front of a bunch of people in Covington. read more

If I could give this place less then 1 star I would. Their customer service is terrible the young guys that work here are a joke. I stopped by August 9 with my Mitsubishi Evo to get an oil change and they filled my coolant reservoir with windshield wiper fluid then denied it and told me "If your car blows up I'd be happy to buy it back at auto auction" you work at jiffy lube dude you can't afford the car even at its lowest price. I asked for a supervisor and demanded a coolant flush for their mistake, they said were too busy and you can fuck off. Anyone who goes here, good luck they'll do the same to you. Jiffy Lube has lost my business and the people they hire need customer service training. Cheaper oil changes costed me $200 more to fix their mistake. I wish I could give them a negative review, I would. read more

I got an oil change here. The price was fair and the work was quick. But the next time I went to change the oil myself, the oil pan bolt and oil filter were so tight that it was extremely difficult and inconvenient to loosen them. Totally unnecessary and unappreciated. read more

This Jiffy Lube should be ashamed of itself. I pulled in wanting a regular oil change something I always pay 29.00 -39.00 dollars for depending if I have my coupon that gets emailed to me. Well I pull in and the young kid tells me an oil change is $75.00 I said that was crazy. I said I had a coupon and he told me it would be $54.00. There are places on nearly every corner offering oil changes at a decent price. I left and went to jiffy lube in auburn. Price there $29.00 and a great group of guys taking care of your car.I will never come to this jiffy lube again. When I told the kid I was leaving he thought it was funny and had a smart attitude. Never going to this place again!! I met my husband here so he could drop his car off and guess what!? It took 45 minutes to check him in!!! 45 minutes for him to drop his damn car off and get checked in! And they acted like it was no biggy! The freaking DMV is easier to handle than this joke.
