When I pull up to an Oil Can Henry's, I'm greeted with a newspaper and a print out of all services and deals. When I pull up to a Jiffy Lube, I'm greeted with rolling eyes and an expected hour wait with no line. Lazy kids need to get some work ethic. read more

Super fast oil change, nice guys and they clean your windshield/vacuum a little for ya. very courteous.

I usually don't write any reviews about places, but this place in particular definitely deserves a positive one. I brought in my Toyota Camry today & right when I pulled up I was given a warm welcome with an informative and helpful quote for oil change without automatically convincing me for pricier service. Al though most of their services are actually affordable! Then I was taken to a comfortable waiting room with AC it was 90 degrees today), cold water to drink, & a clean restroom to use. I was told it would only take 15-20mins.. And 20 minutes later my car was all done and I was given all information about what was done and checked out leaving happy as the entire staff wished me a good day. I would highly recommend this place and I will now continue going to particular location (: read more

Service is fast here but way overpriced. I been here once before. I never go to a auto place since my uncles are both mechanics.

Quick, easy, and affordable oil change. Saturday 7:30am was great - very nice service people.

XLNT Service ! I truly felt like I was saving money....James upgraded me to the full synthetic oil, gave me a $15 Mail on Rebate...and then matched the $15 instantly....net $30 off. James knew my name as I drove up (must have License Plate info in computer). I will definately return for my next oil change... read more

WTF?!!? Attempted to get an oil change, checked in at counter, was told to wait a few minutes, not told why, after about 8 minutes and watching them open my hood and start taking things apart I stepped in shop and asked what was up? I was just wanting to check in and find out cost of oil change and tell them what I wanted done not the other way around. I was treated rudely and left. Plain and simple. I won't return. read more

The woman who spoke with me is named Shelly. She was extremely rude from the beginning. Even when telling me to pull into the garage she yelled at me to turn on my lights and I said my lights are already on and she screams "your brights!". She then scolded me for not getting my oil changed in over 10,000 miles. I told her my car tells me when an oil change is needed and she rolled her eyes at me. She then was upset that I had a reverse light out and I could hear her swearing and frustrated when changing it and the only time she was nice to me was to tell me when she was out the bulb that I needed. When a cab pulled in for service she said "oh God, I hate these people" and begged a coworker to take the cab. Seemed pretty racist to me. While my car was being worked on, she was clearly upset and her coworker consoled her and said "we're here to help you Shelly, and then she referred to either myself or the cab driver as an "airhead". I did nothing to this woman except request an oil change. For no reason at all she was rude. The only other time she was remotely polite was when she asked for my payment. I will not be returning to this location read more

I had my oil changed here today and the service was great. Another location declined to change my oil due to a rounded oil plug but the guys at Jiffy Lube had no problem. I was in and out in 15 minutes with outstanding customer service. read more

Update: We brought the car back in and they fixed the headlamp issue for no additional charge. Thank you for taking care of your customers. So on 12/28/15 I brought my 2006 Ford Focus in for an oil change and asked to have the headlamps replaced as well as they were starting to go a little dim. Well, the oil change went fine but the mechanic accidentally broke the headlamp socket when attempting to remove the passenger-side headlamp. The mechanic said the fixture was already broken and it just broke the rest of the way when removing the bulb - I have no way of knowing whether this was the case or not. In any case, they did not offer to have it repaired and I am now looking at a $500 repair from the dealership. read more

Wow, what a difference a few months can make. I needed an oil change, and the place I had been going instead of jiffy lube closes at 6, so I bit my lip, headed in, and prepared for the worst based on my last visit. The crew (new folks) were courteous, prompt with service (they literally did it all in like 10 minutes...it was great!) I really can't say enough how happy I was to have the "good old jiffy lube" I'd been going to forever back. 5 stars. -sincerely, an old/new friend- read more

My truck barely limped into Jiffy Lube today. When the workers went to drive it inside to change the oil it would not start. I was going to call a tow truck when Chris, Cody, and Curtis popped the hood and found the problem. The alternator had come loose and also needed replaced. They called the Auto Zone across the street and had one delivered. Then they installed it for me at no charge! I was shocked and grateful for their kindness and help. I will be coming here from now on. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thank you again for all your help. read more

Hey leadership team, why don't you contact the store for my contact information, I am sure they will be able to find me since I was the only customer during that time. read more

This jiffy lube is hands down the best place. The customer service and knowledge of the whole team is outstanding. They are friendly to top it off. They told me exactly what things i needed done. And what was needed soon so i could plan in the future for it. I will always go here i drive the extra miles just to use this jiffy lube. Thank you for the experience and the great customer service. :) read more

Great, fast, honest service!!! Will definitely come back!! Thanks for cleaning my windows too.

The guys there were extremely helpful. They found me discounts where they could. They were also super friendly. Did a great job servicing my car. I'll go back to them every time. read more

Enjoyed how quick my oil change was. Great customer service.

You can learn to treat your customers cars like they were own and doing a job to our cars that just get it down. I speak for everyone when I say we would rather wait and have it done right then have to come back and have you fix it. read more

Wow! Too bad I have to give it 1 star, because my visit today rated -1 or lower. I stopped by to see if I could purchase a gift card, as they advertise on their front door on a poster. I was greeted by 3 employees who probably need to find another "career" because customer service isn't a job skill any of them possess. The female, who acted like she was in charge, treated me like I was an imposition. She said she didn't know how to sell a gift card, and after several *sighs* she called another store. One of the male employees (who couldn't even bother to get out of his chair) made a couple of calls, then told me "they didn't do gift cards because there was some problems in the south." I thanked them for their time, wished them a happy Christmas and said I'd take my business elsewhere because I certainly didn't feel like they wanted mine. (p.s. I visited another local Jiffy Lube today, where I was greeted by all 3 staff, and they sold me a gift card). BAD BAD BAD Covington Jiffy Lube. Time for some wholesale staffing changes at that store. We've been longtime JiffyLube customers, mostly in EdgewoodWA, and can't believe how badly I was treated here today. read more

Unbelievable! I show up for an oil change, like I always do, always gone to Jiffy. They tell me they cannot change my oil because the cap is too tight. Are you serious? I inquire as to why since Jiffy put it on last time. The excuse I got was "we are under new management so the person who did this last time does not work here anymore". I do not understand how this is my problem or how that makes a difference in the situation. I told the gentleman dealing with me, Darious, how pissed I was. I told him that I was not coming back. He told me "sorry but I guess you won't have this issue anymore then will you". To make matters worse, they did not put the rear light cap back on my car. Luckily a stranger told me, while I was driving, then my cap was not on. I had to go back to the store and ask them if they were going to finish fixing my car. A guy in a different shirt, so I'm assuming it was the manager, look at my light and said "yeah I guess we will." I am seriously pissed and will not be back to the Covington location. I do also have to mention, that I went to the Maplevalley Jiffy Lube and they change my oil in my car with no problem! read more

The girl who greeted me was smoking a cigarette, walk up to the window and blew it in my face, real classy jiffy lube! If this wasn't a fleet vehicle I was servicing we would be having some serious words. I think I'll go somewhere else next time. read more

The service here was great from start to finish, Jen greeted me as soon as I pulled up for an oil change. I have a 1986 Nissan 300zx and most people have a lot of trouble getting the oil filter out, they had me in and out in 20 minutes and they vacuumed my car! That was a nice surprise. I will definitely be back. read more

Although the manager was apologetic I waited an hour for my care to be completed. The manager said the shop was short staffed and they were receiving a high volume of customers that day. The manager was overwhelmed trying to service more customers than he could efficiently and correctly serve When my car was ready the manager called my name, pulled up a bill and told me how much it was. I said WHAT? That can't be for me. Then he noticed it was for a truck. He apologized again. He pulled up my bill which was $20 less than the bill for the truck but it was still more than I expected. Then I realized they used high mileage oil which I used last time but didn't want this time. BUT the high mileage oil was already used for this oil change. The bottom line, I paid more than I expected and would have liked the manager to slow his speech down (almost sounded like an auctioneer), take a little more time before the service was done to verify what I needed/wanted. read more

They didn't drain the oil out of my car before filling it a second time. I had to have it towed to the dealership for repairs. It's been a few months and I still haven't gotten a refund for the rental car. They did at least pay for the car repair. read more

Asked for basic oil, but they put in the manufacturer recommended oil which was much more expensive. Left spending more than anticipated, but they did take $15 off. Upon leaving was asked if we weren't from the area because of our surprise to the price. Unfortunately won't be returning. read more

Very friendly staff. Quick service the only complaint I have (other than the price) is I believe a better explanation of the service performed would be helpful, I was given paperwork but not everything is legible due to either misalignment of paper or weak ink, I paid over $100 but not quite sure what exactly was done read more

Always pleasant and professional service! I appreciate the detail they always tell me about my car including what they're doing, what they've found, and what services the dealer recommends. All without trying to push anything on me. read more

Good, Prompt service from Connor a Jiffy lube . He was thorough and honest with his evaluation of my car.

I went to get my oil changed today and when you pull up to the doors to get your oil changed they told me it would be about 20 minutes. It actually took 1 hour. By the way the person working behind the counter-was persistantly trying to sale synthic oil to each customer. No one bought it-just trying to sale something. Also a customer came in before me and brougt his own oil filter and the older cashier argueed with a customer about giving him a credit. Only after 5 minutes of talking the gu read more » y finally gave him 2 dollars off.....A sign in a frame inside the waiting area says Fast, Friendly, and Informative. They were NOT FAST and NOT FRIENDLY. The Informitive part was only trying to make more money off of people that didn't know they are getting ripped off!!!!!!! By the way the place has plastic covers to protect your seats from the dirty people working there. Seeing 8 cars go through while I waited not a single cover was placed on any seat....... read more

I just got home after having Connor work on my car! After I neglected the oil change for too long, I finally had time and energy to come in. Not only did my car drive like new on the way home but I have to say that Connor is the most knowledgeable person that has worked on my car by far. He found and fixed things that were deemed not fixable by others in the past. Thank you again Connor...I will be telling my friends and family to go to you!! read more

Nothing too Jiffy about this place. Slow service is the norm here. All the employees seem to specialize in running back and forth and up and down with little work being done. Didn't they at one time have a 30 minute guarantee? Plan on spending double that to get an oil change here. read more
