We recently purchased a new trailer from Valley RV Supercenter and our experience was an absolute 10/10. We worked with Ray on the purchase. We were slightly skeptical at first when going to the lot (expecting typical sales tactics), but Ray was amazing! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient with us through the process. When it came time to complete paperwork and talk numbers, he made everything simple and there was no pressure whatsoever. On the Finance side, Derek was great and took the time to really help us understand our options. He even managed to get us a killer rate with our preferred credit union. On pick up day, the service team spent an hour walking us through the unit and answering any questions we had. They even took the time to make sure the kids got their questions answered as well. Overall it was a great experience for our family. Valley RV Supercenter has a customer for life and we will definitely refer our friends and family there.

We just purchased a Jayco Seneca coach that was used, but in very good condition. Our sales person, Chance was wonderful and allowed us to spend a lot of time in the dealership as we negotiated a deal. He was a lot of fun and we put him to the test through the negotiation process . The finance person, Derek was a lot of fun and made that process easier and was super helpful even after the purchase agreement was set. Derek introduced us to Tim, whom will be our Service Advisor......surprise! my husband and he found they had many mutual friends and he has many years experience and knowledge so when buying a used RV that was comforting to know. He has been a lot of fun to get to know! We had to reschedule our delivery date (our request) and they were very accommodating. The delivery experience was a lot of fun.....our Technician, Dave was really fun to go through the coach and allowed me to video along the way so we wouldn't forget things. Valley RV also went above what we expected when they did the PDI.....Dave had them replace our refrigerator and all 6 batteries as they were subpar and not functioning 100% (remember a used RV). AND took care of all of it for no additional charge! They even took us for a quick drive to show us how to actually drive the coach......it's 39'.....very intimidating. Travis, also in Finance got us through all the final paperwork, again a lot of fun to chat with. And FYI.....the person that runs the Parts Department is a hoot and knows her stuff And helped us pick out a few things for the RV. Even after we took delivery a couple days later we couldn't figure out the camera system......I called them and Tim and Dave were EXTREMELY helpful and patient....and with a quick FaceTime call Dave had us up and going! All in all, our first RV purchase was fantastic and I hope we get to continue that relationship with them as we navigate our way through ownership and maintenance. If you (Valley RV Supercenter) read this, Thank You for making it a fun experience, and Chance thank you for all the fun text chats!

I really like working with Scott Johnson who has been here forever and has a good, pragmatic, and honest attitude. Yes, RVs are expensive. Man, I would not trust buying a used RV from all the horror stories. No, I don't trust extended warranties sold by dealers (I did buy an after market one and actually was pretty useful but you must read the fine print). And yeah, I know it's a privilege to buy an expensive diesel pusher, but Tiffin generally was honorable about their warranty and Poulsbo did a good job. The first three years you should expect nothing but problems with your coach. After that, things hopefully settle down. If you recognize this is a lifestyle purchase, and a pricey one, I've generally had good luck with the Kent store. Note I service my chassis and generator at Freightliner NW - Poulsbo is for coach work.

When we initially went to pick up our trailer, not only was it not ready, but add-ons we had purchased weren't installed and the inverter was bad. That was fixed soon enough, but only after multiple emails to the service department and our salesman allowed us to actually pick it up at a time convenient to us. 15 months later and the trailer may well be a total loss. Even though we took it to Poulsbo for winterization after owning it for only 5 months, we've had significant water intrusion that resulted in huge amounts of mold taking over the carpet under the dinette, in addition to a cracked skylight, the inverter broken AGAIN, and a warping front facade. To think that on our vacations and weekends in State Parks, my family was breathing in mold spores due to the slipshod product that Poulsbo RV sold us for over $30k is disgusting. Avoid Poulsbo RV at all costs - their products are garbage.

Last spring/2025 we bought off the shelf a stock "cam only" replacement from the Portland store. It was supposed to pair up with our old monitor no prob, :( the counter fella was unaware the wireless-frequencies, cam-monitor, had changed from 2019-2025. Bryan at the Milton location got us into a new superior back up cam system. Matt in their service sector took the time to walk over and give us some helpful tips for install. May not seem worthy of a review but,, after this many years/experiences with Airstream,,, I'm gonna tell you that it's the little things that matter most sometimes. We had a lot of probs in past with long waits on service/repairs when the dealership was under a different ownership at the Auburn location. Because of that I had to learn to fix things myself,, which is usually about a 50/50 lol. Especially electrical. Customer service like that/ boosted confidence for future repairs or upgrades at the Milton location. PS Pic quality/features Brand-motion Cam system are "awesome". Also to note, the people at the sales desks are professional, non abrasive, respectful. From 28 years of a commission-only living myself I really appreciate that :) Thanks Again Jay and Victoria

All of this was after being told that we had a "premium" RV. -Super shady up front costs on initial rental (went from $1500 to almost $3000) - Guy tried run an insurance claim on a flat tire. Guy also tried to run an $8000 claim on light damage to rear bumper from a motorist that tagged the back while we were away from vehicle. I'm not a body guy, but I've done enough car repair to know that this was clearly fraudulent. -When I tried to call to see where my refund was for $300 deductible on claim, I had to leave three separate messages with the guy who could barely speak English at the front desk, before finally had to call and demand to speak with the owner. This was over three weeks time. Again, I do not write Yelp reviews lightly and being a fellow business owner it took me a lot to get pushed over the edge enough to write this, but seriously an all around awful experience. Run

This is probably one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. To make a long story short here are the details, planned a Labor Day weekend getaway for the Dave Matthews concert at the Gorge. We had to get towed into the camp grounds..... 1. Picked up RV (Beat up Van with well over 100k miles on it and it showed) 2. Started driving to Gorge and after about an hour it DIED 3. Called the "owner:" and he said "What would you like me to do about it" 4. Called my own tow truck and told the Owner of F Corners that I had scheduled a tow truck his response was classic "Can you just go ahead and get it fixed.....". Mind you this was Labor Day weekend, I am on my way to a concert and the van I just paid over 1k for just broke down...... 5. We got towed into the camp grounds and figured we would simply sleep in the RV and use the amenities.... no gonna happen 6. Batteries all died and then no water pump or AC 7. Called owner every two hours to get help and no answer 8. At night the carbon mono sensors went off every ten minutes (such a peaceful night) 9. We left a day early because of this mess and when I arrived at the lot with the RV on the tow truck the "owner" came running outside asking "What happened???" It took everything in my power to remain calm but I did for some strange reason. It is now 6 week later and I barely got my refund back for the RV rental and my deposit. Funny how they can take your money within minutes but when it comes to getting it back the "bank" always takes longer. Plus it took me approx. 10 phone call reminders to get my refund because apparently the owner doesn't know how to do anything except tell you what he CANT do for his customers.
