Unsurprisingly, there's no Airstream dealers in Alaska - go figure. So we planned a trip down to WA & OR as soon as the hub could get a few days off. We went to a dealership in OR, but I was left feeling unsatisfied, and with many unanswered questions after leaving. We saw one other trailer from a private seller, and then decided to drive up to Airstream Adventures, Milton. I gave them a call in case we needed an appointment. I spoke to a most delightful young lady on the phone - yes, I'm talking about you Amanda Cook, who said we didn't need an appointment. We got to the dealership and found Amanda, and she's very professional, very knowledgeable, funny, pretty, and just fun to spend time with. She was super welcoming, extremely professional, she answered all of our myriad questions, and I just love her to bits. Anyway, needless to say, we now have our new trailer. This process was as easy as it was because of Amanda Cook, but i've also got to give honorable mentions to Carrie and Kelsey. The whole place is wonderful. Full access to all the trailers, which were all connected to power, so you could see the features. Not so in the Oregon showroom, which was more like a warehouse. Cold, dark and the trailers were locked. The staff lacked knowledge of the specs I was asking about and I left there feeling frustrated. The Milton showroom however - just beautiful, a nice coffee bar with a Keurig, and a good coffee selection, a fridge with bottled water, nice bathrooms, warm and well lit, very organized showroom. It was an absolute pleasure to spend our afternoon there. And we've had occasion to have to call back a few times, and you might think that after the sale is done, the customer service might be "less than" but that hasn't been the case. Amanda Cook is epic. She never seems like she's sick of taking my calls, and I've needed to call a few times. I have no hesitation in recommending this business. They fully earned their 5 stars.

02-26-26 Shout out to Bryan and Matt in parts/service…read more Appreciate the over the top help on our back up camera issues. The stock rear mounted back up cam got water in it on yr 3. Last spring/2025 we bought off the shelf a stock "cam only" replacement from the Portland store. It was supposed to pair up with our old monitor no prob, :( the counter fella was unaware the wireless-frequencies, cam-monitor, had changed from 2019-2025. Bryan at the Milton location got us into a new superior back up cam system. Matt in their service sector took the time to walk over and give us some helpful tips for install. May not seem worthy of a review but,, after this many years/experiences with Airstream,,, I'm gonna tell you that it's the little things that matter most sometimes. We had a lot of probs in past with long waits on service/repairs when the dealership was under a different ownership at the Auburn location. Because of that I had to learn to fix things myself,, which is usually about a 50/50 lol. Especially electrical. Customer service like that/ boosted confidence for future repairs or upgrades at the Milton location. PS Pic quality/features Brand-motion Cam system are "awesome". There is a lot more all I can say is they are liars and cheats just look at the rest of the reviews as well you will have nothing but problems here.

Our salesperson was very nice and assured us she had our best interest at heart. And we really shouldn't have trusted her, so part of that is our fault. She said the unit had solar (not solar prep, solar power), she said the unit had GPS, she said the dealership offered "same day service". Based on these statements, we decided to go ahead with the purchase. The only negotiation we did on price was to ask that the dealer bring down the cost of the PDI. They agreed, but said we needed to finance in order to get that deal (we were going to pay cash). We agreed and they gave us a $2,000 credit toward our trade in to offset the $4,000 in PDI. We pointed out some items which were either broken or dirty to the salesperson and asked if we should send a list of the the things we found. She said, "No need. I have a great eye and will catch everything." When we arrived to pick up our vehicle, none of the items had been fixed and the unit was dirty (dirty floor, stained curtain, bathroom not clean). I thought the $4,000 included a cleaning and examination of all the major systems. The cleaning was not done and our refrigerator on first use was malfunctioning. We paid full retail price for the extended warranty (which we definitely wanted), but the finance person quoted us a $15,000 price to begin with and then came down to $11,000. After all the paperwork, we paid $12,000. He did give us free Mariner tickets. I would prefer no Mariner tickets and be reasonable and truthful about the price. When we signed all of our paperwork, the manager at the store and the parts person were great. No issues and they took care of the broken piece. They accepted our trade-in with no questions or hassles. Although they gave us $36,000 for our trade, and are now selling it for $92,000, that's on us for not negotiating more. Still stings though :) What hurts the most is just the dishonesty of the experience. We came in good faith, gave them a great trade-in and paid practically full price. We received a unit that was misrepresented in what it contained, dirty, and malfunctioning. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Fortunately, we have an extended warranty and should be able to get it fixed (not "same day" as we were promised but likely 2-3 weeks.)

We encountered many sleazy salesmen and felt like a number at many of the dealerships. Luckily, we found the model we wanted at Baydo's. We met with salesman, Casey Loreth who was honest and up-front and addressed all of our concerns. Unfortunately, we were unable to obtain financing for the model we wanted but Casey said he had a used model he wanted us to check out. It had all the amenities we were looking for and we went for it. Casey called me within 2 hours after leaving the dealership to let us know we had been approved. He let me know he was with another customer and would call me back with the details but wanted to let me know as soon as he heard. Between approval and delivery we exchanged texts and he always responded quickly. He never made us feel like we were a burden. He was helpful and went above and beyond repeatedly. When we went to pick up our trailer we met with finance manager Kim Smith. He was also very warm and made us feel at home. He made us laugh repeatedly. He said his job was to make this process fun since RVing is supposed to be enjoyable. He did not want it to be a painful process and he could tell he really enjoyed what he did.
