I'll start with the positive: We are happy with the Odyssey SE and excited to travel with it. The entire buying experience, however, was extremely disappointing. Our salesperson was very nice and assured us she had our best interest at heart. And we really shouldn't have trusted her, so part of that is our fault. She said the unit had solar (not solar prep, solar power), she said the unit had GPS, she said the dealership offered "same day service". Based on these statements, we decided to go ahead with the purchase. The only negotiation we did on price was to ask that the dealer bring down the cost of the PDI. They agreed, but said we needed to finance in order to get that deal (we were going to pay cash). We agreed and they gave us a $2,000 credit toward our trade in to offset the $4,000 in PDI. We pointed out some items which were either broken or dirty to the salesperson and asked if we should send a list of the the things we found. She said, "No need. I have a great eye and will catch everything." When we arrived to pick up our vehicle, none of the items had been fixed and the unit was dirty (dirty floor, stained curtain, bathroom not clean). I thought the $4,000 included a cleaning and examination of all the major systems. The cleaning was not done and our refrigerator on first use was malfunctioning. We paid full retail price for the extended warranty (which we definitely wanted), but the finance person quoted us a $15,000 price to begin with and then came down to $11,000. After all the paperwork, we paid $12,000. He did give us free Mariner tickets. I would prefer no Mariner tickets and be reasonable and truthful about the price. When we signed all of our paperwork, the manager at the store and the parts person were great. No issues and they took care of the broken piece. They accepted our trade-in with no questions or hassles. Although they gave us $36,000 for our trade, and are now selling it for $92,000, that's on us for not negotiating more. Still stings though :) What hurts the most is just the dishonesty of the experience. We came in good faith, gave them a great trade-in and paid practically full price. We received a unit that was misrepresented in what it contained, dirty, and malfunctioning. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Fortunately, we have an extended warranty and should be able to get it fixed (not "same day" as we were promised but likely 2-3 weeks.) read more

Our family drove 3 hours yesterday to buy a trailer from your dealership. Looked at 4 total but told our sales man Jorge we wanted to purchase the cheaper option no matter what but let's run pricing on the more expensive "dream" trailer just to see what payments would come in at since this would be the first time financing a portion of our purchase. We did all the paperwork and they were working up pricing on the more expensive one first because of some sort of company policy they can't do two at a time. (I call BS, they were banking on that more expensive sale) Another family came in and looked at the cheaper trailer and we overheard them say they wanted it. My husband went to the finance office and told our salesman that we were purchasing that one no matter what. Next thing we know the other family had been advised to quickly put a down payment down so the were assured they got it over us. (Which we overheard by the way?!?) At this point Jorge and finance guy walked out to present the payment terms etc. I asked if they just sold that trailer to the other family and they both looked like deer in headlights at the confrontation. To say we were and still are pissed is an understatement. No one advised us that because the numbers weren't being ran on that particular trailer at that moment and a down payment wasn't put down we weren't able to purchase it if someone else walked in, even though we told our salesman that no matter what we were buying that one?! No one even gave us the opportunity to put our money down to ensure we could purchase it should something like this happen. Who wouldn't want to see the pricing difference per payment on a newer trailer versus one that they knew they could buy no matter what. I understand policies and understand most sales are first come first served but no one told us that even though we were actively doing a deal that anyone could come in and buy from under you without a down payment even though we had already started the process. Communication on policies was extremely lacking. We made it a point to reiterate to our salesman once we heard they were interested in the trailer that we wanted it, and he should have advised us to put a down payment down right there in case we did not buy the more expensive trailer, instead he blatantly disregarded it and was banking on the more expensive sale. Think of it like this. Family has been standing in line for whatever reason for two hours, they make it to the finish line and all of a sudden someone comes up and cuts and get the last of whatever they were waiting for leaving the family extremely upset and mad. It's not a matter of us showing up too late and missing out, it's a matter of the communication not being there when it mattered most. read more

Two major problems. 1.) Human decency 2.) Quality control. The first issue -decency: the finance guy was completely rude with zero concern he was bulldozing me when I asked why do I need to sign this credit application when I am not applying for credit? He pointed to the camera in the corner of his office and said - we are being recorded do you think I'm lying to you that you have to sign it. He could not calmly nor rationally explain it to me. The entire experience left me so upset I could not return the next day to pick up my travel trailer, my partner had to solo. Why the next day pick up? Because.... Quality control: the propane tank connection was cracked and completely leaking. Yeah sure you get a full point inspection my a$$. They offered to replace it. But.... Fast forward 2 days after picking it up we are driving to our destination and I notice that the new propane hookup assembly is completely cracked. So I call their service department to ask them how they can put a new one on that is completely cracked? Her answer was, and I quote, "uou must have done that! You bought a traveling tornado that just barrels down the road, what do you expect?" Oh really? Maybe you should have used that in the sales pitch. And then the fridge wouldn't get cold and the battery went dead - all in a day of owning it. We stopped at an RV repair shop along the way and they said my truck did not have the fuses it was supposed to. It would have been really kind and nice as new travel trailer owners if someone would have reviewed our pulling vehicle and told us those a required and missing. This place doesn't care about you, your safety, or you as a human being - they just want you to transfer money and disappear. This review is your warning - I'd go elsewhere whether you're trading in or buying. There's got to be better choices than this read more

I worked with Chris and Donnie, the Sales Manager, and all was good. They knew we did not have a way to tow the 5th wheel we bought and said issues would be taken care of that we had pointed out. Now that the 5th wheel is delivered, we are told they do not have a mobile service to come out and take of issues and we have to bring to their facility or pay to have a mobile service come to our 5th wheel to do the work. Can't even do that though because I can't get an answer on when missing/broken parts are coming or if they have even been ordered. It is easy to make a sale guys, it is the service AFTER you get my money that counts and you fail miserably. read more

They Did not Wash and Clean the unit. It was full of dirt in the cabinets, & roof dirty. Outside of Coach dirty. The Refrigerator has not worked since it was delivered. (Brand New Unit) There were lots of issues and we are waiting way too long to be taken care of. They then passed the Buck to Mt Vernon who has not followed through either. They make promises that they also do not keep. Alex promised he would take care of me but he also did not keep his word. They are definitely not About "LET THE FUN BEGIN". Bought our camper 2 years ago from Randy Edwards at RV Country. The sale went fine and he did help us out a little to make it happen. But that's where it ended. RV Country was done with us right after they got the money even though we bought the extended warranty. DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. I cannot say this strongly enough. It's wholly in their hands if they want to cover anything... and they won't want to. We were rejected on all 8 things, 3 of which were safety related. Neither Randy nor Chris (service guy) did anything to help and blamed it on the warranty company... despite that they sold it us and likely got a nice commission. Anyway, get your camper, get the price you want and move on. They will. Just know this up front and reject all add ons. These guys aren't there to help after the fact, unfortunately. Found a used unit on the website that my wife and I were VERY interested in, and as luck would have it, the website showed it to be in the town where I live. I'm a very busy businessman who spends a lot of time n meetings, so phone calls are not best for me. I sent an email through the website and never was contacted. After a week later I sent another email through the website and also used the online chat to convey that I was interested in this particular unit. The online chat person stated that someone would contact me. Another week, no contact at all. I went down to the lot this time and was "greeted" (I use that term loosely because the guy who greeted me seemed irritated that I Was even there) by a guy who asked if he could help me. I handed him a piece of paper where I had written down the unit stock number and make/model info and said "I'd like to talk to you about this unit." He looked at the paper, looked back at me and said "Did you get this off our website?" to which I replied "Yeah." He then stated, very abrasively "We have lots all over, this could be anywhere from here to Laughlin, Nevada." So I stated "Your website says it's located in Fife, last time I checked this is Fife." He then stated "Well I don't know anything about it, sorry, can't help you." After leaving I went back to a computer and looked again at the website. sure enough, there it was, and supposedly in Fife. Again, the online chat window popped up, so I started a chat and asked the chat person if this unit was indeed for sale. I was assured it was and a sales member would contact me. Another week, no contact. Returning to the website yet again I noticed the location now stated it was at an RV show. After waiting until the next week, the website again showed it had returned to Fife. So I called the number listed on the website and was connected with someone in another state, who could only take my info and pass it on to the sales team. I relayed how that experience had gone so far and expressed my lack of confidence that it would actually happen and was again assured that someone would contact me. Another week (I think we're well over 4 weeks to this point) and I finally get an email on this. I start discussing this unit through emails with the sales member, and mention that I want to come see it. The sales member tells me it has now moved to Chehalis to another RV show. I relayed to the sales guy that we would come see it once it returned. My wife and I ended up half way to Chehalis that next day, so we decided to just drive down and look at it. Upon arriving I was greeted by the sales guy on site and I told him "I'd like to look at that unit right there." pointing at the unit we had been trying to get info on for well over 4 weeks now. He then told me "Oh, that unit is sold." Wait, what?!?!? So, after more than a month of being told "We don't know anything about that unit" or literally not even being acknowledged, the unit was somehow sold before I could even get someone to talk to me about it. This is possibly the worst RV dealership I've ever come across. If you're looking for communication, don't even bother going here. You are literally wasting your time. read more

While we still love our camper that we purchased at the Fife location, only the Buckley location provides service. And service that is covered by warranty proceeds at a glacial pace... if at all. After scheduling a drop off weeks in advance, our unit has been sitting on the Buckley lot essentially untouched for two weeks. The simple issue, a faulty ball valve on a drain, wasn't diagnosed until day six on the lot. Then there is the need for "warranty approval" on a unit that was purchased four months ago. Which at the two week mark, is still not finished. Then word has it that the manufacturer must be contacted, and at least a few other steps before someone deigns to order parts. Beware. Do NOT purchase the extended warranty. It is in any owner's interest to forego the extension and work with some other service provider. Better yet, you may want to just consider purchasing from some other dealer so that you won't have to deal with this level of lack of care for the customer after the sale. read more

Back again. So they sold me a drain pipe at dealer does it fit? No! Will not lock on. Better yet the tanks were left open! So grey and black are now black! It will resolve with time but the service guy who worked my trailer should be let go! They damaged unit We're late on delivery Didn't make it safe to travel Didn't repair promised items. Sales and service there. And left tanks valves open which make it fun when you connect drain pipe that doesn't fit! And fell off twice while draining. And heater blower not working! So 40* degree nights are not full of sleep. And i call for service on these items and was directed to use other service companies with the warranty I purchased with doesn't kick in for another 2 weeks I'm told! I'm still in 30 day dealer responsibility phase! I made good on the money end! But you just did not even minimum! I'm so pissed at all I have been thru for no reason other then incompetence! First off, my grandson and his wife had pick out a trailer to purchased and I was going to help them by using my credit to purchase it for them. I had a hard time getting Bobby to contact me when there were questions. I went to the place and look at the trailer and it was nice for the price. All seem to be going good and I went in and sign so much paperwork and was told that once I sign I could not back out of the deal. I was ok with that but the morning that my grandson was to pick up the trailer he received a text message from Bobby saying the bank back out. Never heard of a bank backing out after all the paperwork had been sign. I usually try not to write a one star review, however 2 days in a row we came to RV Country. 2 days in a row not one sales person acknowledged us nor did they follow up when we were walking out. I honestly believe that they judged us by how we were dressed, casual on a Saturday & Sunday. Funny thing is we already own our RV and will upgrade. We just need to narrow down on what we want. One of the "sales associate" a younger kid with a star tattoo on his arm actually locked a RV that we were waiting to see while he was with another customer, knowing we were waiting to see it again. Funny because all RV's we were looking at were unlocked. Then on our way out, I was talking to my husband about how frustrating that not one person said a thing to us and the sales associate in the pink shirt, overheard us and kept walking past us. So oblivious, I guess if you don't "look" like you can afford it they don't bother. We have narrowed it down to the Entegra Esteem but I sure as hell will NOT be buying here. We purchased a 5th wheel with our daughter at the Tacoma RV show on January 19th. The rig was delivered a couple of weeks later to Everson, WA. When it was delivered, we discovered that the refrigerator and water pump did not work. Dad was able to diagnose and fix the water pump, but, to this date (March 8), the refrigerator doesn't work. We had spoiled food, assuming it was working. The rig was purchased to be a home. Delivered to a site in Everson, WA. We don't have a vehicle to deliver it back to the dealer. We have been going back and forth with the dealer, AND manufacturer to get our daughter a refrigerator. Nothing! It seems that RV Country has absolutely NO field technician capabilities. Finally, thanks to Cory in the Mt Vernon location, we will finally get one of RV Country's technicians to commit to a visit next week to the rig's location, diagnose and determine a fix. In the meantime, we still don't have a refrigerator. This has been an unbelievable experience! We'll see if we get a solution, next week. Stay tuned. read more

Bought a 2018 arctic wolf this summer, took over a month to get it from repairs and walk thru. Took it out for maiden voyage and within hours had catastrophic damage to awning (fell off trailer and almost hit my kid) kitchen faucet blew and leaked water everywhere, and master bed motor stopped working. We called back to RVC of Fife and talked with Cory the service manager who apologized and told us to bring it in ASAP to the Buckley repair shop and they will make it right. He said any issues have them call him and it will be taken care of. Upon dropping off, we were told 2-3 weeks for repair and only thing I was told charges wise was for a diagnostic test. We bought the extended warranty and this damage was within first 30 days. It took 8 weeks with little to no communication before we heard anything back about our unit. We received a call that it was ready and that we owed over $2500 for repairs (of which I was never talked to or advised prior to repair). When I stated that I had a warranty and what Cory told me I was told by Mike that it would be corrected and they would get back to me. 3 weeks later of me calling and leaving voicemails and no responses, i finally get ahold of someone again who tells me I owe them $2500, my warranty covers none of the repairs, and that Cory has moved to Oregon and doesn't remember ever talking to me or saying it would be covered. At this point I've been passed around and screwed over and when told I would be able to talk to the Director for Repair (Randy or roger) I still get no call back and told they are driving and will call me back. That was 4 days ago. It has now been 4 months since we dropped off trailer and have not been able to use it yet paying monthly for it. I am now going to BBB, attorney general and getting a civil lawyer to take this over. I am fed up with the lack of honesty, professionalism and service and will never do business with this company again. read more

Beware of the finance department. We had a decent experience and are happy with our RV, until one week after we had the vehicle home. We received a call from Bobby asking for an additional $1000 and we could make payment over the phone right there, due to a calculation error on their part. BOO! RV Country, this is not how you remedy problems with customers. Ethan in parts is amazing! Taylor did a nice job as well with sales, but wow that customer service in the finance is terrible. In order to make it right, they could have removed the $1000 extra fee or provided a $1000 credit in the parts department. The error was only 1% of the overall sale. At the very least, a phone call with specific details about how this calculation happened, not pushing it off on another weekend employee or the financial staff in another departure and providing a new sales document that felt more official and not shady would have been a better choice than an internal forwarded email. read more

So just showed up to pick up our fifth wheel trailer that they had plenty of notice to take care of the business that they needed to take care of on the day that we're supposed to pick it up, we get informed that they did not run the solar connection wiring that they were supposed to do. Then we got a large horse and pony show about how they're so sorry, and that they'll try to get it done as soon as possible. At which point time we get told that most likely they have The Wire on hand. At which point time I got some pencil pushing bitch That comes out and tells me to watch my language. I tell him how about he does his job? At which point time he walks me out the door and tells me come at me. Fool I will knock you out at which point time. I informed him I was going to whoop his ass Luckily for him, my wife got in my way. I would not suggest coming to this place if your life depended on it. Just figured i'd add to this wonderful shit show today, got here at 11 o'clock. The RV was supposed to be done. Not only was the solar night done, but half. The repairs weren't done, Hell, someone checked off at all the running lights were working in there. There was actually a whole f****** running light missing. Let's not even get me started about that hole that was in the belly of it when we first looked and they told us that they repaired it with a special tape, the maintenance man said. I usually don't like to post in case someone was having a bad day but it was almost like it was a weird reverse psychology tactic to bully you into proving you could pay the obnoxiously overpriced quote youre given. Had a good laugh about it at the other dealership I went to for the same exact model and add ons and paid almost $10k less for (seriously!) with WAY nicer sales person. RVs are in high demand right now but don't let them scare you-there's still room for negotiation out there. Just want to save other people the trouble and the time. read more

The guy was negative from the beginning and at first said he didn't have what we wanted. When my husband listed the ones on line, he said, "oh yeah' and led us to the area is his mask AROUND HIS NECK. He checked on us a couple of times and then we never saw him again until we left and didn't say a word. Bad experience today (6/6/2023) at RV Country in Fife WA. Went to take delivery of a GD 23G Toy Hauler purchased at the Puyallup RV Show (May 4-7, 2023). Hard to believe but the Sales Mgr presented a different vehicle from the one I purchased: Vin# and the MSRP sticker didn't match; the generator was missing; other details were different; MSRP sticker was nearly $10K below the MSRP sticker price for the Vin# I agreed to purchase. I had also agreed to pay extra for a special tire treatment and nano-glass polish, but I saw that these things and general detailing likely had not been done;. They either sold my trailer to someone else or they were pulling a scam by substituting/switching product. I refused to take delivery and I ask for and got my deposit refunded. Sales Manager repeatedly tried to explain what they did as an innocent mistake. Beware! I feel sorry for my salesperson, who was great, if she loses $$ due to this bungle by management. Lost this deal and my time ... but will keep shopping other dealers. read more

We purchased a brand new Grand Design 5th wheel from RV Country. We did our walkthrough with the parts manager 5 days before and pointed out several cosmetic issues we found. He said that he would put his "most detail-oriented guy on it" and have most of them completed by pickup time in a week but there was a chance that a couple things may need to be ordered. I thought that sounded great and really felt like I was being taken care of. He also went around and took pictures of everything that needed to be repaired. The bunkroom barn door bumper had quite a bit of damage. The wall bumper was missing and was slightly indented with holes. I asked the guy doing the walkthrough about how they were planning to repair it because I said we have been to other dealerships when we've bought new trailers and they just rub some white spackle or caulking on it which looked really bad. He wanted me to know that "that's not how they do it at their dealership". They would fill in any holes and then use the matching seam tape to cover it so I would never know it was there, and then put the bumper back on. I was really impressed, but to my surprise you did in fact do what less professional dealerships do and just filled it and then put the bumper over top and it looked terrible. Also, to the left of the bunkroom on the bottom there was a gouge on the wood. During the walkthrough I asked if they could just replace that piece of wood since it was pretty bad. I was told yes but sometimes you can fill it to match. I specifically asked if you had the exact fill color and that when you were done with it it would look like new and was told yes. You guys did fill it but not with the matching color. It wasn't even close. I thought if you didn't have to correct color you would order a new piece to replace it with since this is a brand new trailer but they did not. The molding in three places (two in bunk, one in sofa slide) was pointed out and during the walkthrough a picture was taken but was not repaired. During the walkthrough we found a sconce light switch that was missing a nut and the button doesn't stay in. That was not repaired. Cabinet door handle scratched. Was told they may need to order a new one. I suggested it might be good customer service to swap it out from an unsold reflection but they refused and neither of those things were done or communicated to me. There was a spot in the carpet that I pointed out and was told they would clean it and that they had special machines to do so but was not touched. There were a couple cabinet doors that were not closing right that needed some adjustments that I was told would be addressed. Not touched. One of the propane tanks was not connected tightly and there was propane hissing and odor in the compartment. Didn't care. I only received one key was told that I should have another one. I provided three sets with my trad in. They said they'd mail them to me. I've call several times and they say, "I'll drop it in the mail today". We had other issues with your dealership in the process. Such as, I was told we could pick up the unit one week but that changed, then set a date and time to pick it up the next week but they said they had forgotten to put it on the schedule and being 2 hours away with young kids there was a lot of coordination involved on our end gone to waste. One of the sales man admitted that the office was disorganized, and I would agree. We were so excited to pick up our new trailer with most of the repairs completed just to be really disappointed that barely any were and others clearly completed incorrectly. We also thought the unit was going to be cleaned but it was not. It was filthy on the inside. We also didn't know that there wouldn't be anyone there to help us with the pickup process and answer questions. We had never had a 5th wheel or hooked one up before so there were a lot of things I thought I would have help with that we had to figure out ourselves. I really thought since we were purchasing a higher end trailer that we would also see that in the customer service and support, so I was really surprised to find out I was getting the same support as a low end RV dealership not Grand Design. It's been 3 months and I have contacted them numerous times, most times unable to get a call/email back and when I can get them on the phone they make promises and do not follow-through on any of them. They have not helped me with a single thing on the trailer and I don't understand how a business can treat their customers this way. I would never treat anyone like this. read more

NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS. We purchased it generator didn't wor, hot water didn't work, many things wrong. The biggest problem was we go back n forth to our home in Montana. Every darn time we go something doesn't wor. Refrigerator, water heater,generator,etc. We have complained many times. They could care less. Now coming back from our home in Montana to California. I can't even take shower after driving 14 hours. Why, no hot water. They sold us a piece of shit. I would nevet recommended them and our salesman was a piece of act. Buyer Beware...Must read before buying! My husband and I decided to trade in our travel trailer for a fifth wheel after we sold our house and decided to live in our trailer. They told us to bring our truck down so they can " Measure our truck height to the hitch" and leave it over night. We informed multiple sales people to keep the truck in their shop with the kill switch on at all times, considering that this was an older truck that was VERY well kept, and was in a very high theft area. We received a phone call that next morning telling us that our truck and fifth wheel had been stolen over night. They Failed To listen to our request about keeping the truck locked up and in the shop and they left it over night all hooked to the fifth wheel outside pointed right at the rear exit. Waking up to the horror of the news of both being stolen, we went down to the dealership and they basically patted us on the back and said "sorry but there isn't anything we can do for you". After asking for their insurance info they told us that "we have been down this battle before and that we would not win/gain anything". After we HAD to buy a new truck, they found our fifth wheel. Since there wasn't a whole lot of damage that was done to the fifth wheel, we decided to keep it. When we got our fifth wheel back, we had to go back to the finance office 5 different times because they screwed up that badly on addresses, names, Etc. I had set an appointment with Rick Mckay to view a specific unit. The unit was "on its way in an hour" when I arrived on time. This was an immense waste of my valuable time and gas to drive to this appointment. Rick could have made one quick phone call to me to let me know in advance to not arrive on time. Rick could have avoided the negative review and had a good chance of a sale. While I waited around for the news he was wasting more of my time discussing the merits of Jack in the Box fast food with his fellow rotund employee. Good luck doofus. read more

They must be selling so many RV'S and trailers that they have no need for new business. They don't get back to you when they say they will. They tell you they will call you back the next day and they don't you have to hunt them down. Needless to say if their Service side is a reflection of their sales side I'd stay clear of them. We walked away. We already went there with bank preapproval we weren't wasting anybody's time but they certainly wasted ours. Even when you go there with your own banks preapproval they try to force you to go with their financing or they want you to pay extra money for going with your own bank. Three weeks ago my lady and I went in to buy a Class A motorhome. She signed some papers to get the financing on the move. Today, 11 days after Director Randy and I exchanged communications over the phone, I received the payment I have been trying in vain to get for the past 6 months. He also involved Director Jim from the Service department. Throughout my communications and dealings with these men they have conducted themselves and their business with me honorably and with a great deal of integrity. These men are from the RV Country Corporate office and if their dealings with me had been reflected in my dealings with the Paul Everts franchise, I am confident my experience with Paul Everts would have been a 5-star experience. As it stands, I am still gun shy when it comes to dealing with Paul Everts, but my dealings with these men has restored my faith in RV Country as a whole. I have really enjoyed our experience dealing with everything country. We bought a 2018 Grand Design 285bhts. We were looking at the 2019 but they had an 18 at a location in California for thousands less. Almost identical to the 19. Mike our salesman was very patient and listened to our needs. Showing us many different models including 5th wheels. He guided us to The 285bhts which is perfect for my wife and I and our 3 daughters. The aggressive sales tactics of RV Country (Fife) would've made the Scientologists blush. They tried to squeeze every dime I didn't have out of me. This was 5 mos ago, when I purchased a new Retro 193 trailer from RV Country (Fife) mostly in cash. Their attitude towards me was condescending and rude. I must've looked like somebody to disrespect instead of a college professor. Who knows. Suffice it to say, my reviews said it all. And then, a rare moment, somebody listens and respects your opinions. After having gone through all the channels to make things right, for the past 5 mos (see my review above), Randy Edwards reached out to me. I am impressed by the way Randy Edwards, (from the headquarters in Fresno), listened to me, and handled my issues with finesse and genuine concern. He promised to handle my complaints within a day, and he did. I felt respected and heard. A huge weight was lifted off of me. I had met him the first day I'd gone to RV country (Randy and his dog), which is why I trusted the other staff immediately. I would like to take a little weight off the staff, though, because I do think sales are tough and I believe that Betsy was a great, easy-going sales person. I would like to recommend her to anybody looking to buy an RV. Thank you for making things right. Sometimes all somebody wants is to be treated with respect and dignity, which, I admit I am accustomed to from my days as a professor, and now a writer. But everybody deserves the same respect as me. So I never leave reviews but after being insulted and reading other reviews I just had to. If you're in the market for an RV and a blue collar guy stay away. They appraised my trade at 22,000.00 less than it's worth, told me there was nothing they could do and should sell it myself. The trailer I looked at was sub-par quality and with a 60,000.00 price tag should be immaculate. I was offended by the offer on my trade that is immaculate, 2 years old and like new! Sales manager needs to pull his head out of his ass and be more willing to help his salespeople sell rv's to customers. That's why they sit there stupid! Just because a guy walks up wearing carhartts doesn't mean they don't make 6 figures a year and was excited about buying a new trailer. Salesmen was great though just limited by a dirtbag manager. I will just go buy a new sled and order a Trails west enclosed and yes, pay cash. Go to Apache RV instead and get treated like a customer, not a transient and get a great rv for a great price! read more

We just bought a travel trailer at RV country in Fife. Taylor Meeks our salesperson was terrific. Straightforward and honest, he was helpful and responsive, a great guy and great experience. Donny Jones, the manager, worked with us and has integrity, we really felt taken care of. They have no hidden fees, nothing tacked on at the end, just a smooth process.
