Deanna and Mike were awesome. Very attentive and took time to go over our needs. They found us the perfect RV that met all requirements.

Proof of the pre-approval from my financial institution.

Finance: SIGN THIS! Me: it says no signature required. Finance: SIGN IT, SIGN IT, See camera is recording, SIGN IT!!!! I refuse to trust any RV Country dealership. This has tainted my opinion of the RV dealership industry. Better off buying private party.

So far everything has been great for me, I haven't experienced any headaches like other reviews. John at the Bonney Lake location helped me with my family's purchase, he made the process easy and helped us walk through multiple units. He continued to follow up until we made a final decision. The sales process was fairly easy, what you'd expect at any kind of dealership. I had them add a slide topper before I picked it up and everything was installed and ready to go on time.

I paid for a dometic thermostat and never received it. They do not respond to my multiple complaints/messages. Bad business.

I had a trade in that I had been trying to sell on the auto trader for several weeks with no luck. I was pleased that the JDPower price for the RV I was purchasing was higher than the asking price and they gave me a fair price for my trade, especially after the tax advantage (only paying tax on the difference). There were a few issues with the motorhome I purchased that actually took a couple of months to resolve - but they did resolve everything and even a few extra things they really didn't have to cover (like a broken taillight and water pump). They had to replace the entire furnace but did it at their cost. I decided to purchase the extended warranty (which I virtually never buy), but maybe doing so is what improved the service over the standard most dealers provide. I was in negotiations with another nearby dealer (named after a city in Washington) and they were nowhere near fair pricing - not on the RV I would purchase or their offer on my trade. Johnson RV was fair and treated me like a valued customer.

But they never added the columns and beams for the slide outs. Both side outs. So we brought it in to have those installed. How it even got on the highway to that destination is beyond me. Then we started having problems with leaking. We brought it back in again and they informed us that the seams were not sealed properly and that's why. So they kept it for almost 2 months. They called us Monday and said it's ready come pick it up so my husband went and picked it up. He got it backed into the yard unhooked. We opened it up and I see all kinds of water on the floor. So I had him hook it right back up and bring it back. Three months they tell us your RV is now ready. So I went down there with my husband and decided I was gonna do a thorough inspection. What I found was rat poop. A ton of it. It was on my bed in our pantry on our couch our chairs. They had chewed the wood to the table to the bench. And the pose of work at the service department did they left a ton of their garbage in there as well. Well, that business closed down and I'm thinking a lot had to do with our trailer alone. But we would go in there and I would hear people complaining and screaming at the service department over issues. And here just recently in Fife Washington. I have to say camping world is the worst there. The customer service is terrible. Our dog has severe separation anxiety, and he broke through a couple of screens. So we went there to order them and they go through another company. Well, just today my husband went out there to pick them up and they wanted him to go through a whole bunch of stuff so that they could sell it from camping world give it a whole new number and it's absolutely ridiculous. My husband stood there for 20 minutes waiting and then during that time nothing but arguing between the service guy and the woman that was helping him. My suggestion is stay away. Don't do any business with them. They do Shawty work. And the customer service is really the worst that I've seen. I don't care where you buy RV from. Don't buy from there.

DONT BOTHER WITH THE EXTENDED WARRANTIES. OR DO BUSINESS HERE AT ALL FOR THAT MATTER…read more I'm sure there are those more experienced who could probably tell you this, but seeing as how we just got first hand experience with this issue, I figured I'd share. The extended warranties don't cover the number one damage you'd want to have coverage for in the PNW- rain. We are just barely outside of the manufacturer warranty for our 2020 R-pod, which has developed a leak and covered the interior of our trailer with mold over the winter. When I called and asked if this would be covered, they said, "ohhh, yeaaaahhhh... you're supposed to check the seals every 30 days, the warranty doesn't cover this." So, why the hell did your salesman tell me it was a "wall to wall, bumper to bumper" plan? I paid for the top level extended warranty, and now, just over a year in, you're telling me it won't cover a dime? And what am I supposed to do, get out there with a 20 foot ladder and climb on the roof every month to make sure the seals are holding? I don't even know how to do that. Which seals? All of them? What am I looking for? Am *I* a certified technician all of a sudden? Would it be acceptable if a year old car roof started leaking, and Ford or Chevy turned down the warranty because "ohhhh sorryyyyy, you didn't get out there with a vacuum and pressure test all the seals inside the main cab." It's ridiculous. And what's WORSE, is they don't even have availability to look at the damn thing for a month. Kinda wild, it's almost like they're making great money selling shoddy trailers to unexpecting suckers like myself. They'll say anything they can to get you to make a purchase, with all the extra bells and whistles to make you feel protected, then leave you high and dry when it hits the fan. Please. Take your money elsewhere. I don't hate many things, but I loathe dishonesty, deceit, and blatant lack of clarity when making a deal. And the only thing worse than that is a salesman who sells you a trash product, then makes no effort to make it right. Every single one of these people give even the worst used car salesman a bad name. God in heaven please don't let my kid ever grow up and work here. I'll have no choice but to disown him. These values (or lack thereof) have NO place in my family.

We encountered many sleazy salesmen and felt like a number at many of the dealerships. Luckily, we found the model we wanted at Baydo's. We met with salesman, Casey Loreth who was honest and up-front and addressed all of our concerns. Unfortunately, we were unable to obtain financing for the model we wanted but Casey said he had a used model he wanted us to check out. It had all the amenities we were looking for and we went for it. Casey called me within 2 hours after leaving the dealership to let us know we had been approved. He let me know he was with another customer and would call me back with the details but wanted to let me know as soon as he heard. Between approval and delivery we exchanged texts and he always responded quickly. He never made us feel like we were a burden. He was helpful and went above and beyond repeatedly. When we went to pick up our trailer we met with finance manager Kim Smith. He was also very warm and made us feel at home. He made us laugh repeatedly. He said his job was to make this process fun since RVing is supposed to be enjoyable. He did not want it to be a painful process and he could tell he really enjoyed what he did. Baydo's has a customer for life and I will definitely refer my friends and family there.

Bryan at the Milton location got us into a new superior back up cam system. Matt in their service sector took the time to walk over and give us some helpful tips for install. May not seem worthy of a review but,, after this many years/experiences with Airstream,,, I'm gonna tell you that it's the little things that matter most sometimes. We had a lot of probs in past with long waits on service/repairs when the dealership was under a different ownership at the Auburn location. Because of that I had to learn to fix things myself,, which is usually about a 50/50 lol. Especially electrical. Customer service like that/ boosted confidence for future repairs or upgrades at the Milton location. PS Pic quality/features Brand-motion Cam system are "awesome". Also to note, the people at the sales desks are professional, non abrasive, respectful. From 28 years of a commission-only living myself I really appreciate that :) Thanks Again Jay and Victoria
