We are new RV owners, therefore not experienced. We took our class A to Infinity for an oil change and a few small things before we head out on a big trip. After having our RV serviced with them, I feel very comfortable and secure the RV is ready to go. They were thorough and kind and took the time to explain what was done at the same time giving me suggestions on things I would like done in the future. Infinity's customer service is amazing. I have been a customer with Infinity Coach for the past 10 + years now. They have become like family to me, and their friendliness seems to be the standard. I have a 40 foot motorcoach, diesel pusher, and have had all of my preventive maintenance accomplished with Jim and Heath following through to make sure that all is accomplished correctly. I recently made a major (for me), conversion to Solar. Jim researched what I needed, educated me of the process and installation, then followed up after the fact. I called on the morning of 6/30/2021 to get pricing on suspension parts and installation for my class c. Was told a quote would be emailed to me. Called back later in the afternoon since I hadn't received a quote. I was rudely told " it's not like that's something that can be done in 5 minutes". I told them forget it and hung up the phone. Stay away if you want to be treated like a human. Update: it's obvious these people know nothing about customer service. The one-star reviews are very telling. The issue was never about receiving a timely quote. It's the overall bad attitude and rudeness of all staff involved, including the owner. read more

I ordered a wd hitch through Infinity Coach. It arrived at their shop the day I was leaving kn a big trip. I was going to go without but figured I was passing kind of close by so called to see if they could fit it there and then. They squeezed me in on a busy day and had me on my way in less than an hour. I highly recommend Infinity Coach! Scheduled an inspection of a recall item on my 2018 coach as well as its annual service-lube as well as chassis and generator oil and filters service. Heath immediately inspected and repaired the recall item (as well as another minor item) and Tim took care of all servicing items. Both were thorough and totally professional! Price was very reasonable also. I also had the opportunity to chat with the owner, Jim, who provided valuable information on an opinion question I had. He took the time to spend 15-20 minutes with me, explaining much insight to accompany his answer. They know what they are doing! read more

They had our RV for 3 months. We spent approx. $10k, we even cancelled one of trips because of the "delays" in completing the job: we put new carpet which crumpled on both slide outs after install, engineered hardwood flooring, caulking seams and installation of new fridge (we purchased the fridge so they just did the install) Here's our final letter to them! We are writing this to you and Jim to express again, our concerns regarding the carpet in the slideout and our personal belongings that you still have. We paid you for everything you did according to your expectation. We, in return, would have expected the same in return. Not getting our belongings back because you're waiting for a bigger box since March 13th, 2015. As you recall this was Infinity's fault because You did not replace the our belongings back when you finished the work! This is, after all this time, outrageous and certainly does not reflect well on your service and customer care. Secondly, you have been emailed twice regarding the carpet issue, also your fault in the installation process. We were told you would call when "you" have time. Again, nothing from Infinity Coach. We have been more than patient. We are preparing to take additional steps at this point which include a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau, contacting our attorney to assist us in this matter and finally using any media source that is available to us to broadcast your unwilling and lacking customer service. We are really disappointed in this overall frustrating and time consuming effort on our part with no response from you that would aggravate anyone including yourselves if the shoe was on the other foot. We are leaving on our trip in 2 weeks and we have none of our bedding! While these seem like threats, we feel we have no other options. If we don't hear back from Infinity with a solution that is beneficial for us , our attorney will be prepared to take a more formal approach. They have worked on several different Motor homes that I have owned over the years and the quality of work and customer service are exemplary. We recently had several coach issues needing attention. Jim the owner and Heath the head tech were both very informative and spent extra time to insure our understanding. All their techs were personable and proficient. As full timers we appreciated being allowed to remain in our rig during repair time span. All issues were addressed and repaired to our satisfaction. The primary reason for the poor rating: 1. being treated contemptuously over the course of two weeks (on a job that was estimated to take 3-4 days), by both the owner and his son. While others who work there (good people, all) expected that I would receive an apology, it did not happen. 2. Being handed a bill that was two times the estimate. There was never any discussion with me that they were going to have to do more work than they anticipated. In my experience, this is a standard, good business practice. When I refused to pay this outlandish bill, the threats from the owner became so loud and violent that I called 911 for police protection & assistance. He came, and I eventually was able to drive away. I have never been treated with such disrespect and downright hostility in my entire life. One of the owner's closing comments was that he had the right to bear arms. Frightening, isn't it? I am so glad the local police was there. I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. I had an appointment to bring my coach for warranty work and they left it on the lot for 3 months before even starting. I went 7 weeks after that to get it and half of the things hadn't been done, what was done half of it was botched up and the inside of the coach was dirty, oil and dirt on the carpet. The shower head from the shower just thrown on the floor laying in shampoo they had tipped over and left on the shower floor. They were just rude about it. I didn't take it and said they would have to finish, which they never did, and clean it up. They were also suppose to dump the tanks which they said they did but hadn't and they were suppose to winterize it which I felt they didn't do either. When I was finally going back to get it they called 10 minutes before I left saying I would have to bring a cashiers check or money order to get it back, that I couldn't use my company credit card. They are a pain to deal with, rude and so shoddy work. I would never recommend them. The owner is the absolute rudest person I have ever dealt with. read more

Had a Refer. that was not working, another rv repair place said I had to wait over two weeks. Called Infinity they got me in the next day and did the repair in the driveway. Found and corrected the problem in less than a half hour.Even worked on it in the rain with no charge for the parts. These guys are great! very friendly and helpful.
