Attentive repair team repaired my Truma Hot water/heater. Scheduling accommodated same day repair as it's my daily driver.

Jim researched what I needed, educated me of the process and installation, then followed up after the fact.

Very poor customer service. Had my coach in for warranty repair and recall at 2 different times…read more. First question I get is "did you buy the coach here?" Now, they are the dealer for the manufacturer. Both events took over 6 weeks, with no communication from them, I had to call to get status. You walk into the service area, you're ignored. I finally had enough and called the manufacturer. They gave me a list of certified and approved dealers and mobile service that I can use in the PNW. I just had a flat tow kit installed on my Jeep & coach with another local dealer from the list, it took a day and a half and they completed a warranty on top of that. They communicated status daily with a phone call. Will never use Poulsbo RV again. The sales experience with them wasn't much better. The reason I purchased the coach from a Dealer out of the area.

Our experience with Poulsbo RV was the worst we've ever had -- from dealing with a dishonest…read moresaleswoman, Casey Hitsman, to unprofessional service staff like Tina Becker. The $2,500 pre-inspection is nothing more than a money grab for Poulsbo RV; they don't fix the issues they find and often cause more damage than the RV originally had. We went to pick up the RV twice from Poulsbo RV, and both times it wasn't detailed. It was left dirty -- seemingly to hide paint flaws on the exterior. It looked like someone had used a janitor's broom to smear the dirt around. When I pointed out a dirty spot inside, Casey Hitsman wiped it off with her spit-covered finger. Their service team lacks basic skills. The replacement doors were installed crooked -- you could get stuck in the bathroom. They damaged the step matting, dented a cabinet base, and left the bed lift strap cover broken. The left charge port was installed incorrectly, the rear storage paneling was loose, and the separating carpet was "repaired" by gluing on scraps. They didn't fix the leveling jacks and caused further damage when attempting to repair the leaking water tank. The kitchen faucet remained broken. The promised paint work was never completed -- we later learned they don't even have a paint shop. On top of Poulsbo's incompetence, the RV itself was poorly built by Thor Motor Coach. Cabinet drawer bottoms popped out the first time we cleaned, cabinet mirrors fell off due to lack of adhesive, and the refrigerator broke loose from its mount -- thankfully falling backward, not forward. While driving, screws in the upper bunk sheared off, and metal brackets swung loose, scraping the wallpaper. The TV cabinet even fell off the wall, damaging surrounding cabinetry. After every trip, we find loose screws or staples on the floor. Our brand-new 2024 RV spent 7 of its first 12 months in the shop. Poulsbo RV clearly does not value customers, quality, or accountability. We would never recommend them to anyone.

Andy was super responsive to my needs and went above and beyond when I was delayed at being able to come check out my dream trailer. Todd was great with the financing, listened to what I wanted (and didn't want) and made all that paperwork easy peasy. David was STELLAR with my walk-through and even got my last minute request of vent covers completed in a timely manner. Everyone in the parts department were nice (especially the gal who went to to see if there were any other vent covers in the color I wanted, so sorry I forgot to get your name) and I had a great time buying allll the things. (Warning: it sort of feels like drunk shopping so be prepared! ) My best advice on buying a trailer: take your time. Do your research. Visit all the dealerships. Really spend time in the units that interest you. Is there enough storage? Counter space? When you find THE ONE, go for it but know your limits.

With the very low prices, I assumed there would be extra costs I would have to pay, such as PDI fees. One dealer quoted me over $3000 on top of their sale price to do a delivery and activate the warranty. At Sumner RV, it was included! Dealing with them was comfortable and efficient. I felt like a family member while at their dealership. Thank you Sumner RV! I am so glad I didn't put much merit in the few bad reviews I found. I wonder if they were confused and talking about another RV Dealer in Sumner Washington. Yelp can be a little confusing when trying to post reviews to the correct business.

Lastly I was told my hood latch was non repairable. The cable just wasn't attached properly and I fixed it in 15 minutes I was in a accident with my Japanese Kei car and K&D were able to fix it right up. Overall they did a great job but customer service from the front end wasn't useful. I was often just told by the receptionist to just call back and talk to the owner and she often had no knowledge of what was going on. The work done looks great and the owner was able to give me a severe discount which I greatly appreciate.

We were on vacation traveling through Kent Washington when a truck took off the front right side of…read moreour 40 foot Class A motorhome. We weren't hurt, but our stairs and front right side of the Motorhome we're gone. Our insurance company recommended three companies that could do this kind of detailed, large repair. We interviewed all three companies and got the right feeling from K&D Autowerks and their sister company Infinity Motorhome. Let me start out by saying that this 12-year-old Motorhome was $500,000 new. So we were looking for detailed work to restore our home to excellent working order. I didn't see any way that this repair could be accomplished to be as good as new. Part of the motorhome was gone. Before the accident, we had our motorhome at Orange County Recreation Vehicles in Southern California for $62,000 worth of repairs and upgrades. You can check out our one star review of this business if you're interested. We live in the motorhome and everything they did had one problem or another and we were very disappointed. I mention this so that the context of my 5 Star review can be appreciated. Not only is the motorhome as good as before, it's much better. Kevin helped us work with the insurance companies and got everything back to better than new. All the storage bay doors and seams are straighter than before. Everything they touched is perfect. He even made recommendations about items that might enhance the livability of our home like new LED lights inside and out, a new stronger LED porch light, etc. The biggest task he accomplished was repainting the entire Motorhome. We had bought this repo which sat in the Arizona desert for years. As a result, the underlying fiberglass shell had cracked throughout. Half of the motorhome is black, and it was more cracked looking than alligator skin. 0CRV told us that there was nothing we could do except live with the paint because it was too bad. Kevin started grinding and determined that it was the worst shape of any thing he had ever painted. But that did not deter him. He contacted Motorhome manufacturers And boat manufacturers to see if there was anything that could be done. He found out about a Kevlar membrane that could be installed, but would entail Innumerable Hours of work. Basically he would need to epoxy The entire Motorhome, then sand this concrete like epoxy, then install the Kevlar membrane, then re-Epoxy and sand the entire Motorhome. He actually had to hire additional employees because of the additional work. Although it took a little longer than we anticipated to get our home back, the results were worth it. Our Motorhome looks brand new and is much better than when we took it to K&D Autowerks. Thank you so much Kevin for the innumerable hours and patience needed to make our motorhome our home again.
