Attentive repair team repaired my Truma Hot water/heater. Scheduling accommodated same day repair as it's my daily driver.

Jim researched what I needed, educated me of the process and installation, then followed up after the fact.

One call or message to Marc, and he gets things handled quickly and efficiently. He completed everything that needed to be done and took the time to explain everything to me so I understood what to watch for moving forward. What stood out most to me is how much he genuinely cares. No matter how long of a day he has had, Marc goes out of his way to make sure your RV is fixed properly so you feel safe, comfortable, and confident in your home on wheels. I have had an incredible experience with his work and would highly recommend him to anyone living the RV lifestyle. Marc is genuine, kind, hardworking, intelligent, and takes his job very seriously. It's rare to find someone who is not only skilled but also truly cares about the people he helps. If you need your RV fixed, don't hesitate to reach out to Marc -- I can confidently say he'll get the job done right and in no time!

I want it to be clear that I am not reviewing the service at this dealership. The service…read moredepartment has been very friendly and helpful as possible. My review is for Forest River, the manufacturer that Poulsbo represents. When my wife and I purchased our new trailer 5 years ago we purchased a new 26' special edition travel trailer. We purchased a Forest River because the build quality and appearance seemed better than our previous trailer and most of the others we have seen. Since the purchase we have come to find that the folks building Forest River are just as inattentive and wreckless as the others. So far we have had a couple of serious issues, one of which caused our vacation to end prematurely. The first problem was when we lost all our power on a vacation trip because the builders rounded the main power feed over the top of a frame rail and then sandwiched it under the flooring. That eventually shorted everything out and the dealership fought to get that repaired under warranty. The latest was found when we took our trailer in for routine maintenance and to check on a fading problem with the special edition colored nose cap. While doing repairs and inspections they found an over tightened nut on an axle that had caused a wheel bearing to seize and burn up. As far as the complaint with the cap, the folks at Forest River said they had a substandard vendor and that they had to replace the caps but only during a short period. Ours was not covered even though the cap is fading. So Forest River has poor customer service and we will never recommend their products. Especially special editions that have a higher MSRP than most. Forest River is not to be trusted!

I brought it in for repair and was told by Poulsbo RV that the warranty will not cover it BC it was a rock chip. I eventually took it to a REAL RV repair shop and was told that there's no way it's a rock chip and that it's a manufacturers defect. The shaping mold got air in it as they were gel coating which thinned out the area is so much that it eventually cracked. I emailed Forest River today awaiting their response! My claim will likely be denied BC Poulsbo RV lied about the damage or the tech wasn't properly trained and I'm out of the warranty period! The only good experience at this place was an older gentleman that spent an hour giving me instructions on how to maintain the travel trailer.

Lastly I was told my hood latch was non repairable. The cable just wasn't attached properly and I fixed it in 15 minutes I was in a accident with my Japanese Kei car and K&D were able to fix it right up. Overall they did a great job but customer service from the front end wasn't useful. I was often just told by the receptionist to just call back and talk to the owner and she often had no knowledge of what was going on. The work done looks great and the owner was able to give me a severe discount which I greatly appreciate.

We were on vacation traveling through Kent Washington when a truck took off the front right side of…read moreour 40 foot Class A motorhome. We weren't hurt, but our stairs and front right side of the Motorhome we're gone. Our insurance company recommended three companies that could do this kind of detailed, large repair. We interviewed all three companies and got the right feeling from K&D Autowerks and their sister company Infinity Motorhome. Let me start out by saying that this 12-year-old Motorhome was $500,000 new. So we were looking for detailed work to restore our home to excellent working order. I didn't see any way that this repair could be accomplished to be as good as new. Part of the motorhome was gone. Before the accident, we had our motorhome at Orange County Recreation Vehicles in Southern California for $62,000 worth of repairs and upgrades. You can check out our one star review of this business if you're interested. We live in the motorhome and everything they did had one problem or another and we were very disappointed. I mention this so that the context of my 5 Star review can be appreciated. Not only is the motorhome as good as before, it's much better. Kevin helped us work with the insurance companies and got everything back to better than new. All the storage bay doors and seams are straighter than before. Everything they touched is perfect. He even made recommendations about items that might enhance the livability of our home like new LED lights inside and out, a new stronger LED porch light, etc. The biggest task he accomplished was repainting the entire Motorhome. We had bought this repo which sat in the Arizona desert for years. As a result, the underlying fiberglass shell had cracked throughout. Half of the motorhome is black, and it was more cracked looking than alligator skin. 0CRV told us that there was nothing we could do except live with the paint because it was too bad. Kevin started grinding and determined that it was the worst shape of any thing he had ever painted. But that did not deter him. He contacted Motorhome manufacturers And boat manufacturers to see if there was anything that could be done. He found out about a Kevlar membrane that could be installed, but would entail Innumerable Hours of work. Basically he would need to epoxy The entire Motorhome, then sand this concrete like epoxy, then install the Kevlar membrane, then re-Epoxy and sand the entire Motorhome. He actually had to hire additional employees because of the additional work. Although it took a little longer than we anticipated to get our home back, the results were worth it. Our Motorhome looks brand new and is much better than when we took it to K&D Autowerks. Thank you so much Kevin for the innumerable hours and patience needed to make our motorhome our home again.
