I did a request in Yelp for Upholstery and they responded quickly within 24 hrs. A few others responded but didn't want to do the work. I will not recommend trying to even put them back together. We struggled! Lol. After getting them back on THEN we UTube how to.....!!! That way would have been much easier. So now we know. I'm very happy and can't wait to get them back in the RV so I can sit comfortably!! Hehe

When it was delivered to my location, the staff on site during pickup failed to give the transportation company the keys to the RV and it was locked. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, we knew we had picked the right place! The office staff was friendly and had our paperwork in hand, They were prepared for our appointment and we were quickly looking at our list of issues with their professional, skilled technician, Jason. He knew his stuff and went through our list either correcting issues or explaining how things work in the trailer. Jason was patient when we asked follow up questions and did not make us feel rushed at all. We had expected to leave the trailer with them, but everything on our list was addressed and we were on the road, with our trailer, in about an hour. No charge. Wescraft's solid customer service and skilled employees earned our business for future repairs and maintenance on our RV trailer.

Thats all I did.... they bought one for me and put it in the motorhome. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

RVER's BEWARE WITH GOOD GUYS RV REPAIR IN PUYALLUP, WA I do…read morenot like posting bad reviews, but I must warn others about this company. Took my RV in to have them install a Hott Rod conversion kit on my water heater. Not sure where they buy their parts, but they charged me $203.95 for the kit, which you can buy the same kit on Amazon for $102.44, and Camping World sells it for $113.29. This is only the beginning with this company, because when we went to pick up our RV, the employee showed us the work that he performed and we noticed that someone ransacked the whole inside, and there were lots of items missing. Asked the employee when this happened and he said it was like that when he started the work on it, which was 7 days after we dropped it off, because they had to order the part. We went back into the office and spoke to the manager Daniel, and he came out to our RV like nothing had happened, and both him and the other employee were both oblivious that it was ransacked. REALLY, the manager asked if we have insurance, and said you must have left a window unlocked, and went around the RV on the other side and sides the window open. WRONG, I do a precheck whenever we go out with our RV, and one on my list is to check the windows to make sure they are closed and locked. Which they were locked when we dropped it off. Later that day I called and spoke to Daniel to see if they checked their video surveillance and if any other RVs were broken into. He said that he did not see anything in their video surveillance. I filed a police report and went to the sheriff department and spoke with officer Mayor on the issue, and she gave me a card to give to the manager, Daniel, because they wanted copies of their video surveillance. Went back 11 days later and asked Daniel if he had sent over the video surveillance to the sheriff department and for the name of the officer, he sent it to. His response was I called them and told them he did not have any video surveillance for them and does not remember whom he spoke to. WOW, so he lied to the sheriff department. Something is very suspicious with this whole thing, and they sure showed a lot of red flags to me. How can they be so oblivious and dishonest to their customers, for the condition inside my RV by not saying anything when they called me to let me know the work was done, nor did they say anything when we arrived and went into the office to pay the bill. WOW REALLY! CONS: Suspicious, Over Pricing on Parts, Dishonest, Theft and Security Issues. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT TAKE YOUR RV HERE.

We had an amazing experience with Andrea and Tim! They replaced the awning on our travel trailer,…read moreand the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Andrea was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made scheduling the appointment quick and easy. Tim came to our home, removed our old awning, and installed the new one we had purchased from Amazon--all in about two hours! His workmanship was excellent, and he was professional, personable, and efficient. Although we bought our replacement awning on Amazon due to a tight timeline, Andrea and Tim also offer replacement awnings and we wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them in the future. We were so impressed with their service that they'll be our first call for any future repairs or upgrades to our travel trailer. Highly recommend!

The trailer was in the process of being detailed. It was clean on the outside, but in bad shape on the inside. There was water damage in the bathroom. Fresh caulking everywhere.
