I also had Dan do a walk thru my RV to orient me to its workings and that was so helpful to this rookie.

I did my research on the purchase and skimmed a couple of videos about the installation. The big day arrived and I pretty quickly realized I was going to need a professional. So I set up a detailed project in yelp, and had a contractor from about 40 miles away send an estimate in just a couple of minutes. Time and distance were going to cost an arm and a leg, so I let him know Id get back to him. A bit later I had another hit. It was Marc with Evolved Off Grid, and he was immediately available due to a shipping delay affecting the job he was on. AND his callout and hourly charges were *very* reasonable. I have never felt so lucky. He was on my doorstep in about an hour, and the install was on. It was obvious by the get-go that Marc is very knowledgeable with a ton of experience. He worked quickly and efficiently, and was able to actually converse without slowing down. When we ran into electrical issues, Marc took care to isolate the issue and find a solution. After determining the issue was a faulty connection on the unit, he was able to quickly resolve it. He kept his work area organized, had ample tools/supplies in his vehicle, and was careful to clean up afterwards making sure to leave behind any extra piping and connectors from his purchase at the store. When calculating the final bill, Marc capped the final fee at 3 hours. Due to no fault of his own, it went past this and he diligently found a solution, but didn't feel right charging the full amount, knowing it would create a hardship for us. He is a *good* man, and we are so grateful. So by now, you can see why we unequivocally recommend Marc and Evolved Off Grid for anything RV. His high level of expertise and integrity were a welcome relief to what surely would have been the install-from-hell had I attempted it on my own. Oh. And here is the icing on the cake: If there are any issues that arise with the unit's installation, he will happily come out and remedy the situation free of charge. Yes, you read that right. He guarantees his work. And I have a new RV guy. We couldn't be happier. Thanks Marc!

I called and spoke with Keegan on the phone and explained my situation and he said he could get me in early the next morning and gave the price and we were set. We came in the next morning and the people at the shop treated us like we belonged there. Keegan explained to me what he had planned asked me what I thought and for my concerns and I set him free to get the work done. My wife and I waited in the shop while the work was done and Keegan came and checked on us and let us know how the install was going through out the time we were waiting. Great service! I recommend this shop for this kind of work as the have quite the facility here.

I really like working with Scott Johnson who has been here forever and has a good, pragmatic, and honest attitude. Yes, RVs are expensive. Man, I would not trust buying a used RV from all the horror stories. No, I don't trust extended warranties sold by dealers (I did buy an after market one and actually was pretty useful but you must read the fine print). And yeah, I know it's a privilege to buy an expensive diesel pusher, but Tiffin generally was honorable about their warranty and Poulsbo did a good job. The first three years you should expect nothing but problems with your coach. After that, things hopefully settle down. If you recognize this is a lifestyle purchase, and a pricey one, I've generally had good luck with the Kent store. Note I service my chassis and generator at Freightliner NW - Poulsbo is for coach work.

When we initially went to pick up our trailer, not only was it not ready, but add-ons we had purchased weren't installed and the inverter was bad. That was fixed soon enough, but only after multiple emails to the service department and our salesman allowed us to actually pick it up at a time convenient to us. 15 months later and the trailer may well be a total loss. Even though we took it to Poulsbo for winterization after owning it for only 5 months, we've had significant water intrusion that resulted in huge amounts of mold taking over the carpet under the dinette, in addition to a cracked skylight, the inverter broken AGAIN, and a warping front facade. To think that on our vacations and weekends in State Parks, my family was breathing in mold spores due to the slipshod product that Poulsbo RV sold us for over $30k is disgusting. Avoid Poulsbo RV at all costs - their products are garbage.

They wouldn't give us paperwork when we left, and I've waited a month to hear back and Sydne emails me to say there is no issue with the RV, that the condition is good just a little work but clean(will post picture of just the flooor and it's filth - which until you pulled the pop-out out you couldn't see the degree of filth), and here is nothing they can do. It was a nightmare trip and the owner was supposed to call us back and every time you try to call them he's "/"away for work and his cell isn't working right now" promise to call you back...it's fraud and I promise you - look at the other reviews (wish I did) DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THS HORRIBLE BUSINESS.
