There should be negative stars for this company. We bought the RV last year at the Tacoma RV show…read moreand it had a couple of issues that they said they would address; check engine light, shower door, stuck drawer, hub cap issue, replacing the chairs, roof leak and short a TV. When we signed the deal they threw in 6 foursomes at Chambers Bay; I got one round. They kept our RV for 6 weeks as they supposedly waited on chairs which were cheap used chairs with broken armrests. We asked if we could take the RV for a weekend trip as we were anxious to use our RV. First they tell us that the 30 day warranty has expired but they will fix what they agreed to take care of. At this time the partnership splintered and the brothers took over and Jeremy and Toni were gone. So they took the RV back for another month to address what need to be done and it has now been 6 weeks. So they called me to say it's ready. We took it out that following weekend and the shower door fell off before we got on the freeway, the check engine light came on 150 miles into the trip, the chairs were used and cheap wrapped in plastic, they did put in a TV, They never gave me my 5 rounds of golf, don't answer the phone and after filing a complaint with the attorney general who closed our case because they can't get a hold of Branden or Rob. These guys are total scumbags who have all of the RV's in different states of disrepair saying we are waiting on parts and are full of false promises. NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE TWO IDIOTS!

I also had to hound him for 6 weeks to get my plates. Would never do business with them again. I'm DONE.

I purchased a 2012 Toyota Tundra from Titan One Enterprises LLC, and it quickly turned into a…read morecostly and frustrating experience. The truck looked clean and well-cared for, but within 1,000 miles I discovered it had a blown head gasket -- a serious and expensive issue that was never disclosed prior to the sale, and potentially could total the car if it had overheated and the block warped. What makes this worse is that James George, the owner of Titan One, knew about the problem before selling the vehicle. Despite that, he sold it to me anyway -- no disclosure, no honesty, just a blatant disregard for the buyer. Although the truck had no maintenance records, it was clearly cared for by the previous owner. I asked to be put in touch with that person multiple times. First, the dealership told me the previous owner didn't want to be contacted. Later, they claimed they couldn't find his information due to having "too much paperwork." Both were lies. Eventually, I tracked the previous owner down myself. When I spoke to him, he told me "I knew this phone call would come" and admitted that he strongly suspected the truck would be sold without proper repairs to rip someone off -- and unfortunately, that someone was me. I also strongly suspect that the salesperson, Walter, was aware of the truck's condition, given that he told me he had worked closely with James for a number of years. It's hard to believe he wouldn't have known what was going on. This experience was full of red flags, half-truths, and outright lies. Titan One Enterprises LLC operates with a complete lack of transparency and integrity. I would absolutely not recommend doing business with them under any circumstances.

Camper Dan listened to our wants and requirements and pointed us to a Surveyor made by Forest River. He said the roof was seamless for realtively maintenance free use. The floors were made for pest, etc. etc. We also purchased our extended warranty in finance for that added piece of mind. Well, just over a year in. the roof leaked, service couldn't find it the first time, and damaged our cabinets. Yay!!! we have an extended warranty. NOPE. It doesn't cover seals, fittings, on and on. I research because rv's and travel trailers don't have a "Consumer Reports", an unbiased tester, or do they? People think Airstream is good, but I don't want to spend 90k+. Let me tell you research everything and if your think Forest River ANYTHING is good, I wish you the best of luck. Camper Dan is a great salesman, but that's about it. Our trailer sat in service for months and they are still not done. They let us take the trailer because the flooring, with pink mold, is still on order. Here is what we decided to do. We are trading in our beloved piece of crap Surveyor and getting a real travel trailer. My advice to EVERYONE is to do a touch of research. Unfortunately you will not buy from Baydo's, but there are brands that are truly good.

Our salesperson was very nice and assured us she had our best interest at heart. And we really shouldn't have trusted her, so part of that is our fault. She said the unit had solar (not solar prep, solar power), she said the unit had GPS, she said the dealership offered "same day service". Based on these statements, we decided to go ahead with the purchase. The only negotiation we did on price was to ask that the dealer bring down the cost of the PDI. They agreed, but said we needed to finance in order to get that deal (we were going to pay cash). We agreed and they gave us a $2,000 credit toward our trade in to offset the $4,000 in PDI. We pointed out some items which were either broken or dirty to the salesperson and asked if we should send a list of the the things we found. She said, "No need. I have a great eye and will catch everything." When we arrived to pick up our vehicle, none of the items had been fixed and the unit was dirty (dirty floor, stained curtain, bathroom not clean). I thought the $4,000 included a cleaning and examination of all the major systems. The cleaning was not done and our refrigerator on first use was malfunctioning. We paid full retail price for the extended warranty (which we definitely wanted), but the finance person quoted us a $15,000 price to begin with and then came down to $11,000. After all the paperwork, we paid $12,000. He did give us free Mariner tickets. I would prefer no Mariner tickets and be reasonable and truthful about the price. When we signed all of our paperwork, the manager at the store and the parts person were great. No issues and they took care of the broken piece. They accepted our trade-in with no questions or hassles. Although they gave us $36,000 for our trade, and are now selling it for $92,000, that's on us for not negotiating more. Still stings though :) What hurts the most is just the dishonesty of the experience. We came in good faith, gave them a great trade-in and paid practically full price. We received a unit that was misrepresented in what it contained, dirty, and malfunctioning. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Fortunately, we have an extended warranty and should be able to get it fixed (not "same day" as we were promised but likely 2-3 weeks.)
