Throughout the week, we had been communicating directly with Kevin (the owner) about a used Lance 1172 truck camper. We exchanged multiple emails, photos, and details to make sure it was worth making the one-hour drive to inspect it. On Friday, the day before our visit, we confirmed that we would be coming down Saturday morning. We arrived around 9:30 a.m., and Martha initially helped us with a few things. We then spent nearly two hours thoroughly inspecting the camper. Before making a purchase, we simply asked to have the camper hooked up to water so we could verify there were no leaks and confirm the water pump worked. At that point, Josh walked by and said, "You're wasting your damn time. You're not going to find anything." I replied that I simply wanted to verify there were no leaks and that everything functioned properly. He then said, "It's sold," and walked away with an attitude, ignoring me when I tried to confirm what he had just said. I went back to Martha to ask what was going on, and she confirmed that a deposit had been placed on the camper the previous day. My question was simple: if the camper already had a deposit on it, why weren't we told before driving an hour each way and spending two hours inspecting it? We had confirmed our appointment the day before, yet no one mentioned that the camper was no longer effectively available. Throughout the inspection, we also had to repeatedly ask for basic things such as the keys, the slide-out remote, and water to test the plumbing. The battery was dead, so we couldn't even start the generator. Every request felt like an inconvenience to the staff. The only bright spot was one employee who was polite, helpful, and appeared genuinely frustrated by how we were being treated. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name. Poor communication is one thing, but allowing customers to spend hours inspecting a camper that already has a deposit--and then having an employee speak to them disrespectfully--is completely unacceptable. Based on this experience, I will never do business with this dealership, and I cannot recommend it to anyone else.

In…read moreJuly I saw an advertisement in Market Place for a low milage and low priced RV, A Phil Johnson invited me into the Dealership, where James sold me a 2010 low milage Winebago , with tax and license it was 45 thousand dollars which I paid for by a cashier check , James does not return phone calls , I was issued two temporary Licenses . I have not been able to get a title or a license, can not drive this RV any longer because it is illegal to do so. , .The DOL told me it had a lien on it .James has not told me when or if I can ever receive a title for it , refused to refund my money , even the part where i paid for tax, filing fee licensing . Obviously will not remain in business violating state laws like this.

We asked many question, one being, is it on consignment or do they own it, ANSWER: They Own It!!!! We live 3 hrs away and we made that very clear to the person that is responding to our messages. We are a very qualified buyer not just a looker. In the photos of the exterior there was a lot of reflection so even when we blew it up you could not see all the body damage on the 2004 Beaver Monterey Motorcoach. The front looked like it had major dirt on it and we ask about it and they mentioned it was just dirt, it was not! there is a thick grime with me using my finger nail I could not remove any of it. Major scratches as if some had tried to remove it but to no avail. There was spray over on the body with them trying to hide the damage and it was not even a good attempt. The person did mention that that there was a PVC Pipe that has broke going to the fresh water tank, there are 5 pipes and they did not know which one. Fishy explanation! When we got home I contacted them back through messenger and all I have received was the dog and pony show. It states James is the one having the conversation and who ever is doing it is saying he is just a kid saying what the owners has told him. So the owner who ever that is tells a lie (MAYBE) to some one else that repeats the lie..... It is still a lie! So we get more dog and pony show..... We are people that are qualified and in our upper 60's and this is the way they treated a qualified buyer. So typical of their industry and they wonder why people do not trust them! It is because they are liars!!!!!! They will come on and try to song and dance this review do not fall for it! SO TRUST THE REVIEWS THEY ARE SPOT ON!!!!

Cigarette burns and rips in the upholstery were other nice "features". I felt like I needed a shower after being in it. The truck looked clean and well-cared for, but within 1,000 miles I discovered it had a blown head gasket -- a serious and expensive issue that was never disclosed prior to the sale, and potentially could total the car if it had overheated and the block warped. What makes this worse is that James George, the owner of Titan One, knew about the problem before selling the vehicle. Despite that, he sold it to me anyway -- no disclosure, no honesty, just a blatant disregard for the buyer. Although the truck had no maintenance records, it was clearly cared for by the previous owner. I asked to be put in touch with that person multiple times. First, the dealership told me the previous owner didn't want to be contacted. Later, they claimed they couldn't find his information due to having "too much paperwork." Both were lies. Eventually, I tracked the previous owner down myself. When I spoke to him, he told me "I knew this phone call would come" and admitted that he strongly suspected the truck would be sold without proper repairs to rip someone off -- and unfortunately, that someone was me. I also strongly suspect that the salesperson, Walter, was aware of the truck's condition, given that he told me he had worked closely with James for a number of years. It's hard to believe he wouldn't have known what was going on. This experience was full of red flags, half-truths, and outright lies. Titan One Enterprises LLC operates with a complete lack of transparency and integrity. I would absolutely not recommend doing business with them under any circumstances.

He was prompt in returning the security deposit, was very accommodating, and not too far from the SeaTac airport.
