There is a reason you see other reviews for this shop that have customers that have been coming to them for years! The labor rates are reasonable and they take the time to explain, and show you the issue. They're HONEST, and are not going to sell you a bunch of extra services you don't need, and they actually care about the work they do. I can tell you these things with the utmost confidence. I'm not a mechanic by any means, but I am mechanically inclined and can do some repairs myself. The hours of labor they quoted for the the repair were done by the actual amount of time it took them to do the job. Pricing for the parts were normal, but also, the quality of those parts were obvious. They were not some cheap junk, and there wasn't a huge markup like you're going to find with someone else. They have integrity, and that is a very rare trait in the automotive industry these days. Trust the reviews! I did, and they didn't disappoint! One very happy customer. Thank you guys! :)

Their complimentary multi point inspection with pictures (free with paid oil change) gave me insight into the health and status of fluids, ball joints, suspension, and general condition of the car. This level of transparency is amazing, because I've definitely been to OTHER shops that would have told me all of the fluids need to be replaced without any proof. I highly recommend Olympia Autoworks for your service needs!

They completed a brake flush for my 2015 Audi S4. The job was completed within a good timeframe and the results were fine. The car was returned clean everywhere and everything back in place. The price was very fair. I also asked for estimates for more extensive maintenance work and asked them challenging questions about those procedures. They had the right answers and the estimated costs were again very fair, about 35% less than dealer estimates. I was very pleased with the experience and the results. I will use them again for my Audi maintenance and repairs.

Oh, don't forget the tire pressure. I had initially agreed to have them do a tune up and replace a steering bushing and the valve cover gaskets. After reading reviews I called and told them to only do the plug repair and oil change. When I picked up my vehicle, they charged me $84.69 (25% restocking fee.) For returning parts they supposedly ordered. (Steering coupler, cap and rotor, two valve gaskets, air filter, and spark plugs) There is no way these parts added up to $338.76. The parts, all OEM. come to $96. I took my paperwork from Autohaus to Pete Lea to check out. He is arguably the premier auto mechanic in Olympia, WA. Pete confirmed my suspicions. He said I should get the Heli sinc metric thread kit from Autohaus they charged me for it, and should not have been charged a restocking fee for basic items a shop usual keeps on hand. I requested they give me the hele sinc metric thread kit and they refused. My other mechanic also said the same thing about the part. Nate offered to give me the $84 back. I told him if he gave me a $1000 back i would only leave a couple reviews. Nate refused. what sort of loser would I be to take money from someone and then not leave an honest review.
