Our family cares about having safe places for members of the queer community to patronize, so this got me in the door. We were able to get both our cars in for routine service quickly. This included a free all-points inspection with photos and info (e.g. brake pad thickness) and broke everything down by degree of urgency. Service was prompt and friendly, and after I discovered transmission fluid was leaking from one car when we got home, they apologized and got me back in right away to correct the issue. Parking lot is tight and there's no night drop (fenced lot), but they have a nice waiting area and their lobby shows how involved they are in supporting the local community. Their website has several coupons as well. We'll be back!

Poor Customer Service, Lack of Accountability, and a Very Disappointing Experience…read more I took my 2025 Nissan to Busy Bee Automotive for a routine oil change. Before bringing it in, my vehicle was running perfectly. Immediately after the service, a warning light came on. I didn't get a chance to clearly see what it said, but I made it home. Two days later, my vehicle wouldn't start, and several warning lights were on. I called Busy Bee Automotive to explain what happened. They told me I would need to tow my vehicle to their shop for a diagnostic and receive a quote. I questioned why I should have to pay for a diagnostic when my vehicle was working perfectly before I brought it in and the problem started after their service. As soon as I questioned this, the person on the phone changed his tone and became rude. My husband called afterward and was told the same thing: they would need to run a diagnostic to determine the cause and would only cover the repair if they determined the problem was something they had done. I initially made an appointment, but I decided to contact Nissan directly because I was concerned about protecting my vehicle's warranty. I was advised to take my vehicle to Nissan, so I did. I ended up paying Nissan to address the issue, which was frustrating because the vehicle had been working fine before I took it to Busy Bee. I later returned to Busy Bee Automotive and asked to speak with the manager. The owner came out, and I showed them the video Nissan had sent me documenting the issue. Rather than resolving my concerns, I felt they were trying to blame Nissan. They said they would have helped if I had brought the vehicle back to them for repairs. I understand that Busy Bee wanted an opportunity to inspect the vehicle, and I genuinely tried to understand their point of view. However, after the way I was treated on the phone, I no longer felt comfortable trusting them with my brand-new Nissan. Trust matters, especially when it comes to a vehicle that is barely a year old. They also claimed to have the best technicians and to be better than Nissan. Based on my experience, their customer service and handling of this situation did not reflect the confidence they claimed to have. Another detail that has stayed with me is that, on the day of my appointment, I saw a couple at the shop asking to speak with the manager because they were experiencing issues with their vehicle after leaving. At the time, I thought nothing of it. After my own experience, it made me question whether other customers might have had similar experiences. I cannot speak for their situation, but seeing that interaction made me even more concerned. I believe customers deserve to have their concerns taken seriously, receive respectful communication, and be treated professionally when something goes wrong. Blaming another shop without making the customer feel heard is not the way to build trust. I will not be returning to Busy Bee Automotive, and I cannot recommend them based on my experience. I went in for a simple oil change and ended up dealing with a vehicle that would not start, unexpected expenses, and an extremely frustrating customer service experience. A business can claim to have the best technicians, but professionalism, communication, and accountability matter just as much. If you are considering taking your vehicle here, do your research and make sure you are comfortable with their approach to handling problems before trusting them with your car.

Their communication was really great and we felt the pricing was better than what we were prepared to pay. They replaced several hoses, spark plugs and a bunch of other items... The car runs GREAT again! The service we requested was, fix the car please!

Most recently, I brought the car in after another shop told me I needed rear brakes, calipers, and suspension work totaling a pretty significant bill. Larsen's took the time to actually inspect everything and gave me a much more accurate picture. They confirmed the rear brakes were still in good shape (around 10mm), the control arm bushings were fine, and none of that additional work was needed right now. That kind of honesty is rare. They previously handled my front brake service, and everything was done right, no issues since. This time they also completed an alignment and oil service, both at fair prices. Mark was especially helpful throughout the process. He clearly explained what was actually needed versus what could wait, and didn't try to upsell anything. I never felt rushed or pressured, just informed. Bonus points to him since he's a fellow Atlanta Braves fan! If you're looking for a shop that will diagnose correctly, communicate clearly, and not recommend unnecessary work, Larsen's is a solid choice, especially if you have a BMW or higher-mileage vehicle and want straightforward, trustworthy guidance.
