I was driving through Lacey on my way to Portland when my pickup started to lose power. I checked my iPhone and randomly picked Integrity Automotive to have it towed. I figured it was my alternator and I was making plans to leave the pickup and get back to Seattle by bus or train. Jason was working in the detail shop and I told him what I think the problem was. He told me that Mark is the mechanic, but he wasn't going to be in until Monday (this was on a Friday night). Jason said wait a second and he went into the office to use a phone. He came back out and said O'Rielly's got an alternator for me if I wanted it. I replied "sure!" and Jason drove me in his car to O'Rielly's. I bought the alternator and Jason donned a mechanics apron and installed the alternator for me! I asked how much I owed him and he said no charge! I insisted that he take what cash I had ($11). I was able to get back on my the road thanks to Jason and Integrity Automotive. I think this episode says a lot about Jason and the guys at Integrity Automotive. I was a repeat customer until....My keys were stolen from their faulty night drop. Subsequently my 1987 Corvette convertible was stolen from their shop. After a high speed police chase and crashing through a fence...my car was recovered. Marc Geimer the owner didnt care and blew me off. He refused to give me his insurance information ( I doubt if he has any). I took him to court and got a judgement against Marc Geimer, Carolyn Geimer, and Integrity automotive. I took the car to a good friend who works on custom hot rods and harleys, (Screwy Design). Mark knows them and has also done business with them. I did this to minimalize the costs to everyone involved.It was only $3,600.00 to fix it. Mark and Carolyn wont pay. They wont settle for a partial payment. They wont submit it to their 'alleged' insurance. In my opinion...Mark is a liar, a scammer, and has serious anger issues. My recommendation is NEVER TAKE A VEHICLE THERE. We've been taking our car to Mark about three years ago. We first started using him because we moved into a house literally right around the corner. It is so convenient having a neighborhood garage. He is experienced, down to earth, and honest. I saw the bad reviews and they all seem to relate to the "America's Best Car Care" deal. At $59.99 for 8 oil changes that's only $7.50 per change which is basically like doing it for free. I can see why he got out of that, and its too bad that some customers got mad. Oil changes are often the "loss leader" of a garage to get the client in to sell more work. So far Mark has never been the kind of mechanic to try to sell us on a bunch of extra work, so I can see why that program didn't work well for his way of doing business. He's not an aggressive salesman. What he is, is an honest, competent mechanic. read more

I highly recommend Integrity Automotive. I have been going to Marc since 2008 when he was in his home garage. He is very honest and trustworthy. I have referred many friends to him and have gotten kudos from them for the referral. If he can't repair it, he will send you to an honest trustworthy person that he believes in. The moonroof on my 2012 Camry was stuck open. I had no choice due to the time of day and my location but to have my local Toyota dealer close it for me...at a cost of $150!! They wanted another $350 to install a new switch which would take 3 days. I brought it to Marc at Integrity Auto and he installed the new switch in about 15 minutes and the cost was less than half. I was referred to Mark by another member at my athletic club. I was looking for a place local to take my BMW for regular maintenance as I was tired of going to Fife. I took it in for a regular oil change. Everything went well accept after about a week I noticed some oil spots on the driveway. I took it back to Mark and he rectified the issue. It appeared some bolts holding the oil pan in place weren't quite tight. I'll be going back. Recommended. read more

I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of and Mark talked me through what needed to be done and whether it was worth it (my car is old and slowly dying). Wow!!! Name says it all. My car got towed in for a defective alternator. Marc diagnosed the problem and found that all the problem was, was a bad fuse. Not only did he drop everything he was doing but he didn't even charge me for figuring out the problem or the fuse. Got me and my kids back on the road with in an hour of being towed in.
