STAY AWAY!! New management is awful. They lie (not good at it) and fully cheat you and at the same…read moretime misdiagnose. It has gone downhill since Jerry left and Forest took over. We also referred them to a company with a fleet of trucks and they too have left since new management. I will try to make this short... I took my vehicle in after being rear ended. Shocks, frame bracket and other things needed fixed. After that was done I had my AC serviced to work great again. Then my heater was blowing cold on the driver side so we took it back to them and we told them that my husband thought it was the blend doors and then he thought he did things right but still didn't work. Jay, the technician looked it over and said it was indeed the blend door and he will fix it and they called and said how much and I said go ahead. I went and picked it up and paid Ken at the desk cash because they will charge a 3% fee for debit or credit. This is how I paid the other jobs too. The heater still didn't work and I called Jerry the manager and he said he was going to Alaska for a few months and bring it to him so he can look it over and he said he will make sure it's fixed. Well he left and came back but also moved on to a new career. So last week I called again because it still needed to be dealt with so income have to be cold in the winter and I already paid for the fix. Forest said yes I remember your heater situation, bring it in. We get there and he starts off saying all the messes they have had to clean up because of previous management blah blah, but Jay is the one who Worked on it and he still works there and so I just ignored it. Then Forest falls a few days later and one lie after another seeing what stuck... oh Jay says it was the blend doors and I said yes that's what he said and that he fixed it, I paid and took it home. After all over the place being a terrible liar and no making sense and had to keep going to talk to Jay. He then calls and says do you have your receipt and honestly I didn't keep it (they know i paid cash) spark that's when they decided the new story was I never had it in their and Jay never worked on the heater and he needed to see a receipt (but they had me bring it in because Jay said he remembered and it was the blend door fix he did, now the story changes). Things get heated because they just flat out sticking with i never brought it in. Then Forest finally said that what the job is a heating coil and it's an 8 hour job vs the couple hour job of A blend door. So he was so busy lying and scheming that now we are about 5 days later and I'm a fair person, just say this is 6 more hours to fix and we could have worked it out but no they went the route of "Write have no record of it" how convenient, instead of being honest. It was now heated because he just admitted he lied due to the misdiagnosis and additional hours that he can't do (which I would have paid the additional, no problem). It ended with him hanging up on me when calling him out and we went to the shop to pick up my vehicle and the door was open with my keys on the desk and they were not there. Zero integrity and real bad liars, trying to see which one sticks. And if they respond to this, I'm sure it will be another tall story to get out of doing the right thing and saving face.

AUTO OWNER BEWARE! What follows is my personal experience…read morewith this business. Initially I was impressed with the quick diagnosis and repair of an oil leak on my 2006 Chevy Cobalt so I referred my husband's 2015 Buick Encore for an air conditioner recharge. During the recharge on 4/17/2024, oil leaks were noted so we scheduled to bring the vehicle back in for repair on 4/24/2024. Told repair completed 4/29/2024 so arrived to pick up. Paid $2099.91 by check but when backing vehicle out of bay, discovered check engine light on so went back in to notify the shop manager Jerry who spent the next 45 minutes attempting to diagnose issue. Ended up leaving vehicle again. Our check was cashed May 1 and cleared May 2 even though we did not have the vehicle in our possession. Vehicle was kept until May 16 (more than 2 weeks) when I was summoned for jury duty so we asked for the car to be reassembled and asked if it was safe to drive even though the check engine light was still on. We made a June appointment with Titus Will Chevrolet Olympia where vehicle was completely repaired including tear-down, re-timed the engine and replaced all parts. Took one week including cold test. Issues included timing chain off by one tooth and broken valve on turbo. Picked up vehicle at Titus Will Chevrolet and paid $1996.42 by credit card after a generous discount due to Titus Will repair shop error. On December 13, I went to Sound Auto & Truck in person with all receipts and other documentation expecting a check would be written and I'd be on my way. Jerry would not step off the tool truck to speak with me but sent me to the office with technician Jay. Jay was not making much sense when attempting to tell me Jerry would be the one to reimburse me but needed approval form the owner then stated it would be Jerry's decision. I told Jay I would like the owner's contact information, but was given a business card with the corporate email address and Jerry's cell phone number. I left the documentation and my cell phone number with the expectation I would be contacted within a week. THEY HAD A CUSTOMER (ME) SITTING IN THE OFFICE WITH A PROBLEM WHO DID NOT RECEIVE APPROPRIATE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT LET ALONE ADEQUATE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I waited one week before sending an email with same documentation and demand for payment to the corporate email address and to the Harper and Harper Enterprises representative listed on business filings with the State. Once again, I have received no response. I'm not even sure the business owner, Lacey Sellers, has seen or heard of my issue. I wonder how she feels about the way her business is being managed as I would believe a reputable company would do the right thing and take care of their customer's reimbursement rather than suffer damage to their reputation. IF SOUND AUTO & TRUCK GUARANTEE THEIR WORK, THEY SHOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM REIMBURSING US WHAT WE PAID TO TITUS WILL TO FIX ISSUES CAUSED BY THEIR FAILURE TO REASSEMBLE CAR AFTER REPAIRING OIL LEAKS. THERE IS A REASONABLE EXPECTATION THAT ANY CAR WOULD BE REASSEMBLED IN GOOD WORKING ORDER AFTER A REPAIR. The car was not safe to drive as it had no power to pass on the freeway due to broken valve to the turbo and anything more than one tooth off of the timing chain could have been catastrophic according to service advisor at Titus Will Chevrolet. IF YOU WANT to wonder if your vehicle has been repaired correctly, get the run-around and ghosted when there IS a problem and otherwise waste your hard-earned money, please, by all means, use this shop! This has been my experience.

We had to constantly reach out to them to find out the status of the vehicle. When the vehicle was supposedly fixed we were told we could pick it up, but the vehicle was not at Turner Automotive when we arrived. They had taken it to a dealership without telling us and they had not brought it back. We went to the dealership to get the car, it was having the exact same issue as when we dropped it off. We contacted Turner Automotive, they told us to bring it back and it was probably a part that they had replaced so it would be a warranty issue. We took the car back, we were told it was several different issues, they kept changing what they thought it was. They never told us we owed anything. They had the car for quite a while and we were still having to reach out to them for updates. When the vehicle was finally done, we picked it up and were were told we owed additional money. We would not have had Turner Automotive fix it if it was not a warranty issue. The original repair was over $3,000 and it did not need to be done. It did not fix the issue at all. The second repair was over $500. The person that told us we had to pay that said there was a miscommunication and that we had to pay it. The original repair never should have been done since that was not the problem. Turner Automotive misdiagnosed the vehicle and did not make it right on our end. Their communication and customer service is horrible.

Delivered the vehicle to them Monday. They knew from me what was the problem and could have ordered parts before I even arrived, but decided to wait until I arrived on Monday. Monday, when I was being dropped off, I was told repairs like I was asking for take one, maybe two days to fix. The price they gave me AFTER DIAGNOSTIC was more expensive than local dealers for the same work. But since the car was already there and the appointment was made that was fine because I didn't have to work until Wednesday and if they had it fixed by Tuesday, no issue... Tuesday rolls around, no phone call, no communication. Late in the day I finally called and asked for an update. They told me it wasn't done and it looked like it would be one more day. So, I made plans to get a ride to work, and plans to pick me up. An hour before they were set to close, still no call, and we call them again, after I made plans to get off early and get a ride to get to the shop only to find out they still have even started on the work. I won't use them again, it was my first time, and suggest you don't either. They seem to want your business and then will hold you hostage until they finally get around to whatever you brought them.

I had a frustrating experience with Ernie's RV & Trailer Repair…read more I brought in my Class C RV because I wanted a proper inspection, specifically to have the brake pads checked. Another shop had already told me they couldn't lift the RV, which is exactly why I sought out a place that could handle a full inspection. When I scheduled the appointment, I clearly explained this situation and my expectations. The day after I dropped off the rig, I received a call saying the RV was ready and that nothing was wrong. I was charged about $280. When I arrived to pick it up, I asked for an inspection report or details on what was checked, and it became clear there was confusion. After asking directly what work had been done, I was told they had only performed an oil change. This was extremely frustrating because that was not what I brought the RV in for. I had been very clear that I needed a full inspection due to the previous shop not being able to lift it. They did offer for me to bring the RV back at another time, but when I asked about the cost for the inspection, I was quoted over $450 on top of the $280 I had already paid. This pricing was never discussed when I scheduled the appointment. Overall, my concerns are: -Lack of communication about pricing upfront. They need more transparency on their pricing and other reviews suggest the same -Not paying proper attention to the customer's request -Failing to perform the service that was requested There was no effort to offer a discount or solution to make up for the inconvenience. I wanted to give them a chance despite some pricing concerns posted on prior Yelp reviews, but unfortunately, my experience confirmed those issues. To be fair, the staff were friendly and professional. They are nice folks but, they need to work on some issues. In the future, I will be driving a few extra miles to get better and more competitive service.

Only after I brought my trailer in, they said it would be $861. Way more than I expected for about 2.5 hours of labor and $120 in parts but I had already towed my trailer there so I said ok. They said the trailer brake is fine but they did not measure and would not tell me how much brake I had left. The trailer hitch adjustment cost $159 just to loosen and tighten two bolts with an impact wrench while the hitch was still attached to my vehicle. I watched and they never once used a torque wrench or a vice. My chassis was the vice. Uhaul or any shade tree mechanic would have done better service for a fraction of the cost. They quoted me $7700 to fix the caulk and trim. Hard pass after seeing their quality of work and what they charge for basic services.
