I will start with saying they are very polite and nice but that's about all they've got going. I…read morebrought them my truck KNOWING it needed a transmission replacement or rebuild because they would not give me any kind of quote over the phone, just for them to "diagnose" and tell me it needs a transmission. They told me that they DO NOT rebuild transmissions, they are ONLY willing to replace them with transmissions from a second company whose transmissions are double the price of a factory transmission. They then quoted me almost $8000 to replace my transmission, which any mechanic can pull and replace a transmission for less than Olympic Transmissions. So they charged me $150 just to tell me what I already knew. I highly recommend Thurston county transmission just down the street. They quoted me over the phone less than the cost of Olympics transmission alone to actually rebuild my transmission like to an upgraded heavy duty transmission with a LIFETIME WARRANTY. In my opinion this is a terrible way to run a business and are just scamming people out of a $150 diagnostic fee. They should not claim to be a transmission shop if they aren't even able to rebuild transmissions and only install another company's grossly overpriced transmissions that don't even come with a lifetime warranty like Thurston County Transmission offers for a fraction of the price.

The price they gave me AFTER DIAGNOSTIC was more expensive than local dealers for the same work. But since the car was already there and the appointment was made that was fine because I didn't have to work until Wednesday and if they had it fixed by Tuesday, no issue... Tuesday rolls around, no phone call, no communication. Late in the day I finally called and asked for an update. They told me it wasn't done and it looked like it would be one more day. So, I made plans to get a ride to work, and plans to pick me up. An hour before they were set to close, still no call, and we call them again, after I made plans to get off early and get a ride to get to the shop only to find out they still have even started on the work. I won't use them again, it was my first time, and suggest you don't either. They seem to want your business and then will hold you hostage until they finally get around to whatever you brought them.

I DO NOT recommend taking your vehicle to Schueler Automotive.They had my 2015 Silverado for over…read morea month and still did not fix the issue. I ended up having to take my Silverado back to the GM dealer where they found work done by Schueler Automotive that actually caused more issues with the truck. I originally brought the truck in for injector code issues. Schueler changed all 8 injectors, but it still showed the same injector codes and misfires . After a month with my truck they advised it was the ECU now but they could not fix it and advised me to take the truck to the GM dealer /service. So after the GM tech looked at it, they realized that Schueler had smashed parts of the wiring harness and also found chafed wires on the fuel injector harness where Schuler had used a pry tool to get the fuel injectors out, in turn frying the ECU. In addition, Schueler did not properly size the injector orings and the new injectors were leaking. So $3000 later at the GM dealer the truck was finally fixed. Schueler Automotive charged me $1800 for their shotty work and would not refund nor give me any discounts (per the owner) ,for their incomplete work then gave me a truck back that had more issues then when I brought it in for, in addition, to keeping it for a month with very little communication. I had to call multiple times to check on the progress, and no call backs for days sometimes. I highly recommend you take your vehicle somewhere else , I will NEVER use or recommend Schueler Automotive again. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Ken was beyond helpful and even provided us a place to call if we wanted a refurbished transmission as he knew we were looking into options to save money but yet still get the job done right. We had our transmission replaced with Mike's Automotive and even with a few hiccups, nothing that was their fault...just a few extra things that had to be replaced to get the car in running shape since it had been sitting for some time. The fact that I never felt inferior by their staff and they kept the communication open with us was truly amazing. We were looking for a good automotive place and this definitely will be the place we go to from here on. They completed a brake flush for my 2015 Audi S4. The job was completed within a good timeframe and the results were fine. The car was returned clean everywhere and everything back in place. The price was very fair. I also asked for estimates for more extensive maintenance work and asked them challenging questions about those procedures. They had the right answers and the estimated costs were again very fair, about 35% less than dealer estimates. I was very pleased with the experience and the results. I will use them again for my Audi maintenance and repairs.

Larsen's took the time to actually inspect everything and gave me a much more accurate picture.
