There is a reason you see other reviews for this shop that have customers that have been coming to them for years! The labor rates are reasonable and they take the time to explain, and show you the issue. They're HONEST, and are not going to sell you a bunch of extra services you don't need, and they actually care about the work they do. I can tell you these things with the utmost confidence. I'm not a mechanic by any means, but I am mechanically inclined and can do some repairs myself. The hours of labor they quoted for the the repair were done by the actual amount of time it took them to do the job. Pricing for the parts were normal, but also, the quality of those parts were obvious. They were not some cheap junk, and there wasn't a huge markup like you're going to find with someone else.They have integrity, and that is a very rare trait in the automotive industry these days. Delivered the vehicle to them Monday. They knew from me what was the problem and could have ordered parts before I even arrived, but decided to wait until I arrived on Monday. Monday, when I was being dropped off, I was told repairs like I was asking for take one, maybe two days to fix. The price they gave me AFTER DIAGNOSTIC was more expensive than local dealers for the same work. But since the car was already there and the appointment was made that was fine because I didn't have to work until Wednesday and if they had it fixed by Tuesday, no issue... Tuesday rolls around, no phone call, no communication. Late in the day I finally called and asked for an update. They told me it wasn't done and it looked like it would be one more day. So, I made plans to get a ride to work, and plans to pick me up. An hour before they were set to close, still no call, and we call them again, after I made plans to get off early and get a ride to get to the shop only to find out they still have even started on the work. I won't use them again, it was my first time, and suggest you don't either. They seem to want your business and then will hold you hostage until they finally get around to whatever you brought them.

They completed a brake flush for my 2015 Audi S4. The job was completed within a good timeframe and the results were fine. The car was returned clean everywhere and everything back in place. The price was very fair. I also asked for estimates for more extensive maintenance work and asked them challenging questions about those procedures. They had the right answers and the estimated costs were again very fair, about 35% less than dealer estimates. I was very pleased with the experience and the results. I will use them again for my Audi maintenance and repairs.

After a quick 15-minute inspection, they claimed the water pump needed replacement--even though the car has only 39K miles. They said it had leaked previously but wasn't leaking now. $500 to replace. They also recommended replacing the cabin filter for $112, even though it's a $10 part that takes about a minute to change with no tools. The oil change was priced at $91 for just four quarts of oil and a filter. When I received the inspection report, the promised undercarriage photos were missing. The technician claimed they "wouldn't post" and had been deleted--yet other photos were included. This wasn't a true pre-purchase safety inspection but rather an exaggerated upsell on repairs. I usually don't post reviews, but this experience needed to be shared.

I received communication from I believe the owner they arranged to have my husband's vehicle picked up within 45 minutes within 24 business hours they fix the problem.
