Can you believe that? What a deal! Anyway I showed up first thing in the morning and they were already at work. I sat in the waiting room and they let us have the remote so we can pick whatever show we felt like and time went fast because I was only there for 30 minutes. While we were waiting I enjoyed the coffee from their Keurig. I handed the guy my punchcard and they marked off two oil changes, since they had given me full synthetic. I didn't know the difference and the guy who checked me in was a mechanic and not the regular office guy, so that's where the mistake was. That's okay though, lesson learned- make sure to ask for the synthetic blend. The punchcard lasts for two years, so I'm gonna get one for each of my cars because who can beat that deal?

One of the things the manager has started doing during the last year is to text me a service summary report before completing the work. That way I can read it at my pace and think through it beforehand. Then I call, get an explanation from them, and give them the thumbs up or down (for the record, I've Never told them no).
