Previous review: I went into Valvoline with a working car and drove off with one that barely ran. They told me it wasn't their fault and to buy new plugs and sparks. I did and still my car wouldn't run. Took it to the mechanics and they just reset the codes. They said they get customers from Valvoline all the time after they get an oil change with them. This is horrible. The manager at Valvoline told me he would make it right and give me a refund. The next week he said that his area manager Lawrence denied my refund. Buyers beware, you will go in with a working car, and leave with a broken one, and no one will make it right. They'd rather lose your business.

Can you believe that? What a deal! Anyway I showed up first thing in the morning and they were already at work. I sat in the waiting room and they let us have the remote so we can pick whatever show we felt like and time went fast because I was only there for 30 minutes. While we were waiting I enjoyed the coffee from their Keurig. I handed the guy my punchcard and they marked off two oil changes, since they had given me full synthetic. I didn't know the difference and the guy who checked me in was a mechanic and not the regular office guy, so that's where the mistake was. That's okay though, lesson learned- make sure to ask for the synthetic blend. The punchcard lasts for two years, so I'm gonna get one for each of my cars because who can beat that deal?
