This was my first day off in multiple weeks, and I scheduled this ahead of time. I called and explained my situation to Tom before coming in, but when I got there, he was on lunch, so I had to start all over and re-explain everything--which was frustrating right off the bat. Honestly, this was one of the most annoying experiences I've had--at least in the beginning. My interaction with Race Valentin didn't go well at first. There was a lot of back and forth, details getting mixed up (he even thought my car was a 2013 instead of a 2023), and I didn't feel like I was being heard. I was already short on time, and by that point I was close to tears. BUT--this is where they turned it around. They filled up my tires, completed the rotation (which is what I originally came in for), and then went above and beyond. They found that a previous mechanic had installed a cheap knockoff sensor. Instead of just telling me and sending me on my way, they replaced TWO sensors, fixed the issue, and even handled my windshield wiper--all at no cost to me. By the time I left, everything was working exactly how it should. So yes--rough start, but strong finish. If anything, communication upfront (especially at the management level) could really be improved. But they made it right, and that goes a long way. I even called back after I got home to let them know everything was working perfectly--because that part matters too.

The manager knows me by name and vehicle now, and I'm always getting wonderful service (and to clarify, I got great service the first time I was here too). We have a BMW 3 series and a Ram 1500. Some of the most things we've had their team service are oil changes, tires, headlights, air conditioning, electrical, alignment, and more (just can't remember it all). I feel they've always offered their work at a reasonable price and it's a good value for the work. One of the things the manager has started doing during the last year is to text me a service summary report before completing the work. That way I can read it at my pace and think through it beforehand. Then I call, get an explanation from them, and give them the thumbs up or down (for the record, I've Never told them no). Can you believe that? What a deal! Anyway I showed up first thing in the morning and they were already at work. I sat in the waiting room and they let us have the remote so we can pick whatever show we felt like and time went fast because I was only there for 30 minutes. While we were waiting I enjoyed the coffee from their Keurig. I handed the guy my punchcard and they marked off two oil changes, since they had given me full synthetic. I didn't know the difference and the guy who checked me in was a mechanic and not the regular office guy, so that's where the mistake was. That's okay though, lesson learned- make sure to ask for the synthetic blend. The punchcard lasts for two years, so I'm gonna get one for each of my cars because who can beat that deal?
