The first time, I picked up some used tires for my Tahoe, and most recently I came in thinking I needed a plug/patch repaired because one of my tires was leaking. Christian and his crew took the time to actually figure out the problem and discovered it was just a loose tire valve--something others hadn't been able to pinpoint. They tightened it up, saved us money, and got us back on the road without trying to sell us something we didn't need. Great service, honest people, and a crew you can trust. We truly appreciate Christian and the team. Five stars all the way around!

Most recently, I brought the car in after another shop told me I needed rear brakes, calipers, and suspension work totaling a pretty significant bill. Larsen's took the time to actually inspect everything and gave me a much more accurate picture. They confirmed the rear brakes were still in good shape (around 10mm), the control arm bushings were fine, and none of that additional work was needed right now. That kind of honesty is rare. They previously handled my front brake service, and everything was done right, no issues since. This time they also completed an alignment and oil service, both at fair prices. Mark was especially helpful throughout the process. He clearly explained what was actually needed versus what could wait, and didn't try to upsell anything. I never felt rushed or pressured, just informed. Bonus points to him since he's a fellow Atlanta Braves fan! If you're looking for a shop that will diagnose correctly, communicate clearly, and not recommend unnecessary work, Larsen's is a solid choice, especially if you have a BMW or higher-mileage vehicle and want straightforward, trustworthy guidance.

Our family cares about having safe places for members of the queer community to patronize, so this got me in the door. We were able to get both our cars in for routine service quickly. Service was prompt and friendly, and after I discovered transmission fluid was leaking from one car when we got home, they apologized and got me back in right away to correct the issue. I DO NOT recommend taking your vehicle to Schueler Automotive. They had my 2015 Silverado for over…read morea month and still did not fix the issue. I ended up having to take my Silverado back to the GM dealer where they found work done by Schueler Automotive that actually caused more issues with the truck. I originally brought the truck in for injector code issues. Schueler changed all 8 injectors, but it still showed the same injector codes and misfires . After a month with my truck they advised it was the ECU now but they could not fix it and advised me to take the truck to the GM dealer /service. So after the GM tech looked at it, they realized that Schueler had smashed parts of the wiring harness and also found chafed wires on the fuel injector harness where Schuler had used a pry tool to get the fuel injectors out, in turn frying the ECU. In addition, Schueler did not properly size the injector orings and the new injectors were leaking. So $3000 later at the GM dealer the truck was finally fixed. Schueler Automotive charged me $1800 for their shotty work and would not refund nor give me any discounts (per the owner) ,for their incomplete work then gave me a truck back that had more issues then when I brought it in for, in addition, to keeping it for a month with very little communication. I had to call multiple times to check on the progress, and no call backs for days sometimes. I highly recommend you take your vehicle somewhere else , I will NEVER use or recommend Schueler Automotive again. I would give them zero stars if I could.
