What can I say? I live in Illinois and purchased a trailer online, and my wife picked it up. From…read morethe very beginning, I have to say, SUPER GREAT PEOPLE! Collin, Jennifer, and Dave all went out of their way to make everything go as easily and smoothly as it should. The trailer was ready to go when my wife arrived, and they took the time to carefully run through the steps of hooking it up and making sure everything was right. But most places are done after the sale. Not these people. A few days later, I called them back and asked them for a big favor. They never hesitated once about saying YES. They made a few requests and asked a few questions, and now my wife and son are on their way back home. I cannot say enough about how grateful I am. Thank God for a perfect, well-run company and, more importantly, people who truly care about their customers. That kind of service and kindness is hard to find these days, and I will never forget what Collin, Jennifer, and Dave did for my family. Do not hesitate--give them a call. You will be glad you did. In fact, if you don't, you will regret it. Thank you again, from the bottom of my heart. Illinois Joe

Came into look at campers and told our salesman Tave from the get go that we were just kicking tires. We're 3-4 years out from an actual purchase but wanted to get some ideas. He said it wasn't a problem and was happy open any camper we wanted to look at. True to his word, he opened everything we were interested in. Very knowledgeable on the products. He never pressured us for a purchase and even suggested we make sure visit our salesman we bought our last trailer from, when it came time to purchase. Thanks Tave for a wonderful experience.

My wife and I had an extremely disappointing experience here, and the dealership completely wasted…read moreour time. Throughout the week, we had been communicating directly with Kevin (the owner) about a used Lance 1172 truck camper. We exchanged multiple emails, photos, and details to make sure it was worth making the one-hour drive to inspect it. On Friday, the day before our visit, we confirmed that we would be coming down Saturday morning. We arrived around 9:30 a.m., and Martha initially helped us with a few things. We then spent nearly two hours thoroughly inspecting the camper. Before making a purchase, we simply asked to have the camper hooked up to water so we could verify there were no leaks and confirm the water pump worked. At that point, Josh walked by and said, "You're wasting your damn time. You're not going to find anything." I replied that I simply wanted to verify there were no leaks and that everything functioned properly. He then said, "It's sold," and walked away with an attitude, ignoring me when I tried to confirm what he had just said. I went back to Martha to ask what was going on, and she confirmed that a deposit had been placed on the camper the previous day. My question was simple: if the camper already had a deposit on it, why weren't we told before driving an hour each way and spending two hours inspecting it? We had confirmed our appointment the day before, yet no one mentioned that the camper was no longer effectively available. Throughout the inspection, we also had to repeatedly ask for basic things such as the keys, the slide-out remote, and water to test the plumbing. The battery was dead, so we couldn't even start the generator. Every request felt like an inconvenience to the staff. The only bright spot was one employee who was polite, helpful, and appeared genuinely frustrated by how we were being treated. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name. Poor communication is one thing, but allowing customers to spend hours inspecting a camper that already has a deposit--and then having an employee speak to them disrespectfully--is completely unacceptable. Based on this experience, I will never do business with this dealership, and I cannot recommend it to anyone else.

There should be negative stars for this company. We bought the RV last year at the Tacoma RV show…read moreand it had a couple of issues that they said they would address; check engine light, shower door, stuck drawer, hub cap issue, replacing the chairs, roof leak and short a TV. When we signed the deal they threw in 6 foursomes at Chambers Bay; I got one round. They kept our RV for 6 weeks as they supposedly waited on chairs which were cheap used chairs with broken armrests. We asked if we could take the RV for a weekend trip as we were anxious to use our RV. First they tell us that the 30 day warranty has expired but they will fix what they agreed to take care of. At this time the partnership splintered and the brothers took over and Jeremy and Toni were gone. So they took the RV back for another month to address what need to be done and it has now been 6 weeks. So they called me to say it's ready. We took it out that following weekend and the shower door fell off before we got on the freeway, the check engine light came on 150 miles into the trip, the chairs were used and cheap wrapped in plastic, they did put in a TV, They never gave me my 5 rounds of golf, don't answer the phone and after filing a complaint with the attorney general who closed our case because they can't get a hold of Branden or Rob.
