Over all, however, I had a good experience with Auto Outlet. Neighborhood is a little sketchy, however, with TONS of Homeless camps along the entire road in that specific area, so be careful! Also, if you take the bus into Tacoma (7 minutes away from the dealership), be careful, as the bus stop is also EXTREMELY sketchy, and there's nowhere to go into safely, as it's outside and in a really GHETTO part of town. I waivered for weeks before committing to purchase. Zacc was very knowledgeable and explained everything step by step. He made the entire process quick and easy. He made sure that he showed me cars within my budget that fit the needs of my family. He even continued to put in work after I made my purchase. About a week after purchase, I got a call from him stating that he found a lender offering a lower interest rate and was able to lower my monthly payments. Usually when you buy a vehicle, that's it.
