Lady with the tattoos on her hands is literally the most unprofessional and rudest saleswoman I've ever encountered in my entire life. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here! She does not know how to give customer service! Worst experience ever. I was up the street 4 mins away looking at a F150 then decided to just stop by and she made it seem like a walk in was an issue!!! Any dealership is lucky to get a walk in especially this one. I gave them a chance regardless of how trashy this place looked (like a prison) by saying I could be back next Saturday because the truck had 41K miles!!! I wanted to at least check it out, do a self-inspection, and test drive. Eventually she just had to prove a point when I mentioned multiple times I did not need an explanation why they don't give CARFAX. Only shady LOW END dealerships don't give out Carfax reports for free and apparently customers aren't ever right to her! THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. She just had to have the bigger balls. We purchased a truck from this place and its a total joke. The truck broke down after making the 2nd payment. The motor blew on the freeway and we had to pay for it to be towed home. We were lied to when we were purchasing the truck. We were told that it had a bad battery and that's why it was acting up, when in fact the whole bottom half of the motor blew. They said that they would take 2 months off the loan to offset the motor costs (which is only $600.00, and a new motor is $2000 at base price. but have yet to live up to that agreement. We paid $1700 in cash, $1500 trade in value for my car which comes to $3200. when talking with Donna she stated that we owe over $2000 still after paying $300 for 8 months? No they are just scam artists who take advantage of people. When speaking with Donna and complaining about Rod smoking both a tobacco and weed pen while he was doing the paperwork. If you don't like the smell of that don't go in there because they smoke in front of their customers. When contacting them, DONNA made fun of my brain injury and was laughing on the phone. They are not accessible friendly and definition there is no accessible way into their building NOR is there handicapped parking in their lot, besides being in poor taste, it's illegal to laugh at someone who has a hidden disability and treat them any differently. After contacting Rod and Donna 4 months ago and every month and every time we talk to them, they have done nothing to come get the truck even after doing a volunteer repo. They want us to tow the truck there at our own expense. They also never put my car into their name so I'm still getting things stating that the car needs tabs and when asked about my car, DONNA lied and said it still wasn't on the lot and had been sold when in fact it's sitting on their lot with no one buying it. After I purchased the vehicle, I took it to 2 reputable shops who both informed me that the vehicle needed multiple items fixed, leaking transfer case and rack and all front end suspension was damaged and needed to be replaced. When I returned to get my vehicle that i traded in, the staff had removed my $600 amp, the rear view camera, and the wiring for the sound system. This dealer appears to have a habit of lying about vehicle history. They have vehicles listed on Truecar that claim to have zero accidents, but if you do a little digging, you can find evidence that the car was wrecked and that the car has a salvage title. I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them. I'd be shocked if they don't get sued out of business soon. read more

I went here with my mother and The sales man here named victor was very pushy on top of the fact that he talked to us like we didn't know what we were talking I'm not sure if it was because we're women or just because he's a condescending person but I felt like our thoughts and concerns weren't being heard the whole time. My mother and I test drove a 2007 Hyundai Sonata and the car was a beautiful jade green but the car is 15 years old and only has 30,000 miles on it something felt off about the whole thing. We asked for the car fax for the car and the man we spoke to said we'd have to pay for it and we were seriously interested in the car so paying for car fax wasn't an Issue (it's better to be safe then sorry) he pulled them up but never asked us to make a payment after that nor did he print them out and He didn't tell us what it said on the computer, he made an excuse saying the computer was acting up but then caught himself up because he admitted that the car fax were pulled up on the computer he just avoided answering our questions directly like any stereotypical car salesman and blatantly lied about the accidents the car had been in in the past. My mother and I left so we could take some time to think about it then we ask my grandmother for some insight, she paid for the car fax's on the car and we had discovered that the car we looked at was in 3 DIFFERENT ACCIDENTS ALL OF WHICH THE AIRBAG NEVER DEPLOYED and the third accident the car was deemed TOTALED by an insurance company and later put on auction which is how sova dealership got the car in the first place. I was very disappointed but I expected it there dealership had a very dumpy vibe to it in fact I test drove a car from there that had got broken into and the radio was stolen. I'd advise you to look on Craigslist or Facebook before going to this dealership if your looking for something cheap you get what you pay for and I refuse to be lied to about my future cars history. After that we decided going to a local dealership that provided car fax for free the salesman at my local dealership (west hills autoplex) was very respectful and helpful he also respected our budget and didn't try to push us to pay more. The day we left west hills autoplex I left with a car and very happy with my decision! If I could give sova auto dealership a negative star I would but I guess 1 star should suffice for now. And if victor reads this my word of advice to you is throw out those old sales men tactics it only works on naive people! the more respect you show the further you will get with your sales!
