Super clean, super awesome! Long story short... everybody I talked to at that dealership was real honest and super nice! I bought the car, after some hassle with the bank loans... anyways, I went back to the dealership the day after I bought my used car.. they put the canopy on it; no charge... then my car , a manual, wouldn't go into gear?!!! I seriously thought they sold me a lemon! Then, the manager, Sean, he reassures me that they can keep it safe overnight, then get a quote from the mechanic shop.. I was upset about my car not running nice, so I left it there and had somebody pick me up in parkland... They very next day, these guys literally payed for my car to get fixed; they don't have to do shit after you leave the lot! They put it in a shop, got my car fixed and gave it back within 24 hours! No extra charge!!! These guys are the people you want to do business with! I'm still in awe about how awesome these guys are

The salesman that helped us was Joon he was so professional and so nice, made the process feel like an absolute breeze! I would absolutely recommend JRS Auto Sales!

I spent days lining things up before I ever set foot in the door -- four…read moreseparate phone calls and 20-30 text messages with Crystal and Tina, going over my situation in detail and trying to get pre-approved before making the trip out. When I got there, I had to fill out the exact same information all over again: on paper, then again on their computer, even though I had already uploaded my documentation online. Nobody in the office seemed to know that documentation existed. They sent my file to underwriting, then told me to take the car for a test drive, and if I liked it, to stop at WinCo on the way back and get a money order for the $700 down payment. I did exactly that. When I got back, they denied me -- after I'd already spent the money order, taken the drive, and treated the deal as essentially done. I live 40 miles away. I was left standing in a rough part of Tacoma with no vehicle and no way home. While I was leaving, I watched them try to steer another customer, a young woman, into a beat-up car well outside what looked like a fair match for her, without showing her other vehicles on the lot that were actually in her price range. Between the redundant runaround, being sent to spend money on a "sure thing" that wasn't, and what I watched happen to another customer on my way out, this felt like a textbook bait-and-switch. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

My old car died so I urgently needed a vehicle. I'm new to Tacoma so I knew nothing about local…read moredealerships. I had no luck at the other lots because of my bad credit and very low budget so I went to CarPros. I'm so happy I did. I told Conner about my financial situation the moment I stepped on the lot but he still treated me as if I was shopping for a luxury vehicle. We figured out a price range within my means and he recommended a 2015 Kia Forte LX in great condition with low mileage. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and it's history and it all checked out on the CarFax report. He didn't try to up-sell me at all. I saw that he and Ed put a lot of effort into finding financing options and I really felt like a valued customer throughout the process. I definitely recommend CarPros to find a reliable vehicle at an affordable price. Love the car!

What a weird interaction with this place…read more.. I've been looking for a new vehicle for months and have a very specific model in mind. They had it on their website at the "Car Pros Credit Care" location, so I submitted my contact info and was promptly responded to by early next morning. I had work that morning and couldn't get to any of them, but they called, texted, and emailed about me coming in to "see the car" all in the span of a few hours. Eventually, I responded back and set up an appointment. Autumn was very pleasant to speak with (over text/email). For some reason, she wanted me to go to the Car Pros KIA location and that she'd have the car sent over. The distance wasn't too far apart from each other, so I said, "Why not?" And agreed to an appointment at the Car Pros KIA location for the car I messaged about and not at the "Car Pro Credit" location that I originally inquired about. Come the day of the appointment, I made the 21-mile drive to the dealership and aimlessly walked around until I stumbled upon Moe, who I guess would be my salesman. Moe... very nice and delightful guy to speak with. I told him I was there for a certain car and he told me, "Oh, I don't think it's ready yet" and began trying to ask me questions to which was clear his intent was to get me to purchase a different car than the one I came in to see. Presumably, one that has been sitting on their lot for a while or something. I wanted to roll my eyes so hard. Then he leaves to "check it out," and after 5 minutes or so, he's gesturing me to come with him outside... We're walking around the building to a car to which he tells me to get in... I ask him where we're going, and he tells me "to the other lot where the car is." As he's pulling out and driving towards the exit, he starts telling me about reserving the car by putting $1000 down because it's a hot seller." Like sir, I know. That's why I want it. As he pulls out of the lot, he tells me the car isn't ready and I won't be able to test drive it today, but I should put $1000 down to reserve it. Lol, SIR, I will NOT be putting $1000 down to reserve a car that I haven't even driven. I immediately told him no and to bring me back before he went any further. We shook hands, and I gave him my contact info (at his request) so that when the car is "ready," he will let me know. I left and drove 21 miles back home. Honestly, the whole 10-15 minute interaction with them left such a bad taste in my mouth that I will not be returning to purchase a car. Obvious high-pressure sales tactics, and they reply so promptly only to fail to do their part in communicating such an important detail such as the car not being "ready." Also wanted to add in the fact that it almost felt like I was being kidnapped lol. Like why are you telling me to get into this car without telling me where we're going and why. "Let me go check on it," just to come back and be like, "Get in this car." And then why have me go to another location just to attempt to kidnap me to bring me to the original lot I inquired about?... Was that even a sales tactic? Jeez. All in all, I just wanted to buy a car. Wasn't looking to play your little games. You lost a sale.
