The first week everything was fine, I booked online and was charged exactly what I paid when I booked. The second week I booked online again and everything seemed to be fine. Two days later, when checking my bank account I realized I was charged an extra $64??? I went back this morning to get an explanation and the owner told me it was for an additional driver? I never drove the car either week, just paid for it. He stated that the previous weeks rental I was given a "freebie" on the additional driver. I told him that was confusing and he agreed, but did not refund me or offer me a credit. Overall a very confusing and poor experience particularly regarding one person paying for a rental for someone else to drive. I would've rented another car from them this weekend and possibly the next depending on how the car search goes, but I will now be going elsewhere. The owner was also not the most friendly guy I've met in a customer service orientated business. Be careful what you sign and read the fine print!

The woman who he talked at that time of the pickup was a bit soury and gave my husband an attitude. Telling us that they don't have the car available on the price that was advertised. And while doing the paperworks her brows are still meeting up and won't even smile or talk. We can tell that she is just in the perfect ruined mood. Really awful service we had from her. When we returned the car after two weeks, this other woman is the opposite vibes from the first that we encountered. Totally the friendliest and the kindest. Even greeted us upon entering their office. Most of all she was very grateful for returning the car neat and spotless from the first time it was given to us. We got the Prius car and the car did a good job throughout the trip. Saved a lot of gasoline which is so expensive at that time. Will surely consider this hybrid car renting the next time we juander. Mahalo for reading and happy juandering fellow yeeps!

10 days ago I hit a pothole that was covered in water, so I had no idea how deep it was. As a…read moreresult the wheel well loosened and was scraping against my tire. I immediately made an appointment to take my car in to RJ's. The fix would be simple, but I was also sick of my car constantly scraping, so I spoke to the owner, Reggie, and he said that he could order replacement stats and springs, and could raise my lowered ride to factory specifications and it would be about $600. Well? That was fine. Reggie then called me back a few hours later and asked if I would like to save some money by getting used parts from a reliable supplier. I told him that if the parts were good, to go for it. Got the car back today, here's what happened: 1. Car got raised as promised, and my visibility is better. I hit potholes on the way home and didn't scrape once. 2. My car used to "bounce" at 22-28 MPH - that got fixed. 3. They detailed my car so it was nice and shiny. Last but not least? Due to Reggie's looking around for high quality used parts, he saved me $200. You can't get better service than that!

I stopped by for a collision estimate after backing into our own vehicle in our driveway. I know,…read moreugh! I dreaded the cost and more so dreaded the idea of an increase in our policy for the following year. So I played with the idea of paying out of pocket since I would in essence save money by avoiding the policy increase. I checked a few places of course, just to get a ballpark idea of what I will potentially be paying for. One place quoted around $5-6K--yikes! The gentleman didn't even lift my vehicle's hood up to properly inspect internal damage! Next was another shop downtown. And while the shop owner was actually thorough in inspecting the damages, he failed to deliver two estimates as promised. Last stop, but certainly not the least every expectation is Reggie at RJ's Auto Rebuild. RJ's is actually my neighborhood auto rebuild. Although the closure of the WA-7 has been a pain, I am actually thankful for the detour. Because of it, I pass by there every day on my way home from work. In passing, I am able to judge their popularity by the amount of cars at the shop, several before & after work, and the time frame of their labor. I like what I see, so why not, right? So I meet Reggie and I ask for an estimate. I was honest with the accident down to my plans of paying out of pocket and the reasons why. In return, I felt he was honest, too. I watched him investigate the damages, checked underneath the hood, even noticed the progressive damage to the drivers door, etc. I'm pretty happy he's been more thorough than the other two shops. We discuss the parts (OEM vs. reconditioned vs aftermarket) and numbers inside, and I politely tell him I'd like to shop around some more and compare prices. He kindly encouraged that I did and off I went! But here's why I came back and here's why I highly encourage you to see Reggie for all your auto rebuild needs: Reggie from the git go was honest. Honesty is hard to find, especially in the automotive department. He was also easy to talk to, answered all my questions and was never at any point rude or pushy. Now, for the quality of his shops work--AMAZING. I am beyond pleased and my car literally looks brand new. He had even washed my car (and it was really, really dirty)--inside and out! How can you beat that final touch? Integrity at best! The best bonus, he worked with me on the costs and kept his word and honored his estimate. Thanks again, Reggie!!

We had been searching for our…read morefirst RV for a couple months and had been to most dealerships in the Portland, Tacoma, and Eugene areas. We encountered many sleazy salesmen and felt like a number at many of the dealerships. Luckily, we found the model we wanted at Baydo's. We met with salesman, Casey Loreth who was honest and up-front and addressed all of our concerns. Unfortunately, we were unable to obtain financing for the model we wanted but Casey said he had a used model he wanted us to check out. It had all the amenities we were looking for and we went for it. Casey called me within 2 hours after leaving the dealership to let us know we had been approved. He let me know he was with another customer and would call me back with the details but wanted to let me know as soon as he heard. Between approval and delivery we exchanged texts and he always responded quickly. He never made us feel like we were a burden. He was helpful and went above and beyond repeatedly. When we went to pick up our trailer we met with finance manager Kim Smith. He was also very warm and made us feel at home. He made us laugh repeatedly. He said his job was to make this process fun since RVing is supposed to be enjoyable. He did not want it to be a painful process and he could tell he really enjoyed what he did. Baydo's has a customer for life and I will definitely refer my friends and family there.
