Rental rates have been increased 4 times in 3 years. $235 to $355 It is ridiculous. My suggestion, find somewhere else.

The cleanest bathroom facilities we have come across so far along with laundry facility. (Full size shower and private restroom.) They have a little clubhouse with outdoor bbq grill with some tables and chairs. They have a pet trail with pet area as well to accommodate your fur babies. We were given a cable box for use upon check in for your stay as well as restroom codes to enter the facilities. The camp hosts greeted us upon check in and were super friendly checking in on us while setting up camp to make sure we were good and if we needed anything. The only cons about this park are that the spots are very close to each other and it's all cement. Very few spots have any grassy areas. You have a picnic table at each spot and No firepit. This private RV park is nestled in a quiet woodsy area about 30 min east of Seattle right off the I-90 freeway.

Highly recommend the park.

So we went by, couldn't get in because it's by password on keypads only. I liked that to begin with, it means security to me. So we called and spoke to Anne, the manager and she let us come in and take a look at the place. We saw lots of open sites and liked that it's right by Angle Lake. Later on we found out that the closer you are to the lake, your site will be more than say a site not so close, but a few rows up. Granted all of the sites looked pretty good. We decided to apply and we did. Let me say that the application might take you awhile to complete, so get comfortable to do this. I will say that the background that is done is very, very thorough. I also liked this very much. My husband chose a site and we were set. This is all done online and so is putting the deposit in place. It's very methodical and spells out what is needed and when. Now getting on to the actual living there and what we thought of this place. I liked being here a lot. It's quiet, granted a few of the neighbors can be a bit noisy, but it wasn't so much that you needed to complain to Anne. We were able to walk down to the lake anytime that we wanted and sit and enjoy the view. It's really very pretty. People say hi, but we just did our own thing enjoyed the peace. There are washing machines located in two different areas. One takes quarters only and the other uses an app which is very convenient, especially if you don't have quarters. While we were there, the park provided food for a 4th of July bbq for anyone that wanted to come down by the water. I thought this was very cool. The park is accessible by passwords via a numbered key pad to drive in and walk in and out. I did hear that people can come for a daily visit but need to apply for this, I could be wrong about this so don't quote me on this. The amount of various size rv's in place is big. Small to big, travel trailers to motorhomes. The trees in this park are many, huge and beautiful. Finally, I also noted that there are quite a few people who stay at this park who have traveling jobs. Example: while we there we had two traveling nurses who move from state to state. Also others were additional health professional, airline, military, fire, and various other professionals. It's good that people can have a nice place to stay when having to move from state to state. Recommendations: not many. Maybe some landscaping. I see that a gardener comes in but seems like they do the minimal amount. One other thought: there are alot of rv's in this park and I think the trash comes once a week. Maybe have that happen twice a week, seems like trash piles up alot and there were a few times where there wasn't room to put anymore in. Granted, I imagine that's more a cost but just thinking. So would I stay here again? Yes I would. It's nice enough, peaceful, no one bugs you, you do your own thing and it's fine. The rates are great, this worked for us bigtime. Side note to Anne: thank you for responding to us when we needed assistance.

The park has many permanent residents, spots for long-term stays like ours, and several pull-thrus for overnighters. Not easy to get a reservation but well worth it if you can. Price is very reasonable. The park is kept very clean, laundry facilities are wonderful and not too expensive ($1.25 per load washer and dryer), and there is a sweet little stream running through the park sided by a large grassy area that was wonderful for our dog to run and play. No one objected to him being off leash there, but he comes when he's called, so I'm not sure how people would react to a dog that isn't under control. There were some ducks in the stream and a little bridge that crosses it. We felt very safe here and had quiet neighbors. There was noise from Trosper Road, but not more than the usual two-lane road, and certainly better than freeway noise would be in some of the other parks. Fred Meyer, UPS/fax store, Albertson's, Wal-Mart, and Costco nearby, also gas and coffee shops and other smaller stores. We would love to have found a house in this area. Would definitely recommend this place for short- or long-term stays.
