I cannot properly state how little I would recommend this trash of a business. We rented a Penske truck with this facility as the return point, they are a registered Penske affiliate. This was a move from Las Vegas to Tacoma so it was a 26 foot truck with a car carrier. We were told by Penske that there would be no trouble returning the car carrier first since it's hard to unload a truck with the car carrier in its place behind the truck. We get there to return the car carrier and the 2 dimly lit lightbulbs they had employed there refused to allow us to return it. They told us we could go outside and call Penske if we didn't like their response. My wife and I both stepped outside, telling them we'd be right back. The minute we walked outside the 2 ladies shut and locked the door and closed the business leaving us standing outside in the rain with no ability to return or even discuss the manner. I've worked customer service for years and at no point do you leave a stranded customer like that, it was beyond unprofessional. I called the next day and they were completely unapologetic and could care less about trying to resolve the issues. This is a garbage business with garbage employees read more

I will not be renewing my lease at this place. I pay them over $6,000 per year to store a tool box in a tin shed with a roll up door. The manager just had a Pierce County Sheriff block in my car so he could harass me about driving through an open gate. I pulled up to the entrance and the gate was open, so I drove through. Apparently that was so terrible that he needed an armed Sheriff to get his point across. This has never happened before. I am an excellent tenant. I pay my rent on time every month, and I am rarely even there. However, the manager knows very well who I am and what car I drive. This was an extremely poor way to handle this laughable situation and he just lost a customer. I'm sure his pockets won't be hurting, but I feel sorry for the owner. This place is managed very poorly. So disappointed. read more

The lease agreement includes a termination clause. So they can tell you to vacate in as little as a day. This is unreasonable business practices. They harrassed me, even after they had previously been informed of exactly what is/was taking place. There is only one person that is a consistent contact. They are currently infighting amogst the owners. With one owner filing injunctions and evictions on the other owners. They violate irs tax regulations by providing un-taxed fringe benefits to there employees. The oil tank is nearly always locked, clearly creating a epa violation. There is not enough toilet stalls per capita according to osha, nor do they have a proper fork lift training program. But they will surely allow, untrained employees use inappropriate equipment to move the lifts. Nearly ensuring that you will have an unsafe lift. For 7 months I requested a 220v outlet, it was never installed. If they decide they don't like you, banishment will take place. All in all, way to much momey for a place that will hassle you, ignore you, cut you off while your talking, and generally be disrespectful to you as a customer. read more
