The patties are thick 1/2 pounders and are cooked to perfection. We usually split a burger because they're so huge! The Seoul sauce is fantastic and they come with cheddar cheese and are served on a brioche bun. They have other variations of burgers, including the Bulgogi burger made with grilled ribeye, Seoul X with fire soul meat, the Soul burger which is a Korean grilled pork butt, and more. They have great fries, including garlic fries. Service: there is often a line because the food is great! But the folks manning the grill are fast without sacrificing quality. Service is friendly & efficient. They also have smash burgers, but we haven't tried them. The shakes are great and they make delicious pickles.
