Just to compare - a different company asked me to email the list of items and gave me a quote based on that. All measurements and weights were off and their quote came almost to a bill that I had to pay for my move across the country. Eileen from Olympic Moving came to our apartment to personally look at our belongings. We got a decent quote and both Eileen and Catrina were very helpful with scheduling the move. At the actual moving day movers arrived 45 mins early. But that was ok, we were ready to be done with it asap. There were 2 guys. They did not waste their time. Disassembling, loading and unloading went pretty fast. I was impressed when Robert lifted heavy wooden table top with his bare hands (no gloves) and carried it to the truck. I also had an electric piano, that I was worried about. I was that annoying customer hovering over their shoulders watching them wrap and move it. If you get Robert as your mover - you are in good hands. The move was smooth and faster than scheduled. The company charges hourly, so we paid based on how many hours the crew worked. I had a great experience with Olympic Moving and Storage company.

Then the 3rd month it was raised to 54. by the 5th month, they sent a email saying in 30 days, the price would be 98. 98 for a 5x5 space?? crazy. Raising the price like that in such a short period of time is predatory and greed. I talked to the person working their, they were new, just like everyone else I dealt with before. I stated my complaint and asked to speak to a manager, but they would not give out there phone # or name, someone called me 5 days later, I returned the call and explained my issue on a VM. They never did answer a call, it always went into voicemail. No correction on the price and now I am moving my stuff before I get gouged on a 5x5 price for 98.00. The person who I spoke to at the location is no longer there either. Must be a high turnover job and a lousy place to work. The last 2 visits, the gate was open, before you used your code. I noticed the roof was leaking now, carts are dirty and its hit or miss on getting one. Going there on weekends is not a good idea. People claim a cart and hang onto them. The hallways are very narrow, if a person is sorting and working in their unit, there is no way to pass and good luck on winding through the maze if that happens and you need to get to your unit.

Went in as soon as I realized and was charged late fee and full amount. Went to close my account and they require me to pay the full month of October as well. be sure to save all paperwork and have clear communication on due dates. Their policy says 30 day move out notice, but they do not prorate move outs. When signing up make sure they have text /call set up otherwise communication goes straight to junk mail And they will not call even if number is on file.

The truck was ready when I arrived, and the check in process was fast and easy. The nearly new Chevy pickup we rented was not very clean, but drove well and did what we needed. (I left the truck cleaner than when we got it). When we returned the truck, they said that the fuel level was 'a hair below where it was when you got it' despite the fact that I had taken pains to leave it at the same level or a wee bit higher. However, when I called them they were quick to reverse that charge. Overall, it was not an impressive experience, but I will certainly use them again in the future.

This place is…read morereally ridiculous when it comes to losing track of time and getting trapped inside as soon as it hits 10pm, (which is one of the earliest closing times I've ever seen for a storage unit) there is an emergency number on the gate and there is no option for anything but the automated message for paying the bill or renting a spot This place pretty much forces you to stay inside the facility until 6am and the only way to get out is call 911 or the non emergency number I'm sorry but if I'm paying $250+ for a unit and can't have 24 hour access to MY STUFF!!!! It's not worth it especially for closing at 10pm
