Let them know about six months after moving into our unit that there were mice droppings inside, the lady at the front desk called their pest control guy on speaker while I was there, he blamed it on us, saying we must have brought mice in with our things. Seeing as it was so long after moving in, it's improbable that we did as mice gestation periods are less than thirty days lol. Fast forward several more months, we couldn't afford the time off work to move to another storage facility so dealt with it. Moved into a new house and started emptying out our unit. Tons more droppings, and a lot of fabric based items are ruined due to mouse nesting and droppings. I call to pay the rent and let them know there's damage and what can we do to resolve this? Was met instantly with defensive rudeness, stating how it's hard to believe because "none of the other units near you have said anything, and if you're trying to get us to pay for it, we don't pay for damaged property".... Not the most professional response in my book, but whatever. I assure her I'm not looking for them to pay us, but thought that they'd like to know about it so they can address the issue. She continued to be defensive and rude throughout the conversation, so I said, I don't think we're going to come to a resolution over the phone, we can talk more in person. Highly recommend not renting from this business.

I did not realize in they had a policy that one needs to give a 10 day notice before vacating otherwise you get charge for an entire extra month even if you're out by the end of the current month. No discount or proration offered when I asked. They say it was in the contract I signed (again three years ago) so they can't do anything about it. "Thanks for your $20,000+ over the past three years. Now F*** off!" is basically what they just said. I hope that last $650 was worth it! Folks considering this place, take this info and do with it what you will. They sure were helpful to include the link to give them Yelp and Google reviews sure made it easier for me to post this.
