He was very disrespectful and publically disrespectful at that. Was yelling at me in front of other storage renters. As I stated I understood him inside while we spoke, he continued to follow me outside and continued to speak loudly and abruptly. Very unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. I hope you don't continue to speak to renters like this. Due to this, I will be transferring companies and changing my storage. He is not an asset to your company for an 11 year veteran. (It is pretty hard this time of year to find any availability as most people are storing their RVs away until the weather gets nicer.) I happened to stumble upon them after doing some shopping. They are located in a great part of town. John is the best example of great customer service. He took all the time needed to answer all of my questions. He was also available to give my husband a tour of what he had available on his lot. They provide 24/7 security which was one of the main reasons why we chose to store with them. Sure, there are cheaper places to rent from, but no other lot out there could provide the type of service and security that John does over at Cobalt!

I asked them if it was possible to fix the door because it was very hard to open and close and it didn't want to lock. I was told no, that I just needed to deal with it. When I let them know that this was not going to work for me, they did not make any suggestion for fixing the situation. I felt like the did not value me as a customer. I was also in formed that I would not et my money back even though it was the same day that I opened the unit. So two days later I closed it and told I would no longer be using the unit. Currently a tenant with this storage facility and honestly I wish we had gone elsewhere. They…read moreapparently have far less supplies than needed for the volume of customers. Carts for example are extremely rare to come by so expect to carry all your heavy stuff in and out or rent your own dolly. They claim to have all these things you can use when you come but we've often waited around an hour for a cart to be free or just gave up. We are military and needed the value they offered but it's not convenient and they really pushed us to take a unit on a higher floor with the assurance that carts are easily available etc. not true and we've been here over a month now. Also the elevator system sucks if you are alone and trying to carry your stuff- you have about 30 seconds to get from the entrance door to the elevator before it locks. Can't express enough how frustrating this is making our move. I do not recommend unless you really don't care how long and hard moving in your stuff is- it's going to be a nightmare getting out unless we leave it up to military movers. Blegh.

When we mentioned to the front office, they did not offer to make things right or even take off a portion of the monthly charge. The lack of security for a "secured" area is a joke! They don't monitor the area, nor do they give two craps, as long as they get their money. Extremely disappointed and will never refer this storage unit to anyone. DO NOT use this place.
