Going through a divorce and moving half way across the US, I needed a mover who could accommodate a stressed out single mom of 2 boys moving back in to her parents house. Nothing about this move was wanted or easy, except for the team that picked me up in February out of Seattle and into my parents house in TN. At the time of getting a quote, my sales rep told me to prepare for the move to take anywhere from 10 days to 21 days, I really had no choice. When the guys arrived, I again asked about the delivery and the driver told me he would speak tot he warehouse and if I can accept my things sooner, he may be able to get my things on to the next trailer. I was very hopeful. I took some extra things with me for my boys since they are starting a new school in TN. We started our long drive the following day, and 6 days later received a call from the driver that they will be arriving to TN the following day!! I do not know if my tears were pure joy or from pure exhaustion, but if it was not for the compassion and understanding this company had, I am not sure how I would have made it to TN with two preteen boys, and a lot of stuff.
