This is my first experience using a moving company and I was not disappointed! I communicated with Zac through Yelp to inquire about pricing/availability and was sent an inventory form to fill out and send back for more accurate pricing. This process was smooth and easy to schedule via email. I scheduled for 8 a.m. and the movers were there right on the button. My move was from a one bedroom apt (no stairs) to a three bedroom with one staircase. The distance is just over ten minutes away. From the moment they arrived to signing the paperwork at completion, the entire move had only taken about 2hrs and 20mins. They worked efficiently, carefully from what I can see and saved me $ with their hard work. Being able to work on unpacking/organization while the movers worked was soooo worth it. Zero stars! I asked for a quote vie yelp, received an expected generic response so I decided to call. I left a voicemail which was not returned so I called back and spoke to Zac. I explained to him all the details of my 1 Bedroom move. I told him the date I needed and he said it was available. Said that he needed to send me a link to an estimator. I told him I was driving and would fill it out in 2 hrs when I got home. Spreadsheet filled out and again provided details I had already done on phone. The response I get was the time we agreed to was no longer available. He said that according to his "estimator" that my 1 B/R would take 6 hrs. 6 hrs to move a 650 sq/ft apt. I guess that tells me about the type of movers he was going to send. Being in the military moving has become second nature and I can tell you that moving 1 persons goods in a 1 B/R has never even taken 3 hrs. Stay away from this company from the get go and you will save yourself time and frustration! read more

Fantastic service. First time hiring movers & B&Z did not disappoint. Talked with Zac through Yelp, expecting to have a response the following day given I was reaching out after hours. I got a response in less than 15 minutes along with an inventory form and questionnaire. I initially had a date set in mind and Zac offered their promotional discount for that date, but with how hectic my schedule was & the stress of packing, I kept pushing it back. Zac was accommodating in every way. Even after hours. I filled out my inventory form, emailed it back to him, not realizing that it was after hours. Also, did not realize that they were closed the next day (Sunday). He still worked on my estimate, got everything done and set before my scheduled move on Monday. Also, offered the discount that he initially spoke about. Before you know it, Zac and his partner (wish I got his name, also great service), were in my driveway ready to pack everything up and deliver it to the new location. Very hardworking people, very efficient with their time, great at communicating with each other through the moving process (and of course, you). Took a lot of stress off my hands. Book with B&Z. This company was awesome with getting me slotted for a last minute move! They kept me informed as far as when they were going to be at my location. I don't remember the two gentlemen's names, but they were super friendly and professional and very fast (but careful with my belongings) with the job as a whole. It was very decently priced! Rich and Danny were the gentlemen assigned to my move....they were prompt....friendly......careful......detail-oriented.....answered all of my questions and then some.....took care of my belongings as though they were theirs own. And they kindly set up my bed at the drop-off destination. I found B&Z Moving thru Yelp....and decided on them because of their positive feedback and because the company is owned/operated by veterans. Something that I feel is very important. My move was from Edgewood, WA to Yelm, WA. I thought the price was fair as well. Money well spent.
