This process was smooth and easy to schedule via email. I scheduled for 8 a.m. and the movers were there right on the button. My move was from a one bedroom apt (no stairs) to a three bedroom with one staircase. The distance is just over ten minutes away. From the moment they arrived to signing the paperwork at completion, the entire move had only taken about 2hrs and 20mins. They Called us promptly at 0900 and stated that they were to be here in a few minutes. Communication was amazing! This is our first time working with movers so my fiancé and I were a little nervous. When we met Justin Bell and Gus, they had made the whole experience and transition so nice! I was very impressed of how quickly they had moved all of our items and furniture to the moving truck! I packed all except the furniture very well. Every piece wrapped and boxed. I researched the value for broken items and came up with almost $1000. Found out they only pay 60 cents per pound. Did not cover much at all. Even cabinet they wrapped was damaged. Items were to be stored in Lynnwood but were actually stored in Tukwila. Travel time more $.
