On time, quality move, and competitively priced. I initially contacted ASAP months ago about our move from Washington to Arizona. The move was barely above the minimum but Desmond treated us like it was a big job. The date changed a few times and Desmond was very accommodating. Always professional, friendly and very helpful. The initial team to move us out arrived about 30 minutes into the 4 hour window. The team was very efficient and professional. Our items arrived 5 days later and the driver arrived within the first hour of the window. Out of all the moves this has never happened to us before. Due to life hitting me like a bunch of bricks I wasn't able to be fully packed like I usually am, so I sprung for the full service move and they handled my items and possessions as if they were their own. They packed my old apartment quickly and efficiently, at our new place they dropped boxes in the correct rooms, asked for guidance on some furniture and even set up our beds and labeled certain boxes to be opened first (for things that you'd need quickly, like food in the kitchen, or personal items for the bathrooms). While I hope not to need their service for a while because I'm in love with my new place, if and when we need to move again we will always reach out to them first! Just to compare - a different company asked me to email the list of items and gave me a quote based on that. All measurements and weights were off and their quote came almost to a bill that I had to pay for my move across the country. Eileen from Olympic Moving came to our apartment to personally look at our belongings. We got a decent quote and both Eileen and Catrina were very helpful with scheduling the move. At the actual moving day movers arrived 45 mins early. But that was ok, we were ready to be done with it asap. There were 2 guys. They did not waste their time. Disassembling, loading and unloading went pretty fast. I was impressed when Robert lifted heavy wooden table top with his bare hands (no gloves) and carried it to the truck. I also had an electric piano, that I was worried about. I was that annoying customer hovering over their shoulders watching them wrap and move it. If you get Robert as your mover - you are in good hands. The move was smooth and faster than scheduled. The company charges hourly, so we paid based on how many hours the crew worked. I had a great experience with Olympic Moving and Storage company.
