Long story short these guys are miracle workers. I called literally over a dozen RV places and was turned down by the majority of them due to the nature of my repair issue. These guys gave me a chance and decided to take a crack at it, warning me that the likelihood of being able to fix my problem was pretty far off. He was very proffesional, listened to what I needed done, got the work done fairly fast, and clearly explained what he had done. They came out to look at the hot water heater, repaired the problem. On time, reasonable rates, very cordial. Highly recommend.

Tim answered all of my questions and gave me what I feel was prudent advice. He spent less than the one hour minimum charge time diagnosing the Motorhomes issue so spent the remainder of the hour addressing another issue that was not even scheduled to be fixed. I would recommend their service. The only issue is that they don't have a website or a way to message them. To reach them by phone is not always reliable. Their receptionist is frequently busy and they sometimes didn't get right back to me. read more

I drove an hour to come here based upon the reviews, and they did not disappoint. When I arrived we went over the 4 jobs (replace toilet, replace overhead fan, replace propane level sensor, fix awning that wouldn't close properly). Jason (owner) went through each item, determined parts he needed to order, said that it would take awhile due to pandemic supply chain issues. Suggested he place the order for parts, and would call when they were in. A week later he called and said parts were in and asked me if I could bring van in the next day. I showed up at 8 and dropped off vehicle. I called a Lyft to take me home expecting to pick it up maybe the next day if lucky. About 4 minutes from home Jason called and said there were almost done, so I asked the lyft driver to turn around and take me back. Sure enough, when I got there they were just finishing up. I literally couldn't believe it! I'm still amazed they did all 4 jobs in about 90 minutes! To quote the famous line from the movie Casa Blanca, "I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship." I will be back again, and again! read more

I had bent the Tongue Jack on my brand new little travel trailer. I called "Everything RV" and they had me bring in my trailer that day. When they called me the following day, Friday, to tell me it was ready, I was unable to pick it up before their closing. They stored my trailer inside their building over the weekend. They did a great job and I only had to pay for 1/2 hour of labor. If I need any future repairs, I'll be taking my trailer to them! read more

Wow! Everything RV is terrific! Jason was able to fit me in for an inspection prior to a trip. It was completed thoroughly, and he identified a couple areas that would eventually need to be addressed. It was clear that Jason knew his stuff, and there was no BS or upselling. While briefly waiting for him to finish the checkin of a customer ahead if me, it gave me an opportunity to observe. You can tell a lot about a place by the way employees interact with each other and with the boss, and visa versa. In May of 2021, calling all around to find some quick & cheap parking for my 3 archival-storage trailers somewhere NE of Seattle, I finally came across Everything RV in Monroe, & called them -- when by-then it was right at their closing time of 6p ; Jason, the owner~manager, answered anyway; and then went on, overtime, to very kindly help me, tho knowing it would be w/out any compensation to him: he explained that they were currently totally full; but after hearing a little re my predicament, he referred me to his friend who has a farm nearby, who then agreed to let me park my trailers there. In the RV repair world its mostly about keeping promised appt times and employing talented, experienced techs. I've been here before, and the latest visit was another positive interaction, and I got my issues taken care of pretty quick. I like the personalized service their RV tech provides, I was literally standing next to him when he made repairs on my coach. After several negative experiences and visits to other RV repair shops and RV dealer service dept, I prefer and highly recommend Everything RV. They are not the cheapest perhaps, but if you want your RV repaired correctly the first time, go here. I don't know much about motorhomes, especially older ones, but I wouldn't recommend this shop. Too expensive... $115/hour. I mean, the people that work there are nice enough, but when I picked up our rig they didn't walk through the repairs that were done. I feel like I got reamed. I feel like they scammed me out of a ton of $$ for work that didn't take too terribly long (even though they're really good at justifying it). I was trusting them, and I got screwed over. Now my husband is furious at me for taking our motorhome to this place. I feel sick and I want others to search somewhere else for RV repairs. Save your $$. read more

I have been taking my horse trailer and gooseneck living quarters trailers to Jason and his team since they acquired Kirshner trailers and could not be any more pleased. First they always make time for me even when swamped ( have had to have issues resolved quickly as I am heading out of town.) they go over everything with me step by step and call me for authorization and a time estimate prior to starting any work. They understand that I am hauling precious cargo my horses and keep safety at the top of their list. For example they identified that I did not have the right grease on my wheel bearings, my floor in my trailer was not safe and rotted.( They did a great job and replaced it with even better treated wood.) I also had a broken extended hitch. Jason researched and determined that it would be more cost effective if I purchased it myself and where I could get the best value. That's service! Lastly I had a ripped awning on my LQ, Jason found another one for me that is unique that I had never seen before ( it has a horse on it!) and everywhere I go everyone says the same thing that they have never seen such a cool awning. Consistent quality of work at a fair price provides me with the most important thing, piece of mind. read more

Just got into the RV world with a used pop-up trailer (kind of an RV...). I bought my trailer without expert review and later found the crank assembly to be completely unsafe. Jason at EverythingRV treated our family like we had brought in a "real" RV and worked diligently to repair the 20yr old trailer. The needed parts were no longer supported so he searched nationwide and found what he needed to make the trailer as good as new. I had an issue with hydraulic break on my boat trailer, I called Everything RV and they were able to get me in the same day and then finished the work the very next day. They had us back on the road, and back to vacation plans. These guys did not charge an arm and a leg for this work, I felt that they were fairly priced and did really good work. Jason and Jack were very good and talked through everything they had to do. I will refer these guys to anyone needing trailer breaks or any other repairs. They have one of the best levels of service around. I took my trailer to another place and they said we won't touch it. When I brought it in, everyone from the Co-Owner, Jason to technicians, Brian and Brent were very accommodating, knowledgeable and eager to take care of my concerns. Before any work was done, I received a call and an estimate to be sure I was okay with the cost of the work. When the work was done, it was time, done to my complete satisfaction and I never felt rushed even though I had quite a few questions. We were sitting on a rotting camper, much like most campers in the NW, but instead of trading it in and getting deeper in to debt we opted to have the walls redone and water damage fixed. The job was to replace the water heater and all of the rot. The first time we got it back, they had replaced the water heater but didn't test it, or they would have seen a huge leak. Not all of the rot was fixed just by looking at the underside. When we took it back in, they covered it up for us so at least we couldn't see the rot, but who knows what else they didn't do under the siding. There were countless sloppy mistakes, missing bolts and hardware, exposed nails sticking up on the benches, missing cocking on things they replaced, and much more. All of which we had to go back in and in again until we just gave up, and count it as a loss. Don't get me wrong, it works again, and we're excited to use it. But for $110 an hour and a professional shop, their quality is backwoods par. To be fair, they were really nice and did their best to fix and appease our concerns each time, and they warranty/guarantee their work. If you're going in for some minor work they probably do a great job, but do not go here for restoration work. read more

I took my RV in to Everything RV for some warranty repairs and adding an awning over our slide out. Jason was wonderful and the work was really well done. He worked with the warranty company to determine what was covered and what wasn't prior to doing any work. They were able to turn the RV around very quickly. They did such a great job, we had them replace the boards on our flatbed trailer. They focus on providing excellent customer service and honest communication. After having RV's for decades with no issues, I found myself needing the assistance of an RV repair place. Sadly, not just once this year, but twice. Thankfully, I located Everything RV on my first search and there proved to be no need to search any further the second time. Jason, was in constant contact to let me know how the progress was coming, both to my RV and regarding the insurance. I had to phone my insurance company on several occasions and they made the comment that Jason was very persistent in obtaining every bit of help from them we could gather. They said they rarely ever deal with repair companies that put that much effort into pursuing something for the customers best outcome. In both instances, they came up with innovative, less costly and in some cases a change that made my RV better and more enjoyable in the long run. Jason and Scott at Everything RV are terrific! About a year ago I broke an axle on my "boutique" brand horse trailer. Jason researched and ordered the correct replacement axle, communicating with me the whole way. The work was done timely, thoroughly, and courteously. This past week I brought the trailer back for a safety inspection and to reconfigure the hitch attachment since I bought a new tow vehicle. As well I asked them to look for anything in the trailer that might be causing my horse to lose her balance while trailering. Although I believe her problem trailering is caused by a medical issue, you never know. Jason and Scott went above and beyond to help me get the trailer into perfect condition and alignment. Scott even went for a ride in the trailer while I towed it to make sure everything felt right!! I highly recommend this business.
