I rarely write reviews however I am writing this review because of the incredible service I was given. After a week of pure hell dealing with trailer companies I was fortunate enough to contact them. the iron eagle trailer quality speaks for itself the service and treatment I received was second to none. they had to fix my wiring they did that in record time even though they were real busy. They also took the time to measure my truck with the trailer. Just know you will be in good hands and you will be satisfied! Be sure to check your hardware and lights before you leave. We pulled out of the lot and the tailgate fell down. It was due to loose hardware and was fixed good enough to get me home. By the time I got home the lights went out on one side and it's been a hassle getting them to work properly since then . Called and asked if we could get them fixed and it would've been weeks before they could look at them, and the girl on the phone seemed inconvenienced to get the guy on the phone. Owned it for a year now and last deer season I lost a wheel and bearings due to seizure due to freeplay caused by loose leaf spring bolts on both sides. A month out of warranty and when we called it's basically Tough luck and we don't carry axles here for that type of trailer. So no backing what they sell they and can't get you parts. So not only am I now on the hook for trying to find a replacement axle and pay shipping and pray it arrives sometime soon this day n age probably made in china! I'm out more money to fix a 1500.00$ brand new trailer I pulled on two hunting trips. Don't be like me and double check everything. read more

Had a short somewhere in my flatbed trailer's wiring that I couldn't figure out. I called one place where I bought my horse trailer - call Signal Trailers she said. I called another place that fixed an issue on the roof of my cargo trailer - call Signal Trailers he said. So I called Signal Trailers and talked to Terry. In less then an hour, the short was found and fixed and I was on the road. A fair rate, all the equipment to do the job right - and got me on the road quick. Place treated me GREAT 2wice! Love having all my headaches taken care of with a warranty. If I ever need more work done on my saltwater trailer brakes that are a total pain in the arse, that are seized up and falling apart for a great price ill be headed right back in. THANX!!! This has got to be the worst place to go to to have your brake replace on your trailer. Came in got a quote to change out the brakes for the trailer. Owners said it will be around $1000 for all 4. Then I ask can it be done by friday because I have to move an excavator. Owners says yes we will call you friday. Wednesday comes around I had to call in and check. Owner said I didnt know we were supposed to call you. On top of that my total repair bill was just under $1700 Didnt call to let me know other work that needed to be done. Talk about shady read more

I was towing a very large boat from Anacortes to Maple valley when I developed what I thought was a bearing issue. I called around to local trailer service places and no one could help me. I contacted Signal and talked with Jesse who told me he was slammed with work and deadlines and also could not do much, He offered what advise he could over the phone. I then mentioned that I was capable of doing the repairs on my own, but had no tools on hand for the big trailer. Jesse graciously offered a place to do the work and all the tools including a large jack so I could get going again. This is just unheard of these days. upon arrival Jesse took a look and said it wasn't my bearings at all but a dragging brake heating up the wheel. I was able to throw a temp fix on the issue and get my Boat home. Thanks Jesse!!! read more

Don't waste your time going anywhere else! I made the mistake of going to trailer boss in Smokey Point if you want horrible customer service go there...... Otherwise Signal Trailer is the best trailer place in the area! Jenica and her team were simply amazing I got the exact trailer that I wanted and the price was unbeatable!! I have worked with this company in the past when I believe it was called Dagmar's and had great service but over the last 3 weeks I have literally given this company opportunity after opportunity to take my business of installing a brake module in my truck. Initially I was told Terry would be calling me back but waited almost a week and heard nothing. I then sent an email about my experience and again after 4/5 days heard nothing. Sent an add'l email testing to see if there email problems and got a response from Colleen acknowledging she got my email. I again explained my frustration and just wanted them to have my business and she apologized and said Terry would get ahold of me and that was Thursday of last week and still crickets... read more

Wow what rude service. Was price quoted a price over email they honored it but the owner and employee got in a huge fight about the discount I got. Owner didn't know how to do the paperwork. Phone call after phone call he got answered them on speaker phone and was totally rude to them saying he didn't have time to answer their questions and call back on monday. Then he proceeded to tell me all his employees problems that she was going through. If I didn't get the trailer for a great price I would have walked out. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

Terrible customer service, lied on the phone telling me they were working on trailer but driving by on the freeway everyday I could see they weren't, terrible install of aftermarket products. Heard problems when calling about employees they have, not very professional. first rain fall found tons of water leaks. Save your money and do it yourself. The trailer itself is a good trailer, good price. But save your money and do your own installs. read more

My wife purchased a new Continental Cargo trailer for her small business we completed the paperwork all fine and dandy went out side to hitch the trailer up to my truck to take it home and then they realized the clamp for the ball lock was missing, there was also a wheel lug missing, both of these they replaced in the yard prior to our trip home 2 hours south. We get home and find that one of the screw holding the front roof cap on had lost the head this was obviously over torqued somewhere between factory and delivery. When I called the trailer services and informed them there was no real enthusiasm to get it fixed for me, I requested they send me a matching screw in the mail and I would attempt to drill out the old stud and put a new one in, nothing happened, it could have been placed in the license plate envelope as we have them now. I requested an appointment prepared to drive the 4 hour round trip and was told that it could not be done while I waited (drill out 1 stud replace it with another) as it may not be ready until the following day meaning I would have to drive another 4 hour round trip, not very helpful. Cancelled appointment and will fix the problem myself. read more

Stopped in on Sat and was looking to purchase a trailer 7x14 dual axle and it took about 15 min before any one came out. No biggie but the young lady had no knowledge of price or specs so while I was standing there she had a radio and got on it and asked if anyone knew the price of the traile. A voice came back and $2900.00 then another voice said $ 3000.00 then a woman came on and said NO IT'S $3100.00 !!! And then proceeded to recount how she over charged someone else on a trailer and laughed about. So the young sales gal said I have a customer right here listening and the woman said SO I DON'T CARE !! After awhile of looking around the young gal had no idea if anything so I asked if anyone else could assist me. She said I will get the sales manager and out came this obnoxious woman screaming and directing the young gal to tell her where this one is made and so on not even acknowledging me. But when she did she was still yelling so I said can you take it down a notch and she said NO YOUR BEING RUDE AND ASKING QUESTIONS !! Lol I am a customer that's what we do we ask about price and specs. So if I could give any advise to the owner it would be don't let your girlfriend ruin your business cause I was going to spend money with you until she got involved. Only gave one star because of the awesome ladies in the office. The guy that runs the place is a person that only cares about getting your money and then you can wait until he has a chance to get around to it. I bought a trailer on the 12th of June. I was told 4 to 6 weeks and it would be ready. I added a generator plug and two inside plugs. I also asked to have tie downs done. I went in on the 14th of July and they told me it was in. I was happy about that. I asked when they would have get the rest done. I was told by the following Thursday it would be ready. I called one week later on Thursday and was told he was unable to get to it so it will be ready the next week. I told him I was off Wednesday and would be in to pick it up. On Monday I called on the progress and was told nothing had been done yet. I told them to forget about the tie downs just get the plugs done. They told me it would be done on Wednesday. Well Wednesday came and I showed up at 1pm and I was told to come back tomorrow and it would be done. I paid for just the trailer and left to never return again. read more

This is a super customer oriented, go-beyond-the-call-of-duty place. I bought a 10x6 aluminum trailer in June 2015 and they did everything needed and more (like removing the rust on my 13-year-old trailer hitch, making sure it was just superficial and not structurally dangerous, and then touching up the paint on the three formerly rusty areas, as well as replacing the standard grease valves on the new trailer with much higher quality ones, etc. all for no extra charge). They had excellent pricing (like below Internet!) on everything I purchased, much appreciated when I had to buy some needed parts to get out of the lot. They earn their money honestly with great service and modest mark-ups, the way it should be. You deal with the owners, their family, and another trusted employee who all do it right. The are fun and generous people who have built a really good business by working their butts off and offering great value. Five stars for sure - thank you, Terry, Colleen, Daniel, and Case! read more
