These guys were amazing. They weren't pushy and were extremely helpful. We even left to look elsewhere just to make sure we were buying the best deals. We bought two 23 foot RVs they ripped out the dinettes and built platforms for our dog crates free of charge. They seemed like a real family style dealership and had our RVs ready for pickup when we wanted. Because it was closing time fir them, I said we would be coming first thing in the morning to pick it up... Then I get a call from Kevin a few hours later and the jerk sold it out from under us. This caused us a huge amount of hassle because we had already given our credit union the info on the vehicle. Now we cannot buy another one until we give back the money and paperwork to the credit union and correct the paperwork so we can apply again. Because of the hard inquiry, our credit rating is different now. I see on here that this isn't the first time Kevin has done this. He in is the reason people hate car salesmen. We bought a 10 year old Allegro Bus at Kirkland RV 3 years ago. Ken was our salesperson. We had a few repairs needed that were noted on our 30 day test trial. We couldn't take our RV out for a few months and they honored the 30 days beyond that time. Also a few changes we asked for later - changed out the TV, microwave and toilet. They bought the items at cost except the microwave which they had us search for at our request. Then they paid for 1/2 of that and installed all changes for no cost. We got super deals from them and they worked with us in every way. We couldn't have been happier. I don't think we'll ever plan on buying another RV as this 2003 Allegro Bus is a diesel and still has several hundred thousand miles left on it. But several friends have also purchased from Kirkland RV and they've also appreciated the good customer service. It looks beautiful and no one believes it's now 13 year old. My wife and I went out looking for an RV a few months back, probably around March or so. Our first stop was Kirkland RV off highway 99 in Everett. We pulled up (on the side street, since their parking lacked considerably), got out and looked around. We walked around for over ten minutes before we finally went inside and talked to someone...the mechanic. The mechanic was a cool guy. Finally, after about 20 minutes, a salesman comes in and decides he has the time to spare to talk to us. He took us through the whole skit as we listened to the different options. Once we informed him that we were on a budget and working to rebuild our financial status (both of us had been ruined by exes), the salesman promptly handed me a card to a financial counselor, told us to come back in six to twelve months, and told us to make sure we mentioned him to this counselor (seems like a kickback thing to me). We promptly left that place and said never again. When you judge your clientele before you even give them a chance, you lose. 5th Wheel Place got our business, gave us a better deal, and by the way...we're well on our way financially speaking. Your loss, bud. If you like rude, judgmental salespeople who will make you feel as though you are taking up their valuable time, then go to Kirkland RV...but I advise against it. My wife and I have purchased 2 Class C RVs at Kirkland RV. We have been very happy with the experience. Both of the RVs were in excellent shape, about 10 years old, with very low miles. The first one just turned out to be a little too small for us. When minor problems with the RVs developed, they have been happy to have us bring them in, and have had their techs fix them on the spot, usually with no charge (even more than a year after purchase). For example, today I brought in my 2003 Itasca Spirit (purchased a year and a half ago) that I had rubbed the passenger rear corner up against a tree, pulling the rear panel out over an inch, and I was seeking their advice on how to fix it. They noted that one of my back-up lights was out, and replaced it immediately. Their tech fixed the rear panel in about 30 minutes, and also answered my questions about sealing the roof (which he had to climb up on to check), with no charge! I am sure he would have sealed the roof for me himself, had I asked, but I felt guilty about taking so much of his time. Ken, our salesman, is a jewel. He has been 100% honest and has gone out of his way to supply us with extras we desired that sometimes came in with trade in RVs on their lot. He has always been available for questions about anything RV, even months after purchase. If we ever decide to get another RV, we would never consider any any dealer but Kirkland RV. read more

Kevin is a snake. Watch out for him. His word doesn't mean anything. My family was going to buy an Rv from them. He told me he was saving it for us. Way in the beginning (days ago) we were told that to save an Rv you needed to put 500 down. Ok we would have if he didn't tell me he was gunna save it for us. We would have bought the Rv!!! He even told us that other buyers came and that he told them the sale was pending. When I confronted him about it all he said was legally, legally, legally.... Yeah true legally you are right. We saw a used RV online. Class A. We drove from California to get it. When you are buying USED RIGS just make sure you do your homework. We had ours inspected on the lot. We didn't notice a bad fix it job on the rig (there were a few) and upon getting back home we had to spend some $$$ getting things right. The dealership was VERY good to deal with. They let us stay on their lot. They fixed all the minor issues. They taught us how to drive it. They were available (father/son team), and they seemed to really care. They also refunded some money for the repair we needed to do that was seen when we got home which we felt was VERY fair although many dealers would NOT have done it. We WOULD go back there to buy an RV. I would give this dealership a high rating and yes I would recommend this place. I can say I did shop at some other dealers, and they were HORRIBLE (here in California). When its time to get another rig we would trust these guys again. read more

First off I'd like to say the younger sales rep seemed like a great guy had no problem with him, it was a older rep who made me dislike this place. While trying to make a purchase, this older rep very rudely interrupts the younger rep and I. This rep now started basically degrading every question I had been asking making things very uncomfortable, almost like I was being judged for asking questions like normal people do when buying something new. They also had two different stories for when talking about the purchase. Point is this person is a bad sale rep who made me feel so uncomfortable that even though I might have made a purchase he butted in and completely turned me away. Best I've run across. I had an electric problem and their techs came out and checked it out and it went away until I took a road trip for 17 days. I stopped by and asked for some suggestions and Steve said to Check the outlet in the storage compartment. Sure enough that was the problem. I disconnected it and put wire nuts on the wires. I've been meaning to write this review for a few months now, here goes. First, if you guys are reading this (Kirkland), thanks again! Secondly, if you are considering buying a used RV I strongly recommend visiting these guys. Moving on with details. My wife and I bought a motorhome from these guys about 6 months ago now (mid winter). That was followed with a 4500 mile cross country road trip :) We knew what we wanted. Specifically a Diesel pusher/Class A. They had some to choose from that were actually affordable to us, ~40K range. We had been looking around online and visited other local RV places as well. We ended up here at Kirkland. The RV was in good shape for its age. Good tires and mechanical condition. Ken was our go to guy. Good guy. We also dealt with some other people in the office. It was a welcoming atmosphere, that was nice. The price was RIGHT. They worked with our budget and I was actually able to acquire the motorhome that I had wanted for years now. My wife did the negotiating, for the record, for I do not have the skills she does. Finance: we used an outside source/bank for financing so I can not speak on Kirkland's financing. The company we went with overnighted a check, simple. Pros and Cons of Kirkland: Pro-selection, they have a LOT of used RVs. Con-little parking for when you visit. Pro-people are nice and communicate clearly. Con-office space is not the largest. Pro-quick to deliver. This was a new concept for me, I thought I could just get in and drive off when the finances were transferred. They went over all of the systems and repaired what needed repairs, it took them a couple days. Calling around, this is an event that usually takes a week minimum. Pro-they stayed open past normal business hours when we bought our motorhome that was nice to be able to call and have them answer and give us status updates. My recommendations to customers. Do research. Possibly try to figure out financing before you shop. We noticed people in the office here dealing with financing and it takes time, looked stressful. Also, cruise the online forums regarding common repairs and maintenance. Talk to people who have owned a motorhome. The guys at Kirkland will be happy to help on that end i'm sure. Registration: We registered out of state and that was not the greatest experience. Ask about registration in your state if you plan to register out of state. Details on the motorhome: 2002 Fleetwood Expedition 36t 5.9 Cummins with Allison 3060MH. Issues we had within the first month: tv broke (older tube style-I don't recommend keeping it in if you get one), Wiper blades needed to be replaced. Steps needed to be lubed due to slow movement and loud squeak. Overall I give them 5 stars. I am very happy still with our purchase and would visit these guys and do it again in a heartbeat! Kirkland RV is a good place to get an RV that works. They guaranteed the RV for a month or at least an initial trip and we had an inverter go bad on us right away. We had our first experience with Kirkland RV in 2012. Ken and Kevin worked very hard to get us into the rig we wanted. They were extremely helpful and honest and no pressure. I can even remember Ken saying that he has many return customers because of their customer service which I agree was outstanding! Very good first impression! Fast forward to 2016 and we were looking to upgrade. After going to the RV show, looking at a couple dealers and surfing RV trader we went back to Kirkland RV in January. . Ken actually remembered us which was very impressive. We found the perfect rig but had no idea how to make it work. Ken even came to our house with us in it to make sure that it would fit in our driveway, which it did. Then he worked very hard to get the minor improvements that we wanted while Kevin worked very hard to get us the financing. Everything worked out and we are very happy with the whole experience. I also have to give a shout out to Rick, their technician. He is one of the best tech's I have ever worked with. I work in automotive repair so I have worked with a lot of techs. I don't have enough good things to say about Kirkland RV! The first time I went to look at an RV, on a Sunday, when they weren't even open, but the finance lady was there and said she would be happy to show me the RV I had been looking at online! Then one of the sales people showed up, Tim, the owners son, and was happy to answer any questions I had! I even emailed him a list of questions that week, and he answered all of them! The next weekend we went back as a family to test drive the RV, Ken took us out. Then we decided to purchase and Ken entertained my kids the whole time! They actually were sad when we left because they didn't want to leave Ken! The day we picked up the RV the owner did a thorough walk through, put up with me recording all of his answers and asking every question I could possibly imagine (or research). After our first trip out we had a few issues, and they were happy to take care of them without any hesitation! We have now owned it for three months, ran into some electrical issues (turns out it was just fuses, but us being newbie RV owners had no idea what to look for), and they did this all in a week, and got it back to us and explained how we could avoid the shop in the future, Tim even looked up parts numbers for me so I could just get them on my own next time! I have definitely recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so! read more

I knew exactly the motorhome I was looking for. After doing a Google search, I found four in the country, one of which was listed with Kirkland RV. I live in San Diego, so I could not pop in and take a first hand look. Kirkland had a lot of online pictures that gave me a good feel for the condition of the coach, and I decided this was the rig for me. I called and spoke with Ken and he was as helpful as could be. He answered all my questions, and told me of a couple problems with the rig that they were taking care of. He offered to pick me up at the airport, and bring me to their facility. Upon seeing the rig it was just as advertised. I did however find a back inside tire that I thought was in need of an upgrade. Kevin, (one of the partners) said "jump in", and we drove it to a local tire shop. They did not have a used tire with the approximate tread of the others, so he told them to put in a brand new one! The walk through with Steve was first rate. This guy knows motorhomes, and he is a great asset to the company. Ken also promised he would be mailing down the seat-belt support holder, and they arrived yesterday just promised. It first started when i wanted to trade my 27ft tioga class c for a bit longer one so rear bed would face straight instead of sideways.i knew everett was loaded with motorhomes so first one we approached was kirkland rv.we saw a four wind with the floor plan we liked and started talking dollars.i told the salesman i wanted to spend 10,000 and trade my coach. he said that would work and we signed papers i told him i wanted to keep my tires .the salesman said they would swap them as part of the deal.we took my coach up the following day they swapped the tires and one of the managers wanted to charge me for it.i declined of course. next day i was out in my boat and iget this phone call from the manager or owner?saying that my motorhome wasnt worth what they said they would give and i needed to come up with 1200 dollars difference im on my boat enjoying my day and this prick gives me this crap.after 15min of bitching back and forth i agreed to go half with him,stupid i know.then. we first took it camping with another couple to cle elum.we had rain that weekend and our guest got soaked sleeping on the top nose bed.so that following week i got up and sealed the seam myself while i was up there i saw a bunch of defects in the roof and the front windsheid had gaps which whistled and leaked when i turned corners . i called about this issue .after fighting with manager for 15min the said they would fix it.next day i went to pick it up the next day the rear panel was damaged and light was broken and brackets to door were bent .now im really hot .manager then tells me that it was like that .i like my stuff to look nice and i know it wasnt like that after more bitching they fixed it.the mechanic they have is really nice though,maybe him and the manager should trade positions.anyway i will never return to kirkland rv and i strongly urge anyone to be careful .they promise everything until the papers are signed.curb side warranty.ive never been treated so bad and like i said il never go back and all my boeing co-workersi hope you go to a professional dealership cause this one is not one thanks read more
