    2023 22E Fourwinds Class C

    We were disappointed in our rental of the 2023 22E Fourwinds Class C motorhome from Ryan's RV Town for one main reason - they sent us out with a motorhome that had a malfunctioning black water tank. We were told that they were having sensor issues with some of the motorhomes of this type and that even though the black water tank was empty (they had emptied it twice) it was still showing as 1/3 full. Upon trying to dump the tank on 10/13 it wasn't dumping out as it should be. We found that there was something in the tank blocking the wastewater from coming out. Needless to say, this became extremely disgusting because to try and find the issue we inserted a flexible water hose up into the black water tank port a few inches, which dislodged whatever was blocking the pipe...which opened the waste flood gates. We had to shorten our trip by 3 days and brought the rv back the next morning as it was not functioning properly. The rental department personnel were helpful and sympathetic and said we would be compensated for our trouble. The service technician on duty was less than helpful with his comments i.e., use a flashlight to look into the toilet to see the level; they are not responsible for items put into the toilet that could block the port, and again stating that the RV has a sensor issue. Our compensation the management decided upon and sent via email was paying for 8 rental days (we had the rental 6 days - picked up on 10/8 about 12 pm and dropped off on 10/14 about 10:00 am), writing off the extra milage charge and issuing a $500 credit to be used at Ryan's RV Town toward another rental. Since they require a minimum 4-day rental, this would ultimately cost us more than the $500 credit (gas, mileage, all the associated fees and taxes). Last year we rented from Cruise America and drove cross country from Washington to North Carolina without any issues. We truly expected the experience with Ryan's to be 10 times better than Cruise America but unfortunately it was not. The reason we rented in the first place was because we could not get our $1,000 deposit back after scheduling a rental last year, cancelling it and renting from Cruise America instead. The credit was only valid through 10/31/22. We certainly will not be renting from Ryan's RV Town again. Buyers and renters be aware that if you are told about sensor issues you should investigate further to avoid potential issues.

    We recently got our new rig, travel trailer, from Ryan's RV! This place is exceptional. They don't have multiple sales man breathing down your neck to pressure you buying. We had AJ as a Sales Man and I defiantly recommend him. He's super knowledgeable, patient, customer obsession, and he really tries to find what fits your lifestyle the most. In addition , not only was AJ was amazing; Their Finance (Heather) and Service Lead (Aaron) is super friendly and responsive and on top of their work. The other piece that I love about this place is they know their sh*t. If something goes wrong, they will fix it for you ASAP. If you're like me who is new to this world and who doesn't know anything yet about the RV life, you need Ryan's Rv! You will come out of their parking lot stress free because you know you will have them to support you if SHTF. Duh

    Twice now I've used RV Town as a place to rent an RV. Both times I've had great customer service and an awesome trip. Good vehicles and nice helpful folks making it all happen. Will definitely use them again in the future.

    Our family could not be happier with the customer service and the pristine condition of the RV we rented. When I had a question, they responded quickly, and I had many questions. Picking it up was an easy process, they explained everything.. and drop off was just as smooth. We were able to get on the road with no issues. The RV we rented was very nice, and super clean.. from the bathroom, storage compartments, and the beds. Our whole family had so much fun driving around and exploring the Olympic peninsula. We plan on renting again!! Thank you so much!!

    Worked with Steve for last minute appointment to adjust hitch on suv to truck, great service and Ehrin worked on fixing. They priced me for only 30 minutes of labor which was correct and did not try and gouge like other places I've been to (Poulsbo RV). Will be coming back here for any trailer maintenance or parts.

I would rent an rv from somewhere else, Justin the service manager cursed at me on the phone and hung up after I asked him for the protocol for damage transactions. There are many different places to rent RVs from and I would highly advise that you choose a different place. This is some of the worst customer service and disrespect I have ever received.

I…read morerefuse to write a long diatribe of a Yelp review as I am a small business owner myself, but trust me when I say that I have had an out of the box horrible experience with this company; and I am usually beyond patient with these types of things -Broken down RV including busted kitchen extenders (that you had to physically push out and pull in), light fixtures falling out, broken power steering, water pump not being set correctly, charging plug out, radio didn't work, mattress was too long for bed, so rear hatch wouldn't shut correctly, on and on and on (I'm sure I'm forgetting things). All of this was after being told that we had a "premium" RV. -Super shady up front costs on initial rental (went from $1500 to almost $3000) - Guy tried run an insurance claim on a flat tire. Guy also tried to run an $8000 claim on light damage to rear bumper from a motorist that tagged the back while we were away from vehicle. I'm not a body guy, but I've done enough car repair to know that this was clearly fraudulent. -When I tried to call to see where my refund was for $300 deductible on claim, I had to leave three separate messages with the guy who could barely speak English at the front desk, before finally had to call and demand to speak with the owner. This was over three weeks time. Again, I do not write Yelp reviews lightly and being a fellow business owner it took me a lot to get pushed over the edge enough to write this, but seriously an all around awful experience. Run

    Not great, not even good, in fact very very poor. The RV was dirty; the black water was 3/4 full;…read more1/4 tank of gas; side mirror controls didn't work and mirrors wouldn't stay in place. The heater shook and made terrible noises. I also found a previous renter's contract with their information, plus some of their items under the passenger seat. Safety is definitely not in Cruise America Everett's mindset. After the first day of driving, we could tell the RV needed realignment and we called the service number. The service folks were the only attentive, concerned beings in this whole experience. They tried to find a repair shop on our route but no shop wanted to take it on so we had to deviate to an actual Cruise America shop in Henderson, NV, which, because of the weekend, we had to make arrangements to stay places an extra 2 days. The shop was not equipped to do realignments so they put on 2 new front tires, a new driver's side mirror, and new screws in the heater. The new tires helped but it still needed alignment. When we returned the RV and talked to the 'manager' of the issues we had, she asked the woman who had done the preview inspection if the black tank was open and empty, to which she said yes, which was an out and out lie. We were offered either $300 in credit to use here again (no way) or $150 back. We were told if we accepted any of these, we could not complain any further up the chain. That's BS and unacceptable.

    On August 12, 2024, I contacted Via RV and requested a quote to replace an oil pump. At which…read moretime, they advised that they did not have the correct tools. On April 14, 2025, I followed up with Via RV to see if they would now be able to replace my oil pump. On April 30, 2025, I have my Motorhome towed into Via RV to replace the Oil Pump. Per David at Via RV, after a diagnoses of my motorhome, David advised that it did not need an oil pump and there was just an electrical issue, which he stated he fixed. We drove home approximately 2 miles and all was fine. On May 24, my husband attempted to go out of town and while on the freeway, the same thing happened the motorhome lost all oil pressure and the engine stopped. Due to this being a holiday weekend, on May 27, 2025, I reached out to David at Via RV to advise what happened and we scheduled a mobile mechanic service to come out on 6/13. David states that the charge for the mobile mechanic would be $150.00 unless it fell under the 90-day warranty. Unfortunately, Via RV missed this appointment, with no notice to me and after I reached out to them, they scheduled a mechanic to come out on 6/14. After the mechanic did a diagnosis of our motorhome, he advised that the engine seized, the mechanic contacted David and told us that he would reach out to us on Monday 6/16. Furthermore, it must have fallen under the 90-day warranty as they did not charge me for the appointment. After not hearing from David on 6/16, I followed up via text asking for an update. Davis responded on 6/17 advising I needed to check with other shops as they fix "starting issues" not anything to do with the oil issues that the RV was having. I have my receipt from 4/30 which stating they did replace the oil pump but text messages advising that oil pump did not need to be replaced and it was just an "electrical issue" and they were unable/unwilling to help.

I did my research on the purchase and skimmed a couple of videos about the installation. The big day arrived and I pretty quickly realized I was going to need a professional. So I set up a detailed project in yelp, and had a contractor from about 40 miles away send an estimate in just a couple of minutes. Time and distance were going to cost an arm and a leg, so I let him know Id get back to him. A bit later I had another hit. It was Marc with Evolved Off Grid, and he was immediately available due to a shipping delay affecting the job he was on. AND his callout and hourly charges were *very* reasonable. I have never felt so lucky. He was on my doorstep in about an hour, and the install was on. It was obvious by the get-go that Marc is very knowledgeable with a ton of experience. He worked quickly and efficiently, and was able to actually converse without slowing down. When we ran into electrical issues, Marc took care to isolate the issue and find a solution. After determining the issue was a faulty connection on the unit, he was able to quickly resolve it. He kept his work area organized, had ample tools/supplies in his vehicle, and was careful to clean up afterwards making sure to leave behind any extra piping and connectors from his purchase at the store. When calculating the final bill, Marc capped the final fee at 3 hours. Due to no fault of his own, it went past this and he diligently found a solution, but didn't feel right charging the full amount, knowing it would create a hardship for us. He is a *good* man, and we are so grateful. So by now, you can see why we unequivocally recommend Marc and Evolved Off Grid for anything RV. His high level of expertise and integrity were a welcome relief to what surely would have been the install-from-hell had I attempted it on my own. Oh. And here is the icing on the cake: If there are any issues that arise with the unit's installation, he will happily come out and remedy the situation free of charge. Yes, you read that right. He guarantees his work. And I have a new RV guy. We couldn't be happier. Thanks Marc!

I worked with Mike Zimmerman, who met me the same day I called and helped me do a thorough evaluation of the trailer I came to see. Making the actual purchase was a fair and easy process - with no pressure. Our discussions about price and terms felt relaxed and comfortable - and they made a lot of adjustments to help it work out for me. Bill, the Manager, generously (and unexpectedly} included some repairs as well as a needed part that was missing at no extra cost to me. They just surprised me when I picked it up! Truly it was one of the best buying experiences I've had at a dealership. After it was detailed and safety checked, my license and forms were all ready to go - so even the paperwork was a breeze. The service crew did a fantastic job of resealing a window gasket as well as making the older trailer I purchased look in top form. Everyone at Everett Poulsbo RV showed genuine customer care, and made sure that everything went well with my purchase - from initial visit through rolling it off the lot! I highly recommend doing business here!
