We happened upon Ryan's RV Town at the RV show in Monroe. Their RV's were the first place we really stopped and looked. We liked a couple of the trailers but also wanted to check out what was available at the rest of the show. We walked the show and kept going back to the ones that were being offered by Ryan's RV Town. When we came back, the original salesmen was eating so we ended up talking to Greg, who actually owns Reborn RV that is next door to Ryan's in Everett. He was there working the show for them and was so nice and knowledgeable. He explained how Ryan is the owner but he still runs the service department. That he is a service guy at heart and RV sales is 2nd to him. As people that run a small business, we loved that and being able to support other local, family run businesses is important to us. We ended up leaving the show with a purchase agreement for our new fifth wheel. With them agreeing to swap out the original couch in the fifth wheel with a reclining sofa at no additional charge. We needed to have the fifth wheel hitch installed in our truck before we could pick up the trailer. Ryan himself researched the hitch that we were looking at (because another place told us that one was the best). He called and kept us up to date on what he was doing and eventually what he found out.. which was the one we were originally looking at would void the warranty on our truck. We ended up going with the one he suggested and he discounted it a bunch which he didn't have to do and most places wouldn't do. (we bought from Camping World the time before and they charge you for EVERYTHING they can and then some) Everyone we worked with from Ryan, Greg from Reborn RV (he even came over to the lot to congratulate us when we went and picked up the trailer), the financing lady (who made EVERYTHING seem so easy and effortless this time), the guy that installed the hitch on our truck and walked us through our RV, were all amazing! I do not typically spend a lot of time posting reviews, but this is one, I am MORE than happy to pass on. My family and I just had the pleasure of dealing with the folks at Ryan's RV Town. We purchased a 2007 Four Winds Hurricane Class A Motorhome. It was nothing short of a pleasure. It felt more like dealing with friends. I don't know about you, but typically when you want to buy a car, boat, trailer, you name it, you want to cringe knowing that it will be a pain in the A**. NOT the case here. Our first, and most common contact at the store was Kelly K.; The guy is a calm, laid back champ. Never balked at anything, was beyond helpful, and a breeze to deal with. He does not know the definition of no, or we can't; He will work till the cows come home to get you a fair deal. Scott the finance manager is a hoot as well. Very friendly, high energy, and also easy to deal with. Robert is a very nice man; calm, pleasing and non obtursive in any way. Patient seems to light to describe him. Steve (Ryans Cousin) out in service is a super star. He also took great care of us on final detail, repair and check out / check off / instruction. In a nutshell this was NOT your typical experience like the ones we have had at the ~Ahem~ Competion like the Big money guys at P*********** RV or others of comparable size. If you want to be treated fairly, with respect, and walk away happy and feeling like you were treated right; do your self a favor, give them a shot; we are SUPER happy we did. Fantastic customer service. They answer the phone on the first ring and ask "sales, parts, service, rental?" I wanted to rent. Transfer and Heather answered on the first ring. "how can I help you?" Wife and I are flying to Seattle and want to rent an RV for six weeks. "Great, what is your name, what is your phone number, address, etc." Please notice that Heather took dictation and this 61-year old man did not have to key punch a website. I had a quote emailed to me within 15 minutes. I called back and asked about a discount for long rental. Kelly called me and offered a discount. Arrived and rv is clean and ready. After two weeks we had a slide failure and one of the repair staff drove 500 miles to us and gave us a bigger, better rv and took our broken rv back to the shop. That is customer service. I've had 3 very different rigs and Ryan's has competently worked on all of them. Finding a RV shop you can trust is challenging, at best, and I'm so thankful that I found Ryan's. You can tell a lot about a business by talking to employees and watching how they interact with each other. The folks at Ryan's seem to genuinely like each other and their workplace. Steve, the service manager, has saved me $$$ more than once by just answering my questions and recommending that I check this or that. The last job they did for me was to install a complete tow package. I didn't know where to start, but Steve walked me thru the process, showed me how it would work and gave me an estimate of the job. After installation, they showed us how it worked and the technician even gave us his cell# in case we got on the road and had a problem! I have recommended Ryan's to two of our friends who have rigs and they are happy with the service - I bet you will be too! read more

I have been taking my rigs to Ryan's for years. I let Ryan and Steve know that I have a punch list 20+ items long for a diesel pusher I bought out of state. They connected me with one of their team Roy Thompson. I already loved Ryan's RV for their fair treatment and a willingness that this large investment in our Trailers and RVs is up and running so that we can get the return by enjoying our time on the road as a family. Roy took that experience to a new level. He was thoughtful and innovative in the way he solved a few design flaws in our 2016 Thor Palazzo and got my rig up and running, even handling all of the warranty issues. I introduce new customers to Ryan's RV without reservation, and now all of the families that camp with us regularly all go to Ryan's RV. We have a 1 year trip planned and my biggest concern is the distance we will be from Ryan's RV. read more

Ryan's service department team is the absolute best!! I don't know all of their names, but every time I need something for our motor home those guys and gal always, always provide me with excellent service. Today's visit was as exceptional as well. The bearded gentleman manning the service counter on a Saturday could not have been more helpful and friendly!! He helped us with a blackwater issue that could have been a bad thing, fixed an issue with a bathroom fan and replaced two taillights. Your service department team is the main reason I have purchased two RV's from Ryan's RV Town and when the time comes will more than likely buy our next RV from Ryan's RV Town. Starting with the Monroe RV show, Robert was the kind gentlemen who showed us around. He wasn't at all pushy like a lot of salesmen. He was able to answer all our questions and insisted we call him if we thought of anything else to ask. During the official walk through, Roy (who needed business cards) showed us all the dos and don'ts. He was hilariously honest and kept us laughing. I highly recommend him for your walk through when purchasing. Heather the business manager was extremely accommodating to all of our financial questions and concerns. We recently had repair work done to our motor home at Ryan's RV. On our first trip out this year we found that the repair failed. We had an extended warranty on the coach so we took it back. They diagnosed the trouble and replaced the same part again. They should have collected a $100.00 dollar deductible from us for their efforts but waived it for customer service reasons. We had the exact same fact pattern at a Chevrolet/RV dealer in Marysville. We had a repair done to the chassis part of the coach and it failed the first time out. Unlike Ryan's RV they demanded the $100.00 deductible even though it was for the exact same part. 2 completely different service experiences. I know who I will recomend. read more

I recently needed mobile RV service on fairly short notice. We had a water leak from a poorly installed flexible kitchen drain line. Dale came by within 24 hours to access the issue, scheduled us for a appointment and took care of the problem. He took his time to reconfigure the line in such a way so it will probably never happen again. He's not just a parts replacer, he fully though out a solution before starting the repair. Once complete he fully tested everything. He is really easy to deal with, listens to customers and works very efficiently. Ryan's RV Town was our first experience with RVing. From the day we walked through the door to tour potential rentals to the time we returned our Minnie Winnie 22, Kelly and the staff were nothing short of amazing. Truthfully, I wish ever business I dealt with was as concerned with giving a great experience and making certain everything went off perfectly for us. It might be a bit more expensive to rent here than some national chains, but well worth it to have a vehicle that is in like new condition. We are counting the days till we can make our second trip and will be renting from Ryan's when we do. read more

I recently bought a camper that needed some repair. After taking it to a few of the "big name" places, I was very fortunate in discovering Ryan's. Not only were they extremely helpful and friendly, it was significantly less for repairs than anywhere else. They maintained correspondence with me through each step of the repair and even sent me a picture of the camper when it was finished (I was away at work). I decided to stop in and go to Ryan's RV Town as I was brand new to the RV owning business. That said I was very nervous as there is so much to know about these vehicles and I am so "Amateur". I was greeted by Ryan in which he came out and looked at my vehicle. What amazed me is that he was respectful first and foremost. He answered ALL of my of my questions and never hesitated to answer them. He made me feel comfortable and excited that I owned an RV, almost like a "Welcome to the club". I took my mother's 36' class A motorhome there to consign it. I'd had it at another dealership but they couldn't get it sold. All the guys at Ryan's were helpful, willing to work with me and willing to do whatever it took to get the coach sold... and they did! They negotiated with the buyers on my behalf, worked out compromises on repairs the buyers wanted to have done and made the whole process easier than I ever thought possible. I've never been to a rv dealership before thinking everything was going to be overpriced but Steve at Ryan's RV was great. He was very helpful and genuinly cared about customers and their safety. I would be definitely coming back here for service. Ryan's RV crew were great. When they were working on my distribution hitch I can see other techs coming over giving tips to each other working together to get the job done which was a great. Thank you Steve and crew!.. After calling every plumber and septic company in the area for help I was turned down by every one and was not able to get a plugged black water tank pumped out. I called Dave Powers, the mobile RV service technician to get help with this. He came out and came up with a plan for fixing it and did a spectacular job! He did not overcharge me either and was very fair with his prices. He was professional and friendly and very, very helpful when all seemed lost. I had been looking for a repair shop to do some engine work on my RV. While telling my story about how shops are booked out for months, and how i had a family reunion to attend at the end of the month, and then hearing how Ryan's doesn't do engine work, then, out pops Lisa, their bookkeeper. I had researched this dealership online before going to see a 2006 Class C I was interested in. The reviews did not let me down nor did this dealership. The whole purchase was done professionally and with the customer in mind. When we came back to pick up our Class C, we had a great walk through and closing. Would highly recommend Ryan's RV Town. About a month ago, we had the pleasure of doing business with Ryan's RV. We went under an overpass with our Arctic Fox camper that was mismarked. A major repair was needed! Ryan personally inspected our camper and handled all the insurance paperwork. From start to finish it was a personable experience even introducing us to the technician in charge of our repairs. We called Ryans RV the Wednesday before Memorial day weekend and the were booked. Steve tried to diagnose our water pump problem over the phone with us at first. He said if we could bring the RV in immediately they could squeeze us in.
