I worked with Mike Zimmerman, who met me the same day I called and helped me do a thorough evaluation of the trailer I came to see. Making the actual purchase was a fair and easy process - with no pressure. Our discussions about price and terms felt relaxed and comfortable - and they made a lot of adjustments to help it work out for me. Bill, the Manager, generously (and unexpectedly} included some repairs as well as a needed part that was missing at no extra cost to me. They just surprised me when I picked it up! Truly it was one of the best buying experiences I've had at a dealership. After it was detailed and safety checked, my license and forms were all ready to go - so even the paperwork was a breeze. The service crew did a fantastic job of resealing a window gasket as well as making the older trailer I purchased look in top form. Everyone at Everett Poulsbo RV showed genuine customer care, and made sure that everything went well with my purchase - from initial visit through rolling it off the lot! I highly recommend doing business here!

We immediately called five star and reported the damage and they said they would note it and take care of it. We now just got our security deposit back with $250 less because of awning damage. I would rent an rv from somewhere else, Justin the service manager cursed at me on the phone and hung up after I asked him for the protocol for damage transactions. There are many different places to rent RVs from and I would highly advise that you choose a different place. This is some of the worst customer service and disrespect I have ever received.

I…read morerefuse to write a long diatribe of a Yelp review as I am a small business owner myself, but trust me when I say that I have had an out of the box horrible experience with this company; and I am usually beyond patient with these types of things -Broken down RV including busted kitchen extenders (that you had to physically push out and pull in), light fixtures falling out, broken power steering, water pump not being set correctly, charging plug out, radio didn't work, mattress was too long for bed, so rear hatch wouldn't shut correctly, on and on and on (I'm sure I'm forgetting things). All of this was after being told that we had a "premium" RV. -Super shady up front costs on initial rental (went from $1500 to almost $3000) - Guy tried run an insurance claim on a flat tire. Guy also tried to run an $8000 claim on light damage to rear bumper from a motorist that tagged the back while we were away from vehicle. I'm not a body guy, but I've done enough car repair to know that this was clearly fraudulent. -When I tried to call to see where my refund was for $300 deductible on claim, I had to leave three separate messages with the guy who could barely speak English at the front desk, before finally had to call and demand to speak with the owner. This was over three weeks time. Again, I do not write Yelp reviews lightly and being a fellow business owner it took me a lot to get pushed over the edge enough to write this, but seriously an all around awful experience. Run

Purchased a 2021 RV from Maple Grove and had a very poor experience from start to finish…read more I had to sue them and I won: After attempting to resolve the situation directly, I filed a small claims case and was awarded judgment due to the issues below. Undisclosed problems: Multiple defects surfaced within a short time after purchase (including leaks and plumbing issues), despite being told the RV had gone through inspection. These were later confirmed by a licensed technician. Refused responsibility: When I requested reimbursement for clearly documented repairs, they denied it and claimed I "didn't give them a chance," which was not accurate. Missed mediation / weak follow-through: They did not appear for the scheduled mediation and presented a very poor defense in court. Delayed repair on known issue: An awning motor defect was identified at pickup and promised to be fixed immediately or within a week. This took nearly two months of back-and-forth before it was completed. Paperwork errors: My loan was submitted with the wrong phone number, which delayed my ability to make my first payment and required me to resolve it directly with the lender. No accountability: At no point did they acknowledge these issues or offer an apology. Overall, I would not recommend purchasing from this dealership based on my experience.

I learn that it's part of rv ownership after some times and research. Open road rv has been exceptionally accommodating, helping, supporting, with a lot of patience and always made things rights. Dimitiry in service is the nicest guy to work with and Jim, the service manager is very helpful and hop in to trouble shoot anything that came along the way. Stan the head technician is a master and very knowledgeable, there is nothing he can't figure out. Thank you team, you made me my journey as good as it can be. Highly recommended to anyone who interested in rv and know he will go through issues as part of the game. Open road rv right on!

We recently bought an East to West Alta trailer from this dealer and things went pretty smooth…read more Shout out to the following people that made this happen: - Wes for showing us around the RVs and answering all the questions my kids had. He was super friendly and easy to work with. - Kevin for doing the walkthrough with us and being very helpful in explaining how things work. Kevin also resolved the issue with the spare tire and exterior gas grill on the same day as our pick up. - Jim for resolving a miscommunication issue with the hitch we brought. He set us up with a hitch head that we could use to take the RV back home instead of having to wait until next week (didn't have an issue driving 35mph on the backroads to our home). Do note to let them know if you are bringing a ProPride hitch though. Now for the bad part - the RV does use fittings intended for PEX lines with flexible vinyl hoses, which will eventually end up in leaks. It's 2025 and just because others do the same is no excuse for doing things wrong (actually both alliance and jayco were using pex line with pex fittings on the ones I saw). It's not hard to change, just annoying. Do me a favor - send Forest River a complaint about this and I'll give you the star back... they are probably losing more in sales and goodwill than saving by doing the wrong thing mixing PEX and vinyl like that!
