I would like to share my experience with this RV repair shop…read more 1. The towing system installation in 2020 In 2020, I came to this shop to have a towing system installed on my RV. I was given an estimate of around $3,000. However, when I picked up my RV, I was told that I had to pay several hundred dollars more for additional charges that had never been discussed with me beforehand. It is not about the amount of money. It is about the way the business was handled. I felt that I had been misled and treated unfairly. 2. The toilet repair More recently, we were charged over $400 to repair the toilet ball, which was not closing properly. However, when we picked up the RV, we were told that the newly repaired toilet ball still could not automatically close completely. We were told that after every flush, we would have to use our foot or hand to manually lift the pedal to make it close. Seriously? After paying more than $400 for a repair, we were told that we still had to manually operate the toilet after every flush. Considering this issue, together with the problems described below, I no longer had confidence in allowing this shop to perform additional work on our RV. I asked for a partial refund so that I could have a qualified technician properly complete the repairs, but my request was refused. 3. The additional repair work We were originally given an estimate of around $1,000 for several items. However, we were ultimately charged more than $2,500. Unfortunately, several problems remained: * The newly replaced plastic cover still had a crack. * The replacement generator control board still did not display the generator hours. * Although we were not charged for it, the water system was apparently not properly checked and returned to a usable condition. When we added water to the tank after bringing the RV home, the water immediately leaked out from underneath the RV. * We later discovered that the water tank system had not been properly set up for use. After all of these experiences, how could we possibly feel comfortable leaving our RV with this shop for additional repairs? For me, this is no longer about the money. It is about honesty, quality of workmanship, communication, and trust. I trusted this shop to properly repair and inspect our RV, but my experience left me feeling that my trust was not respected. I will not do business with this shop again.

Chuck did such a good job replacing the roof on the 2006 trailer that I didn't even look around I took the 2014 trailer to him right away as I knew I could trust his work and had him replace the roof and do some other little things that needed attention. Twice Chuck has made room for me even though he is constantly booked in advance to repair my trailers so I could continue with my travel plans. The quality of his work is the BEST, in fact I can honestly say that the roof Chuck installed was superior to the roof that came from the factory, it looks better, it fits better and I know its sealed better. I had a last minute RV cancellation on another service and I called NW Adventure Rentals searching…read morefor an RV I needed in less than 30 days and they pulled through for me! I couldn't easily find their address online or their website but I emailed them and received a response within a couple hours (located in Lynwood, WA). They provided the quote within minutes of a phone call I had with one of the RV owners for the 2016 Tiffin Allegro. The cost for the RV and the value of the RV was decently fair from it being 30 days out from needing it for a 3 night rental (4 days total). Although 40% of the cost were tax & fees (prep/basic protection/rental tax/sales tax). You are able to pay in two split payments with 1st being the deposit, and 2nd being 14 days away (might be different that I needed it in less than 30 days). The RV itself was awesome and very nice for 4 people and expanded in three areas (bedroom kitchen/living room). It included camping chairs, portable propane grill, dishes/utensils, pans/pots, toilet paper, paper towels, dish cloths, trash can/bags, and so much more - honestly loved that it came with so much that the cost was worth it. We didn't have to buy so many extra things at the store. We didn't use hookups at the gorge - but with the restrooms/showers/water they provide at the gorge we never ran out in the RV, it was good enough for 3 nights! Generator usage - we ran it for about a 2-4 hours a day. We did get charged for over gen usage which I was not aware they would but we were fine with the extra cost. NW does provide a "platinum package" for fuel/ cleaning/dumping/other items, they charge by square footage of the RV. You can also opt out from different services and only itemize what you couldn't do last minute. Any additional questions I had before and during renting it, they were able to answer quickly with a phone call/text which I loved! And such quick responses! Shout out to Julie who was on call and easy to text with! And Victor for going through the RV with us when we arr NW is also perfect for Gorge Amphitheatre rentals and they also provide a wide selection of RVs just for specific events at the Gorge. Overall experience as A+++++ loved everything and such a smooth experience!

The entire staff was great, and no trick gotcha hidden fees in that fine print you don't catch. During our trip Julie was readily available for any questions we had while in the far north. While all components worked, this motorhome was built during Covid and it was clear quality and workmanship had taken a hit. Regardless, that's not anything to do with NW Adventures and they have quite a variety of equipment to choose from. I would rent from them again in an instant.
