Wrong PEX fittings used with vinyl hose. Seriously... don't do that!

We recently bought an East to West Alta trailer from this dealer and things went pretty smooth. Shout out to the following people that made this happen: - Wes for showing us around the RVs and answering all the questions my kids had. He was super friendly and easy to work with. - Kevin for doing the walkthrough with us and being very helpful in explaining how things work. Kevin also resolved the issue with the spare tire and exterior gas grill on the same day as our pick up. - Jim for resolving a miscommunication issue with the hitch we brought. He set us up with a hitch head that we could use to take the RV back home instead of having to wait until next week (didn't have an issue driving 35mph on the backroads to our home). Do note to let them know if you are bringing a ProPride hitch though. Now for the bad part - the RV does use fittings intended for PEX lines with flexible vinyl hoses, which will eventually end up in leaks. It's 2025 and just because others do the same is no excuse for doing things wrong (actually both alliance and jayco were using pex line with pex fittings on the ones I saw). It's not hard to change, just annoying. Do me a favor - send Forest River a complaint about this and I'll give you the star back... they are probably losing more in sales and goodwill than saving by doing the wrong thing mixing PEX and vinyl like that!

    Our new trailer!

Cary was a great as our sales person. We told him what we wanted, he showed us a few and really listened to what we wanted and didn't waste our time showing us what he knew we wouldn't be interested in. We had seen the layout of the trailer a couple times and finally pulled the plug. Got a really nice walk through but can't recall his name, sorry but very professional and really knew the trailer. It was super clean and we could not of been happier picking it up! Two plus weeks later we are still happy! We got the Rockwood 2906BS-- well made, lots of storage , the mattress on the bed is super comfy!!! My husband and I have been weekend camping in our driveway and have a scheduled camping trip to Grayland in two weeks! I am so excited! My glam camper is perfect! I highly recommend Cary - not pushy at all.

I've done a lot of research online, but you never really know how a space is going to feel until you can walk inside it, open the drawers, and kick the tires (literally and figuratively). I'll admit I was a little hesitant upon entering, worried about pushy salespeople who wouldn't want to help me in this first, educational stage of my journey toward buying my own RV. I couldn't have been more wrong! My salesman, Trevor, understood my needs and accommodated them perfectly. He showed me some Class B's, then a couple of Class C's, and finally some travel trailers. He discussed the pros and cons of each, what you get for your money, etc. RV Country's lot is HUGE, and full of everything from the tiniest of teardrop trailers to gigantic Fifth Wheels and Class A's that are larger than my apartment! Trevor escorted my friend and I around on a snappy little golf cart, never hesitating to stop when we wanted to take a look at something. After our tour, he gave me some brochures and we traded names/numbers. When the time comes - hopefully by this summer - to buy my RV, I will definitely return to Paul Evert's and ask for Trevor!

We had issues getting our license plates, multiple phone calls and no effect by this office to help, just passed the buck to the Fife, WA office. Then we had a motor go out on the slide on our four month old RV while camping. It was stuck out and we couldn't retract it. They were unable to provide mobile service nor were the RV tech they suggested. We contacted Blade RV, they sent someone to help us at the campground. RV country told us they could fix the broken motor issue in FIVE MONTHS, Blade RV will see us within a week. I love the RV we bought, Grand Design has been great to work with, they will reimburse me for the repairs. But RV Country Service in Mt Vernon completely and total sucks!

I worked with Mike Zimmerman, who met me the same day I called and helped me do a thorough evaluation of the trailer I came to see. Making the actual purchase was a fair and easy process - with no pressure. Our discussions about price and terms felt relaxed and comfortable - and they made a lot of adjustments to help it work out for me. Bill, the Manager, generously (and unexpectedly} included some repairs as well as a needed part that was missing at no extra cost to me. They just surprised me when I picked it up! Truly it was one of the best buying experiences I've had at a dealership. After it was detailed and safety checked, my license and forms were all ready to go - so even the paperwork was a breeze. The service crew did a fantastic job of resealing a window gasket as well as making the older trailer I purchased look in top form. Everyone at Everett Poulsbo RV showed genuine customer care, and made sure that everything went well with my purchase - from initial visit through rolling it off the lot! I highly recommend doing business here!
