I've learned that every new rv comes with many little issues the first couple years of ownership, in the beginning it was very upsetting espically knowing I was buying a good product. I learn that it's part of rv ownership after some times and research. Open road rv has been exceptionally accommodating, helping, supporting, with a lot of patience and always made things rights. Dimitiry in service is the nicest guy to work with and Jim, the service manager is very helpful and hop in to trouble shoot anything that came along the way. Stan the head technician is a master and very knowledgeable, there is nothing he can't figure out. Thank you team, you made me my journey as good as it can be. We recently bought an East to West Alta trailer from this dealer and things went pretty smooth. Shout out to the following people that made this happen: - Wes for showing us around the RVs and answering all the questions my kids had. He was super friendly and easy to work with. - Kevin for doing the walkthrough with us and being very helpful in explaining how things work. Kevin also resolved the issue with the spare tire and exterior gas grill on the same day as our pick up. - Jim for resolving a miscommunication issue with the hitch we brought. He set us up with a hitch head that we could use to take the RV back home instead of having to wait until next week (didn't have an issue driving 35mph on the backroads to our home). Do note to let them know if you are bringing a ProPride hitch though. Now for the bad part - the RV does use fittings intended for PEX lines with flexible vinyl hoses, which will eventually end up in leaks. It's 2025 and just because others do the same is no excuse for doing things wrong (actually both alliance and jayco were using pex line with pex fittings on the ones I saw). It's not hard to change, just annoying. Do me a favor - send Forest River a complaint about this and I'll give you the star back... they are probably losing more in sales and goodwill than saving by doing the wrong thing mixing PEX and vinyl like that! read more

We bought a brand new Forest River Evo back in April 2025. Took possession of the unit on April 29th. After driving it home, we noticed the veneer on the kitchen counter was cracked, and main bed frame was broken Within a few days we also had a leak and contacted Open Road. The leak was caused in the shower connection behind the wall. To note: this was not caused by us. It was a manufacturing defect. We were able to bring the unit back home the same day and within a few days some of my children began having mold toxicity symptoms. And I once again contacted Open Road, they kept the unit for 30 days this time and was told there were several spots around the windows and slide out track where moisture have entered. One of the leaks caused mold under the slide out( we know because our lab test revealed traces of black mold on the interior). This was was fixed and replaced. I began asking for a collateral exchanged. I'm not asking about hand out. I just want a leak proof/sealed uncontaminated unit so is not a risk to my and my family's health and safety. I want what I paid for, not a defected unit. For a third time in a short period we had to take the unit back in because the AC had mold, and eventually the AC was replaced but unfortunately the ducting was not replaced and they smell overwhelming of mold and my family continues to have mold symptoms. I have called the Sales Manager who continues to tell me that a collateral exchange is above his pay grade and need to talk to other people. I have also contacted Forest River and my calls now go unanswered. I am a costumer who paid $50,000 on this brand new unit and cannot use because of all these defective issues. It's sad that Dmitry (Service Advisor) has passed away and hearing from his wife, this company would not give her the rest of Dmitrys paycheck (the pay period and vacation time he received over time) after his passing... She was forced out of the store by the Service Manager (Jim Schmits) after wanting to get a picture of Dmitrys desk when she was collecting his belongings. Another report is, one employee was left homeless after the historical flood recently and Open Road did NOTHING to help, not even give a little money to help rehome herself. Cary was a great as our sales person. We told him what we wanted, he showed us a few and really listened to what we wanted and didn't waste our time showing us what he knew we wouldn't be interested in. We had seen the layout of the trailer a couple times and finally pulled the plug. Got a really nice walk through but can't recall his name, sorry but very professional and really knew the trailer. It was super clean and we could not of been happier picking it up! Two plus weeks later we are still happy! We got the Rockwood 2906BS-- well made, lots of storage , the mattress on the bed is super comfy!!! My husband and I have been weekend camping in our driveway and have a scheduled camping trip to Grayland in two weeks! I am so excited! My glam camper is perfect! We found the travel trailer at Open Road RV Arlington, After we picked it up we started to notice that some of the measurements and inside details were not correct, so it made us start searching the inside for the specs on the unit. We found a laminated sheet under the couch that had the camper details on it. Turns out they actually scammed us into thinking we purchased a 2024 and in reality that gave us a 2023. They shifted the blame on us and said that they have no control of the advertising on their website as it's all automated and it must have glitched. But I found the camper listed on Facebook, rv trader, and their own website so that is just a cover story. The manager Steve told us he could give us a 1,000 credit to his camping store for the inconvenience. We of course declined that, so he responded back with a second offer of 1,000 in the form of a check if we signed a NDA stating we give up all rights to take them to court or speak on it. We declined that offer via email as well and told them we were seeking legal representation. The response we got back was " Well Fu@k". (See pic proof below). Before our appt with the attorney they reveal a 3rd offer, they are now willing to order us the camper that we paid for in the first place and they would deliver it and take the other camper back. We did agree to the terms and they informed us it would take 2 weeks to get it to us. We are now a month out and we have no camper. We were told they got it on their lot Wednesday and they would deliver it Saturday. Today is Saturday and they are claiming they have to repair multiple Things on the unit (brand new trailer) and it will not be delivered today. We have had to extend our lease multiple times , so we're paying 2700.00 in rent, plus a camper payment , insurance for the RV, and utilities for this house. I feel we have been taken advantage of on so many levels and Steve the manager is out of town for a few weeks and has completely dropped the ball on this. This company has taken advantage of my husbands kindness and is steadily costing us more and more money and they could care less. read more

I bought a new Pasadena, paid for it, no follow through from anyone in the dealership until the service manager called and said, this thing is in such bad shape I can't release it. Three weeks later they are replacing walls and other components. Watch for my SUCKS website about this company. Another one I wish I could give a 3 1/2 to rather than 3 or 4. First the good: Sales guy was great. Patient, mostly knowledgeable (punted on a few things), respected our CoViD concerns unlike other dealers. No pressure, lots of inventory options, including our dream rig we purchased. The technical guy who walked us through the trailer operations on delivery was FABULOUS! Very patient, let us ask all the questions we wanted, even told us when he finished the walk-thru to take some time going over the whole trailer again to see if we had other questions. Gave me a very valuable tip if we decided to install a rear camera later. We did, and his tip saved me a lot of trouble-shooting time. I think his name was Jesus (pronounced "Hey-Soos"). Bad: Maybe this is standard for RV dealers, but after applying the promised $2,000 "discount" they tagged on nearly $3k in nebulous charges before tax. One looked like "destination charge" that most car dealers have long since abandoned. Others looked like the old "undercoating" and "you wanted tires with that?" type charges. The amusing one was "this includes a year of Thousand Trails membership". Asked what it would cost if we declined that useless "benefit", were told the cost would be the same. The final was the fact that we discovered a damaged taillight after we got home from possession. Reported it 2 weeks later and were told that unless we had photo proof that it was damaged the day we took possession (6 weeks after purchase, despite promise of 2-4 weeks delivery) we were on our own, damage "caused by us" was not covered. Fixture was only $10, a $5 tube of caulk, my time. But it tells you volumes about their commitment to the "customer". This portends our future with this firm, leading to........ Caveat emptor. The firm makes greats pains to tell you that any warranty is with the manufacturer, not the dealer. Again, may be standard SOP with RV folks. read more

The receptionist was delightful and professional when I walked in with my child this evening. I could tell in her eyes as she scanned the floor that she was surprised no one had offered to help us. A tall salesman said he'd show me what I asked to see. When I asked how his day was going and he said it was too busy. Then a salesperson across the street saw us and he yelled that there's a person over here you need to help. Then he took a call on his cell. Then he pulled his mask down and said are you really going to buy today? This all occurred within 2 minutes of him beginning his conversation with me and my child. I am going to buy this month but I am never ever going back to buy from a team who was irritated & too busy to help me unless I was going to buy today. They need some serious sales training and a course on human decency. So we will head to Skagit Valley and visit the many other options available to spend my money. read more

The worst experience by far of any service provider. There are much better out there. They cost me money and were a terrible service provider. My story: I needed a battery conversion. We scheduled a drop off 2 months in advance. I called at 4 weeks to confirm. The day before, i called again and they asked me to send a detailed email with pictures, and that they now had a 3 week backlog. I called multiple times during the week, and finally got an email that they are too busy to take additional work. I now don't have an operable RV for our vacation and need to AirBnB. They don't deserve anyones business. read more

Dodged a bullet. Was negotiating to purchase a Rockwood Mini. Sat down, and wow, did the extra fees add up. Wanted $1500 "for delivery from Indiana", $1600 for "Point if Delivery" tour. But - walked away and got the same model from another dealer In Everett. No delivery fee. No Point of Delivery your fee. $1,200 less base price. Interest rate was 5% instead of 6.9%z Just the classic vehicle sale drama - salesman goes to see if the manager will lower the price, then dangles an offer. Very unpleasant. This review is for Michael in the parts department. We went in on a Sunday afternoon looking to replace a broken shower handle. Actually we only needed a diverter ( I think that's what it's called :) We were in a bit of a bind because we were leaving on Wednesday and the broken part caused water to spray out of our shower faucet all the time!!! Michael didn't have the part in stock but took a picture of it and our faucet and said he'd call around to see what he could find. He called us about 2 hours later saying that he wasn't able to find the broken part, but did find a matching faucet for us and it would be in Tuesday morning!!! He proceeded to say that if we found just the broken part and ended up not needing the complete faucet; no problem as he'd just put it in his stock. There was also another couple in the parts department buying stuff for their first rig; while we waited we heard him explain to the couple what they would need and what is nice to have but could wait until they were sure if they wanted/needed it or not. I've worked C/S my whole life and this is the type of person you want working for your company!!! He went above and beyond to help us, even though we did NOT buy or motorhome from Open Road. You can be sure the next time we need anything, we'll stop back in here first. read more

The purchase of my used 5th wheel went okay. The walkthrough and indoctrination was great. Delivery to my home was fine. I don't have any real complaints or issues with the purchase. I no longer have use for this trailer. I called to see if they'd want to buy it back. I got an email message in response, to which I replied in detail. Here it is a few weeks later, and I've called and left a message to the number provided in his email. He's apparently in charge of consignments. No call back. No call back a second time. There's nothing more aggravating than lack of a simple courtesy like acknowledging a request for service. read more

This review is for both Michael Librande and the RV dealership for which he works, Open Road RV Center (of Monroe and Arlington, WA). We approached Open Road RV Dealership of Arlington because we had a problem in licensing our newly purchased (used) travel trailer. The WA Dept of Licensing (DOL) could find no comparable trailer to ours on any of their approved sources of valuation used for purposes of establishing a dollar valuation (for sales tax) required in registering our newly acquired trailer. We were told our only option was to obtain a valuation from an established RV travel trailer dealership on company letterhead and signed by an agent. We contacted the Open Road RV Dealership of Arlington because we considered them as a local dealership. The Arlington branch immediately forwarded our phone inquiry to the Monroe office, where Michael Librande worked as their long-time valuation assessor. We called Tuesday afternoon, just after retuning unsuccessfully from the DOL, with the clock running on the allowed time to complete registration before a daily penalty would start. Michael listened to our whole story of purchasing a used trailer, a rather unique small trailer and our failed attempt to get it registered. He was agreeable to looking into a valuation once he first completed his current list of tasks. At 5pm he called to say his progress was less than he had anticipated given his many years of experience in assessing values of travel trailers but that he'd continue the effort the next day. What we were asking was totally a favor given that we were not a prior customer so we waited to hear back from Michael. I mistakenly sent a text inquiry on Friday not realizing it was to a company phone, not his mobile phone. Finally, Monday morning, the day our week-long vacation was to start, I called the Monroe dealership and was quickly connected to Michael. The letter he signed and sent us was received later that same morning with time for us to return to the WA DOL, complete the registration process, and then head out for our intended vacation right after lunch. What a relief to have the registration done before vacation rather than counting down the days for when the penalty would begin. And it was all due to Michael Librande's willingness to go above and beyond his usual tasks but still utilizing those many years of experience in assessing RV trailer valuations. I can only judge the Open Road RV dealership by the workers we interacted with so my thanks go to the Arlington worker who promptly forwarded my Tuesday call to Monroe, and to the worker at Monroe who connected me to Michael on Monday when time really was getting short and therefore my thanks to the whole Open Road RV dealership for hiring these individuals who are a testament to customer service in an industry that not all customers may find always agreeable. read more

My Wife and I purchased a 2021 Forest River Vibe at the end of January. After having it a couple of weeks, I called the service department to ask some questions about the location of things in the RV (Bypass valves, water pump, etc.). Firstly, I was made to feel like we wasting their time with the questions. And, I was told I would have to just listen for the pump, follow the sound and determine its location. What this tells me is, they don't have full knowledge of the actual unit they sold us. On two other occasions, I have called and been someone would call me back the next day. Two days later and still no call. I also have discovered a window seal that is leaking. When I called for service, I was told "we are not scheduling any appointments because we are back logged". I explained the problem, noting that this was likely a warranty issue and was told "let me see what I can do and someone will call you tomorrow". Hmm, no call back, no surprise at this point. My wife and i had been looking for a fifth wheel and saving for years so we coyld ger our dream coach. We ended up buying a Sundance fifth wheel at Openroad rv. At O.R. the PDI is 2k. I asked why so high, i have bought 3 other trailers and the most i have paid is 1k and on 2 trailers it was waived. I was told that they went oner EVERYTHING from top to bottom and checked and re checked. Ok great, i explained, our last new trailer had a few issues and we had to bring back to have fixed. I pointed out a few minor issues and was told they would be taken care of..after 2 weeks (Again twice as long as the other 3 trailers we bought) i went in to pick it up (O.R. us about an hour from my house)my appointment was for 10:30 am, as i am 2 blocks away from them my cell phone rings and its O.R. rv. I am told there is an issue and can i come in later or another day. Because i am right their i went in anyhow. Turns out in moving it they bent the landing jacks, they happened to have some there but i would have to wait while they installed them...ok 1.5 hours later we finally get the walkthrough. He went down this lust of things he checked (same as other dealers)I pointed out the issues that i had originally saw and wondered why they had not been fixed..he did not know. We had a spring break trip planned in a week so he would order some parts and we would bring it back after our trip. After i got it home i went to open a slide and there was a loud grinding noise. I looked underneath and was shocked at what i saw. There were parts dangling by wires, there was deep rust all over, not a little surface rust but deep corrosion, underneath this looked like a 10 year old trailer. Much, MUCH worse then the used one i traded in. I ended up finding a list of 30...yes 30 issues with this trailer. This was our dream trailer, this is something we waited years to be able to buy and is still probably a little to much $ for us. We have to cut our budget in other places to make the payments. 30 issues, i could understand if this were a used trailer, still wouldn't be happy but if its used buyer beware, but this is BRAND NEW....well they have had it for a BBC other 3 weeks now and still waiting for parts, most should have been ordered 2 months ago. We feel like we have been totally taken. I asked the owner about just trading it out for another one but he ignored me. I was told that i would me kept informed at every step and that they would stay in contact with me. The only time i have heard anything from them is when i call or write an email. I dont think painting the underside if a trailer with rattle can paint is a fix...not sure what else to say but if u r going to buy a rig here....have it checked by a third party We have brought this thing back 6 times now and still not fixed. I honestly don't know where to start. We purchased our trailer in March of 2022, todays date is 07/25/2022. After waiting 6 weeks from the purchase date to pick up our trailer after the PDI was done we showed up and there was dirt/old underwear/garbage throughout, the trailer also had a serious leak in the kitchen and many other issues that had clearly not been addressed. We waited awhile longer for them to fix the leak and vacuum the mess and fix some things. The trailer was no where near "detailed" as we had signed for during purchase. Nobody once apologized for the shortcomings and lack of attention to the PDI. Many excuses of being short staffed, and all departments pointing fingers at someone else. We drove out and realized we were leaving with a full black tank... they apparently filled to test but after going to a dump station we definitely saw toilet paper and all the sewer particles come out. Once home we walked into the RV same day and it was still leaking all over the kitchen counter. The trailer had to go back to get more work done, at this point we were pretty upset after waiting weeks and then hours during our pickup and getting this "PDI'ed" trailer. We complained and they did come out and pick up the trailer, after about a week or so they called saying it was ready to pickup again. We came, and we waited for them to do the walkthrough but they were quite busy and we already went inside and saw a couple things we had asked about not addressed so we told them we will be back in an hour or so. As we were returning I get a call saying "don't come!" that the trailer wasn't ready at all and they had water tested while we had left and its STILL leaking. Again not sure why they set a pickup date if the most basic issue wasn't addressed. After about a month of going back and forth with the service dept (horrible service) we finally got to take ownership of a trailer that didn't leak. We also had to wait months for a few parts to show up which we were made aware of. Once the parts showed up they came out to our place to install them, but did not tell us they were not going to fix everything that they originally said they would in the PDI. We called after the partial install to ask for an invoice so we know what had been done , the invoice stated that one part was replaced that clearly had not been replaced or even touched. After contacting them again they admitted the part never came to them and they just signed off on it to make the list look complete. After talking to the GM, Ryan (service manager), and all the service reps who said we should just go buy the parts and install ourselves (whats the point of a PDI then?!?!?). As I write this review they mailed us the missing parts which they failed to install, so I guess they expect me to do that. Every time I was told that I would get a call back the exact opposite would happen. I highly recommend finding yourself a different place to give your money as the actual buying process was smooth and they were very happy to take our money. read more

Bought a high end Motorhome from Open Road RV at the RV show last September. Should have listened to all these negative reviews, but we were assured by the manager that these issues would not happen to us. After multiple trips back to their shop over a 3 month period, they told us everything was good this time even though I was sure the batteries were no good but they said everything checked out. Just took the coach out for the first time and yep the batteries died after 6 hours which is a mess for an all electric coach. No heat and no refrigerator. Items called out in the PDI weren't fixed. We should have walked away when they asked for full payment at the show when the coach wasn't even ready for us to pickup. First of many red flags. Don't buy from these people. read more

Sales were great, post that it was all downhill. Terrible service, purchased a brand new Class A Aria last October, had multiple issues from Day one, dinette table ripping off wall while in motion, leaking roof, side out failures, damage done while OpenRoad had RV..the list is endless. Pre-delivery inspection obviously not completed. Thor tried to help but OpenRoad still failed to move at any speed. It OpenRoad took RV in for repair, kept it for 26+ weeks and still returned it with defects. After buying new and only using for 3 trips I sold RV due to lack of use and time spent trying to resolve issues. I lost thousands. Open RV did not compensate in any way during issues, they were rude and don't care what customers think once you signed to purchase. Terrible experience, say away!! read more

I purchased a used travel trailer from Monroe RV and had an excellent experience. I believe I got a fair price, I didn't haggle for discounts but I did ask for two new fans and I received those as well as new propane tanks to replace those that were out of date. I also have appreciated the thousand trails membership, it came in handy. I arranged to have the trailer picked up by someone, and all went smoothly. After being per approved. We drove back and forth to look at other RVS they had up north as well. After making a deal on the RV we wanted. I watch over a couple hours my credit score drop 30+ points. I dont know why. I asked over and over to see and get copies of my credit reports. They never let us. After being turned down by a couple leanders. We just walked away! Did not want them contacting anyone else. Only reason its 2 stars is the salesman we worked with did not pressure us. Would not recommend. read more

If you need anything for your RV I highly recommend going in. They have gone above and beyond to provide us with the best service and also get you the best pricing on things. Michael literally order us products by just getting photos sent and the lady in there (I can't remember her name) works behind the front desk was awesome in helping us and answering all of our questions. *DO NOT GIVE OPEN ROAD YOUR BUSINESS* My husband and I shopped around for several months when looking for a replacement RV for our beloved Springdale. We wanted a very specific layout that was hard to find, so it was a long search. In December we finally located a Rockwood Mini Lite at Open Road that was on order, which was exciting! We talked to a sales manager who told us that Rockwoods "go fast" but that we could put $500 to reserve it. When it arrived from the factory, we could come up (we live 4 hours away) and look at it, and if we wanted we could purchase it. It was expected to be on the lot mid-January. January came and went and we did not hear anything from Open Road. In the meantime, being first responders with two toddlers during COVID, we booked several camping trips in the spring to save our sanity and enjoy our new trailer. We called to check back in and learned that "for some reason it had not left the factory on the east coast" despite the fact that it was supposed to have arrived weeks ago. But, alas, a few days later they called again to let us know that *actually* it would arrive tomorrow! After crickets for a few days, we called again to check in. The sales manager said that it was indeed there, but before we could come look at it/pick it up we needed to submit our down payment and apply for a loan. And even after this was done, it would still take three weeks for the RV to "go through inspection" before we could even see it or pick it up. We felt confused about paying for a trailer we had never seen. When we referenced the earlier information we were told about the $500 deposit simply holding the trailer for us to see, we were told that we "misunderstood what they were saying". We agreed to move forward even though it felt wrong because we realized at this point it would be nearly impossible to find another Rockwood in time for our planned trips. The sales manager said he would "overnight" us the paperwork and we would need to return it before they could even start the three week clock for the inspection. With this timeline, we were forced to cancel our first planned camping trip (which came with a fee). After not receiving the overnighted paperwork after three days, we called and were told that "I guess it didn't get done over my weekend so I'll send it today". After still not receiving it for another week, we called again and were told that "it was lost with UPS" and "I can't control what UPS does". It has now been almost three weeks and we still have received nothing. No one at the dealership has taken ownership of the mixed messaging, delayed timeline, and overall ethics of asking us to pay for a rig that we have never seen and acting as if we misunderstood. By some wonderful stroke of luck we were able to find a Rockwood at a local dealership that was friendly, accountable, and trustworthy (check out RV Outpost in Coburg!). When we told the owner about our sketchy experience with Open Road, he couldn't believe they had an RV on the lot that we desperately wanted but were unwilling to have us come pay ($18,000 down I might add) to take it home. He said that they were likely pressuring us to back out of the deal since there was someone else who agreed to pay more. Sure enough, when we let Open Road know we were buying from someone else they did us the favor of telling us "someone else bought it in 25 minutes". They did refund us our $500, which did little to remedy the frustration and disrespect of the past five months. read more

My honest advice, do not purchase an RV from Open Road RV, you will be disappointed. Poor communication, disorganized and no accountability. All other reviews are spot on. Here is our personal experience. * Purchase Date - November 3rd * Pick Up Date - November 27th * Drop off Date to fix multiple issues including leak - Sunday, January 27th * Original Promise Date - Thursday, March 7th, asked for March 1st due to planned trip * Check in/Emailed service department contact who never responded, found out she left and no messages were transferred over * Called to check in, received confirmation that work had not started - February 25th * Rowland, service advisor, said he was supposed to call on February 22nd but got too busy and forgot - apologized for this when I talked to him on February 26th * Rowland confirmed work started - February 26th, 1 month after original drop off date!!! * Picked up finally on March 14th, 7 weeks from original drop off Had to cancel March 1st trip which was disappointing. We bought this trailer to create memories, Open RV has no respect for customer satisfaction and lacked ownership of the multiple issues and communication breakdowns. I asked to speak to the GM on 3 different instances who NEVER called me back. Jim Hughes the Service Manager finally helped get things moving, but no communication from upper management. First, Open Road is not accredited through the BBB... We bought our 2017 5th wheel from Open Road RV. The BBB has given them a "D" rating. Steve Hathaway promised my 2014 RAM would pull our newly purchased Crusader Lite, 8,150lbs (approximately); however, I was lucky to make it over Firetrail Rd in 1st gear, 6,000 rpm, 20mph. I then went to Roy Robinson Chevrolet where we purchased a diesel truck capable of doing the job. This was an additional investment we wanted to avoid. We moved our 5th wheel to Cedar Grove Shores RV Resort at Lake Goodwin. After hooking up power and water, I discovered a pin hole leak under the sink which was the result of poor workmanship. By the time I was able to locate the source water had throughly soaked our entire living area. When I approached the service manager Jim concerning the water leak he suggested what parts i needed to buy at Home Depot or Lowes to fix the problem. Im a disabled veteran whom has issues with mobility; however, I purchased and fixed the leaks under the sink. Next, we discovered the hot water heater does not work. I had major surgery on Monday 3 days ago; however, before surgery I personally notified the service departmnt of the hot water heater not working, and asked them to send one of their mechanics out to trouble shoot and fix the heater (7 miles) or 15 minutes from Open Road @ Cedar Grove Shores. Both Dave the mechanic and Jim the service manager said Open Road does not cover their employees with L. I. insurance off their property; therefore, it would be my responsibility to pack up my 5th wheel and drive it to them to have it fixed. Today is day 6 with no hot water in our brand new $33,000 + RV we purchased at Open Road. The salesman are typical fast, smooth talkers, once they make their sale they refer their customers to their service department, and provide no warranty work off property. I would not buy again from Open Road, however, if you do purchase an RV frim Open Road, their female service manager Kameo, with a "K" is honest and can be trusted. read more

Bought north trail 24bhs caliber. Expirience was good a few things to watch for: We were told that the trailer would be cleaned vacuumed and detailed before picking up. We had our inspection done and noticed dust was inside cabinets and it looked like nothing was done. It was as the first day we walked in looking at the trailer. Second: We bought e2 weight distribution and had them install. Well the trailer was off balance it was 2-3 higher in the front then in the back (supposed to be level) the truck rear was lower. I asked a few times why is it not level and the guys replied oh by the time you load the trailer with water and etc itll level out. The trucks rear will sag more, anyways i went home and readjusted everything and the guys were in the hurry doing it. Should of just told me we dont have time instead charging us and screw it up. My advice either have them do properly or do not pay simple. We regret paying for nothing. The place is clean and friendly staff. Would recommend checking this local folks out read more

After purchasing a new Big Horn 5th wheel from open road RV, we had a few issues that were warranty related. We have heard horror stories from friends who didn't have a good experience while working with the service dept. We feel compelled to congratulate our Service Advisor Rowland Holden for his attention to detail and open communication. Rowland kept us in the informational loop at all times. He was always quick to respond both by E-mail and telephone, answering our questions and concerns about any of the issues we had. Rowland got our rig back to us a day earlier than promised.
