    My wife and I got a Goldwing. We were heading out this day on a across state ride. Came here for helmets that could accommodate Goldwing mics and speaker headsets. I required an XL size and my wife a small. We wanted them to match. This proved difficult to accomplish but then Jessie stepped in to help. We were picky and difficult. He also had other customers he assisted as he tried to help us. In the long run, he pulled a rabbit out of a hat. We left happy. Thank you Jessie. Great difficult customer service. He went a step, or two, beyond.

    As always Cycle Gear employees are top tier when it comes to customer service. the selection here was pretty vast compared to other Cycle Gears I've been to. I came in for a pin lock for my visor and Candace was kind enough to install it for me while helping out my friend look for jackets. 10/10 would come back here these guys were AWESOME!

    Sean Ro is undoubtedly a good individual and I can trust his words…read more However I've called in multiple times to their location to inquire on getting my BMW timing chain done. Got the ran around from Estevan up front who is the cashier/receptionist, told me that he would get a quote (lead time was 2 days). Never got the quote from him and had to call in. Got the quote, and it was the most overpriced one (but most likely for good reason since they are a reputable shop which is why I was okay with it). Then he said a technician would reach out. Since Friday, the technician hasn't reached out, and I had to inquire multiple times with Ivan the technician. I asked for the soonest availability and he left me on read multiple times, kept texting him until he said that the earliest availability was November. I waited all this time for him to tell me that the soonest was November after expressing I wanted it done as soon as possible. BIMTECH PNW I could not recommend. Terrible follow-up and no communication.

    I had my 2009 E92 M3 taken in to get an updated look for some headlights. Sean took care of me by…read morewalking me through the process. The updated headlights were installed and it looks great. He noticed that I was missing some retainer clips around the headlights and just took care of the missing pins by putting in some new ones. After the initial installation, I noticed there was some condensation building up. When I brought it to his attention, he asked if the headlight had the seal on top of the headlight. He figured that this was the cause. Sure enough, I was missing that piece to prevent the condensation. He ordered the new part and had it installed when he got it. When the installation was done, I asked how much it was, and he said that it was the cost of doing business as this has been his passion to take care of customers like he would with any of his family members. I'm sure the price was not hefty, but for him to take care of me like fam - he just won a returning customer. I originally didn't see his business posted on Yelp and I had to start by making sure people were aware that there are still business owners who are not just in the business to just make a buck. From the moment my car was towed in, everyone I spoke with was professional, respectful, and kind. Even though I couldn't be there in person, they kept me updated, called me when the car was ready, and made the whole process really smooth and efficient. I especially want to recognize Malick. When we talked about the tire replacement, the initial estimate was over $200 because I didn't have the previous purchase documentation with me -- I share the car with a relative, so I didn't have all the details on hand. I asked if he could take another look at the account, and he was very willing to do so. He took the time to go through the history, found notes indicating the contract was acceptable, and honored them once he confirmed everything. I really appreciated his patience and the care he put into making sure everything was accurate. He was respectful and helpful throughout the whole conversation, and thanks to his extra effort, the cost ended up being just labor. The whole team was wonderful to work with, and Malick's extra attention made the experience even better. I'm genuinely grateful for the help I received and wanted to make sure his work -- and the team's overall service -- didn't go unnoticed

    Subject: Formal Complaint - Service Failures, Misrepresentation, and Inter-Store Communication…read moreBreakdown To Discount Tire Corporate Leadership & Customer Relations, I am writing to formally escalate an ongoing service issue involving your Lynnwood (44th Ave W) and Everett (Evergreen Way) locations. This letter is intended to document the facts clearly, preserve the timeline, and provide Discount Tire the opportunity to resolve the matter before I pursue additional remedies. Timeline of Events December 17, 2025 I brought my vehicle to the Lynnwood location for a new tire. Prior to service, I explicitly asked whether black wheel weights would be used. I was told yes. Due to heavy rain at pickup, I could not immediately inspect the work. The following day, I discovered: * Black wheel weights were not used * A lug nut cover was missing * A valve stem was missing While the missing items themselves are minor, the failure to disclose them is not. Had I been informed at the time of service, this would have been a non-issue. December 18, 2025 I contacted the Lynnwood store and spoke with Ryan, who advised me to visit the Everett location to correct the issue. I specifically asked whether I would be "in and out," explaining that I recently had back surgery and could not tolerate extended wait times. I was assured that it would be quick. Upon arrival at the Everett location, I was informed the wait would be approximately 90 minutes. When I explained what I had been told, Norman stated that Ryan had not communicated any request regarding wait time or urgency. The unavoidable conclusion--based solely on the information provided to me by your staff--is that I was given inaccurate or misleading information to get me out of one store and into another. Core Issue (So There's No Confusion) This complaint is not about: * Black wheel weights * Missing parts * Even the wait itself It is about: * Failure to communicate material facts to a customer * Inter-store misrepresentation * A lack of accountability when errors occur * A customer being placed in physical discomfort due to inaccurate assurances At best, this reflects systemic communication failures. At worst, it reflects knowingly inaccurate representations made to avoid responsibility. Neither is acceptable. Business & Reputational Concern Discount Tire's brand relies heavily on trust, consistency, and word-of-mouth. Situations like this--especially when well-documented--are exactly the type that escalate quickly in public forums. I would much prefer to resolve this privately and professionally rather than explain, in detail, how a customer recovering from surgery was sent on a multi-store scavenger hunt due to internal communication failures. I am confident your legal, customer relations, and PR teams would agree this is not the narrative Discount Tire wants circulating. Requested Resolution I am requesting the following: 1. Written acknowledgment of the service failures and miscommunication 2. Correction or replacement of missing items at no cost 3. A goodwill credit or refund reflecting the inconvenience, time loss, and physical strain caused 4. Assurance that inter-store communication protocols are being addressed so this does not happen again Closing I have been a Discount Tire customer because I expect professionalism and transparency. This experience fell well below that standard. I am giving Discount Tire the opportunity to make this right promptly.
